וְעֵ֥זֶר a help wə·‘ê·zer מִצָּרָ֖יו against his foes . ” miṣ·ṣā·rāw Deuteronomy 33:8 וּלְלֵוִ֣י Concerning Levi ū·lə·lê·wî אָמַ֔ר he said : ’ā·mar תֻּמֶּ֥יךָ “ [Give] Your Thummim [to Levi] tum·me·ḵā וְאוּרֶ֖יךָ and Your Urim wə·’ū·re·ḵā חֲסִידֶ֑ךָ to Your godly ḥă·sî·ḏe·ḵā לְאִ֣ישׁ one , lə·’îš אֲשֶׁ֤ר whom ’ă·šer נִסִּיתוֹ֙ You tested nis·sî·ṯōw בְּמַסָּ֔ה at Massah bə·mas·sāh תְּרִיבֵ֖הוּ and contested tə·rî·ḇê·hū עַל־ at ‘al- מֵ֥י the waters mê מְרִיבָֽה׃ of Meribah . mə·rî·ḇāh Deuteronomy 33:9 הָאֹמֵ֞ר He said hā·’ō·mêr לְאָבִ֤יו of his father lə·’ā·ḇîw וּלְאִמּוֹ֙ and mother , ū·lə·’im·mōw לֹ֣א ‘ I do not lō רְאִיתִ֔יו consider them . ’ rə·’î·ṯîw וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- לֹ֣א He disregarded lō הִכִּ֔יר . . . hik·kîr וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- אֶחָיו֙ his brothers ’e·ḥāw לֹ֣א and did not lō יָדָ֑ע know yā·ḏā‘ בָּנוֹ his own sons , bå̄·nō כִּ֤י for kî שָֽׁמְרוּ֙ he kept šā·mə·rū אִמְרָתֶ֔ךָ Your word ’im·rā·ṯe·ḵā יִנְצֹֽרוּ׃ and maintained yin·ṣō·rū וּבְרִֽיתְךָ֖ Your covenant . ū·ḇə·rî·ṯə·ḵā Deuteronomy 33:10 יוֹר֤וּ He will teach yō·w·rū מִשְׁפָּטֶ֙יךָ֙ Your ordinances miš·pā·ṭe·ḵā לְיַעֲקֹ֔ב to Jacob lə·ya·‘ă·qōḇ וְתוֹרָתְךָ֖ and Your law wə·ṯō·w·rā·ṯə·ḵā לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל to Israel ; lə·yiś·rā·’êl יָשִׂ֤ימוּ he will set yā·śî·mū קְטוֹרָה֙ incense qə·ṭō·w·rāh בְּאַפֶּ֔ךָ before You bə·’ap·pe·ḵā וְכָלִ֖יל and whole burnt offerings wə·ḵā·lîl עַֽל־ on ‘al- מִזְבְּחֶֽךָ׃ Your altar . miz·bə·ḥe·ḵā Deuteronomy 33:11 בָּרֵ֤ךְ Bless bā·rêḵ חֵיל֔וֹ his substance , ḥê·lōw יְהוָה֙ O YHWH , Yah·weh תִּרְצֶ֑ה and accept tir·ṣeh וּפֹ֥עַל the work ū·p̄ō·‘al יָדָ֖יו of his hands . yā·ḏāw מְחַ֨ץ Smash mə·ḥaṣ מָתְנַ֧יִם the loins mā·ṯə·na·yim קָמָ֛יו of those who rise against him , qā·māw וּמְשַׂנְאָ֖יו and of his foes ū·mə·śan·’āw מִן־ so they can min- יְקוּמֽוּן׃ס rise [no more] . ” yə·qū·mūn Deuteronomy 33:12 לְבִנְיָמִ֣ן Concerning Benjamin lə·ḇin·yā·min אָמַ֔ר he said : ’ā·mar יְדִ֣יד “ May the beloved yə·ḏîḏ יְהֹוָ֔ה of YHWH Yah·weh יִשְׁכֹּ֥ן rest yiš·kōn לָבֶ֖טַח secure lā·ḇe·ṭaḥ עָלָ֑יו in Him ; ‘ā·lāw חֹפֵ֤ף [God] shields ḥō·p̄êp̄ עָלָיו֙ him ‘ā·lāw כָּל־ all kāl- הַיּ֔וֹם day long , hay·yō·wm וּבֵ֥ין . . . ū·ḇên כְּתֵיפָ֖יו and upon His shoulders kə·ṯê·p̄āw שָׁכֵֽן׃ס he rests . ” šā·ḵên Deuteronomy 33:13 וּלְיוֹסֵ֣ף Concerning Joseph ū·lə·yō·w·sêp̄ אָמַ֔ר he said : ’ā·mar אַרְצ֑וֹ “ May his land ’ar·ṣōw מְבֹרֶ֥כֶת be blessed mə·ḇō·re·ḵeṯ יְהֹוָ֖ה by YHWH Yah·weh מִמֶּ֤גֶד with the precious mim·me·ḡeḏ מִטָּ֔ל dew miṭ·ṭāl שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ from heaven above šā·ma·yim וּמִתְּה֖וֹם and the deep waters ū·mit·tə·hō·wm רֹבֶ֥צֶת that lie rō·ḇe·ṣeṯ תָּֽחַת׃ beneath , tā·ḥaṯ
