Leviticus 1:3 אִם־ If ’im- קָרְבָּנוֹ֙ [one’s] offering qā·rə·bā·nōw עֹלָ֤ה is a burnt offering ‘ō·lāh מִן־ from min- הַבָּקָ֔ר the herd , hab·bā·qār יַקְרִיבֶ֑נּוּ he is to present yaq·rî·ḇen·nū תָּמִ֖ים an unblemished tā·mîm זָכָ֥ר male . zā·ḵār יַקְרִ֣יב He must bring yaq·rîḇ אֹת֔וֹ it ’ō·ṯōw אֶל־ to ’el- פֶּ֝תַח the entrance pɛ·ṯaḥ אֹ֤הֶל to the Tent ’ō·hel מוֹעֵד֙ of Meeting mō·w·‘êḏ לִרְצֹנ֖וֹ for its acceptance lir·ṣō·nōw לִפְנֵ֥י before lip̄·nê יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH . Yah·weh Leviticus 1:4 וְסָמַ֣ךְ He is to lay wə·sā·maḵ יָד֔וֹ his hand yā·ḏōw עַ֖ל on ‘al רֹ֣אשׁ the head rōš הָעֹלָ֑ה of the burnt offering , hā·‘ō·lāh וְנִרְצָ֥ה so it can be accepted wə·nir·ṣāh ל֖וֹ on his behalf lōw לְכַפֵּ֥ר to make atonement lə·ḵap·pêr עָלָֽיו׃ for him . ‘ā·lāw Leviticus 1:5 וְשָׁחַ֛ט And he shall slaughter wə·šā·ḥaṭ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בֶּ֥ן the young ben הַבָּקָ֖ר bull hab·bā·qār לִפְנֵ֣י before lip̄·nê יְהוָ֑ה YHWH , Yah·weh אַהֲרֹ֤ן and Aaron’s ’a·hă·rōn בְּנֵ֨י sons bə·nê הַֽכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ the priests hak·kō·hă·nîm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וְ֠הִקְרִיבוּ are to present wə·hiq·rî·ḇū הַדָּ֔ם the blood had·dām וְזָרְק֨וּ and sprinkle wə·zā·rə·qū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַדָּ֤ם it had·dām סָבִ֔יב on all sides sā·ḇîḇ עַל־ of ‘al- הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ the altar ham·miz·bê·aḥ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- פֶּ֖תַח at the entrance pe·ṯaḥ אֹ֥הֶל to the Tent ’ō·hel מוֹעֵֽד׃ of Meeting . mō·w·‘êḏ Leviticus 1:6 וְהִפְשִׁ֖יט Next, he is to skin wə·hip̄·šîṭ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָעֹלָ֑ה the burnt offering hā·‘ō·lāh וְנִתַּ֥ח and cut wə·nit·taḥ אֹתָ֖הּ - ’ō·ṯāh לִנְתָחֶֽיהָ׃ it into pieces . lin·ṯā·ḥe·hā Leviticus 1:7 בְּנֵ֨י The sons bə·nê אַהֲרֹ֧ן of Aaron ’a·hă·rōn הַכֹּהֵ֛ן the priest hak·kō·hên וְ֠נָתְנוּ shall put wə·nā·ṯə·nū אֵ֖שׁ a fire ’êš עַל־ on ‘al- הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ the altar ham·miz·bê·aḥ וְעָרְכ֥וּ and arrange wə·‘ā·rə·ḵū עֵצִ֖ים wood ‘ê·ṣîm עַל־ on ‘al- הָאֵֽשׁ׃ the fire . hā·’êš Leviticus 1:8 אַהֲרֹן֙ Then Aaron’s ’a·hă·rōn בְּנֵ֤י sons bə·nê הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים the priests hak·kō·hă·nîm אֵ֚ת - ’êṯ וְעָרְכ֗וּ are to arrange wə·‘ā·rə·ḵū הַנְּתָחִ֔ים the pieces , han·nə·ṯā·ḥîm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָרֹ֖אשׁ including the head hā·rōš וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַפָּ֑דֶר and the fat , hap·pā·ḏer עַל־ atop ‘al- הָאֵ֔שׁ the burning hā·’êš אֲשֶׁ֖ר - ’ă·šer עַל־ - ‘al- הָעֵצִים֙ wood hā·‘ê·ṣîm אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer עַל־ on ‘al- הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃ the altar . ham·miz·bê·aḥ
