ל֔וֹ for himself , lōw כִּי־ because kî- מְחֹקֵ֖ק a ruler’s mə·ḥō·qêq חֶלְקַ֥ת portion ḥel·qaṯ סָפ֑וּן was reserved for him sā·p̄ūn שָׁ֛ם there . šām וַיֵּתֵא֙ He came way·yê·ṯê רָ֣אשֵׁי with the leaders rā·šê עָ֔ם of the people ; ‘ām עָשָׂ֔ה he administered ‘ā·śāh יְהוָה֙ YHWH’s Yah·weh צִדְקַ֤ת justice ṣiḏ·qaṯ וּמִשְׁפָּטָ֖יו and His ordinances ū·miš·pā·ṭāw עִם־ for ‘im- יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ס Israel . ” yiś·rā·’êl Deuteronomy 33:22 וּלְדָ֣ן Concerning Dan ū·lə·ḏān אָמַ֔ר he said : ’ā·mar דָּ֖ן “ Dan [is] dān אַרְיֵ֑ה a lion’s ’ar·yêh גּ֣וּר cub , gūr יְזַנֵּ֖ק leaping yə·zan·nêq מִן־ out of min- הַבָּשָֽׁן׃ Bashan . ” hab·bā·šān Deuteronomy 33:23 וּלְנַפְתָּלִ֣י Concerning Naphtali ū·lə·nap̄·tā·lî אָמַ֔ר he said : ’ā·mar נַפְתָּלִי֙ “ Naphtali nap̄·tā·lî שְׂבַ֣ע is abounding śə·ḇa‘ רָצ֔וֹן with favor , rā·ṣō·wn וּמָלֵ֖א full ū·mā·lê בִּרְכַּ֣ת of the blessing bir·kaṯ יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH ; Yah·weh יְרָֽשָׁה׃ס he shall take possession yə·rā·šāh יָ֥ם of the sea yām וְדָר֖וֹם and the south . ” wə·ḏā·rō·wm Deuteronomy 33:24 וּלְאָשֵׁ֣ר And concerning Asher ū·lə·’ā·šêr אָמַ֔ר he said : ’ā·mar אָשֵׁ֑ר “ May Asher ’ā·šêr בָּר֥וּךְ be the most blessed bā·rūḵ מִבָּנִ֖ים of sons ; mib·bā·nîm יְהִ֤י may he be yə·hî רְצוּי֙ the most favored rə·ṣui אֶחָ֔יו among his brothers ’e·ḥāw וְטֹבֵ֥ל and dip wə·ṭō·ḇêl רַגְלֽוֹ׃ his foot raḡ·lōw בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן in oil . baš·še·men Deuteronomy 33:25 מִנְעָלֶ֑יךָ May the bolts of your gate min·‘ā·le·ḵā בַּרְזֶ֥ל be iron bar·zel וּנְחֹ֖שֶׁת and bronze , ū·nə·ḥō·šeṯ דָּבְאֶֽךָ׃ and may your strength dā·ḇə·’e·ḵā וּכְיָמֶ֖יךָ match your days . ” ū·ḵə·yā·me·ḵā Deuteronomy 33:26 אֵ֥ין “ There is none ’ên כָּאֵ֖ל like the God kā·’êl יְשֻׁר֑וּן of Jeshurun , yə·šu·rūn רֹכֵ֤ב who rides rō·ḵêḇ שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ the heavens šā·ma·yim בְעֶזְרֶ֔ךָ to your aid , ḇə·‘ez·re·ḵā שְׁחָקִֽים׃ and the clouds šə·ḥā·qîm וּבְגַאֲוָת֖וֹ in His majesty . ū·ḇə·ḡa·’ă·wā·ṯōw Deuteronomy 33:27 קֶ֔דֶם The eternal qe·ḏem אֱלֹ֣הֵי God ’ĕ·lō·hê מְעֹנָה֙ is your dwelling place , mə·‘ō·nāh וּמִתַּ֖חַת and underneath ū·mit·ta·ḥaṯ עוֹלָ֑ם are the everlasting ‘ō·w·lām זְרֹעֹ֣ת arms . zə·rō·‘ōṯ וַיְגָ֧רֶשׁ He drives out way·ḡā·reš אוֹיֵ֖ב the enemy ’ō·w·yêḇ מִפָּנֶ֛יךָ before you , mip·pā·ne·ḵā וַיֹּ֥אמֶר giving the command , way·yō·mer הַשְׁמֵֽד׃ ‘ Destroy [him] ! ’ haš·mêḏ Deuteronomy 33:28 יִשְׂרָאֵ֨ל So Israel yiś·rā·’êl וַיִּשְׁכֹּן֩ dwells way·yiš·kōn בֶּ֤טַח securely ; be·ṭaḥ עֵ֣ין the fountain ‘ên יַעֲקֹ֔ב of Jacob ya·‘ă·qōḇ בָּדָד֙ lives untroubled bā·ḏāḏ אֶל־ in ’el- אֶ֖רֶץ a land ’e·reṣ דָּגָ֣ן of grain dā·ḡān וְתִיר֑וֹשׁ and new wine , wə·ṯî·rō·wōš
