אֶל־ [it] ’el- הָאָ֕רֶץ . . . hā·’ā·reṣ וְשָׁ֙מָּה֙ . . . . ” wə·šām·māh Deuteronomy 33:1 וְזֹ֣את This wə·zōṯ הַבְּרָכָ֗ה is the blessing hab·bə·rā·ḵāh אֲשֶׁ֨ר that ’ă·šer מֹשֶׁ֛ה Moses mō·šeh אִ֥ישׁ the man ’îš הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים of God hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בֵּרַ֥ךְ pronounced bê·raḵ בְּנֵ֣י upon the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl לִפְנֵ֖י before lip̄·nê מוֹתֽוֹ׃ his death . mō·w·ṯōw Deuteronomy 33:2 וַיֹּאמַ֗ר He said : way·yō·mar יְהוָ֞ה “ YHWH Yah·weh בָּא֙ came bā מִסִּינַ֥י from Sinai mis·sî·nay וְזָרַ֤ח and dawned wə·zā·raḥ לָ֔מוֹ upon us lā·mōw מִשֵּׂעִיר֙ from Seir ; miś·śê·‘îr הוֹפִ֙יעַ֙ He shone forth hō·w·p̄î·a‘ מֵהַ֣ר from Mount mê·har פָּארָ֔ן Paran pā·rān וְאָתָ֖ה and came wə·’ā·ṯāh מֵרִבְבֹ֣ת with myriads mê·riḇ·ḇōṯ קֹ֑דֶשׁ of holy ones , qō·ḏeš אֵשְׁדָּת with flaming fire ʾē·šə·då̄ṯ לָֽמוֹ׃ lā·mōw מִֽימִינ֕וֹ at His right hand . mî·mî·nōw Deuteronomy 33:3 אַ֚ף Surely ’ap̄ חֹבֵ֣ב You love ḥō·ḇêḇ עַמִּ֔ים the people ; ‘am·mîm כָּל־ all kāl- קְדֹשָׁ֖יו the holy ones [are] qə·ḏō·šāw בְּיָדֶ֑ךָ in Your hand , bə·yā·ḏe·ḵā וְהֵם֙ and they wə·hêm תֻּכּ֣וּ sit down tuk·kū לְרַגְלֶ֔ךָ at Your feet ; lə·raḡ·le·ḵā יִשָּׂ֖א each receives yiś·śā מִדַּבְּרֹתֶֽיךָ׃ Your words — mid·dab·bə·rō·ṯe·ḵā Deuteronomy 33:4 תּוֹרָ֥ה the law tō·w·rāh מֹשֶׁ֑ה that Moses mō·šeh צִוָּה־ gave ṣiw·wāh- לָ֖נוּ us , lā·nū מוֹרָשָׁ֖ה the possession mō·w·rā·šāh קְהִלַּ֥ת of the assembly qə·hil·laṯ יַעֲקֹֽב׃ of Jacob . ya·‘ă·qōḇ Deuteronomy 33:5 וַיְהִ֥י So [YHWH] became way·hî מֶ֑לֶךְ King me·leḵ בִישֻׁר֖וּן in Jeshurun ḇî·šu·rūn רָ֣אשֵׁי when the leaders rā·šê עָ֔ם of the people ‘ām בְּהִתְאַסֵּף֙ gathered , bə·hiṯ·’as·sêp̄ שִׁבְטֵ֥י when the tribes šiḇ·ṭê יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ of Israel yiś·rā·’êl יַ֖חַד [came] together . ya·ḥaḏ Deuteronomy 33:6 רְאוּבֵ֖ן Let Reuben rə·’ū·ḇên יְחִ֥י live yə·ḥî וְאַל־ and not wə·’al- יָמֹ֑ת die , yā·mōṯ וִיהִ֥י nor wî·hî מְתָ֖יו his men mə·ṯāw מִסְפָּֽר׃ס be few . ” mis·pār Deuteronomy 33:7 וְזֹ֣את And wə·zōṯ לִֽיהוּדָה֮ concerning Judah lî·hū·ḏāh וַיֹּאמַר֒ he said : way·yō·mar יְהוָה֙ “ O YHWH , Yah·weh שְׁמַ֤ע hear šə·ma‘ ק֣וֹל the cry qō·wl יְהוּדָ֔ה of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh תְּבִיאֶ֑נּוּ and bring him tə·ḇî·’en·nū וְאֶל־ to wə·’el- עַמּ֖וֹ his people . ‘am·mōw יָדָיו֙ With his own hands yā·ḏāw רָ֣ב he defends his cause rāḇ ל֔וֹ . . . , lōw תִּהְיֶֽה׃ס but may You be tih·yeh
