According to the United Nations, 1 in 200 people on earth are currently enslaved. The 40+ million humans enslaved indicates that there is more slavery today than at any point in world history.

Amendments:
1. Require factory inspections and/or audits of all offshore corporate manufacturing supply chains to ensure there is no slave labor.
2. End slave labor worldwide via legislation.
