מֹשֶׁ֗ה When Moses mō·šeh כְּכַלּ֣וֹת had finished kə·ḵal·lō·wṯ לִכְתֹּ֛ב writing liḵ·tōḇ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- סֵ֑פֶר in a book sê·p̄er דִּבְרֵ֥י the words diḇ·rê הַזֹּ֖את of this haz·zōṯ עַל־ . . . ‘al- הַתּוֹרָֽה־ law hat·tō·w·rāh- עַ֖ד . . . ‘aḏ תֻּמָּֽם׃ from beginning to end , tum·mām Deuteronomy 31:25 וַיְצַ֤ו he gave this command to way·ṣaw מֹשֶׁה֙ . . . mō·šeh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַלְוִיִּ֔ם the Levites hal·wî·yim נֹ֥שְׂאֵ֛י who carried nō·śə·’ê אֲר֥וֹן the ark ’ă·rō·wn בְּרִית־ of the covenant bə·rîṯ- יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh לֵאמֹֽר׃ - : lê·mōr Deuteronomy 31:26 לָקֹ֗חַ “ Take lā·qō·aḥ אֵ֣ת - ’êṯ הַזֶּ֔ה this haz·zeh סֵ֤פֶר Book sê·p̄er הַתּוֹרָה֙ of the Law hat·tō·w·rāh וְשַׂמְתֶּ֣ם and place wə·śam·tem אֹת֔וֹ it ’ō·ṯōw מִצַּ֛ד beside miṣ·ṣaḏ אֲר֥וֹן the ark ’ă·rō·wn בְּרִית־ of the covenant bə·rîṯ- יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֑ם your God , ’ĕ·lō·hê·ḵem וְהָֽיָה־ so that it may remain wə·hā·yāh- שָׁ֥ם there šām לְעֵֽד׃ as a witness lə·‘êḏ בְּךָ֖ against you . bə·ḵā Deuteronomy 31:27 כִּ֣י For kî אָנֹכִ֤י I ’ā·nō·ḵî יָדַ֙עְתִּי֙ know yā·ḏa‘·tî אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- מֶרְיְךָ֔ how rebellious mer·yə·ḵā וְאֶֽת־ - wə·’eṯ- עָרְפְּךָ֖ and stiff-necked you are ‘ā·rə·pə·ḵā הַקָּשֶׁ֑ה . . . . haq·qā·šeh הֵ֣ן vvv hên הֱיִתֶם֙ If you are already hĕ·yi·ṯem עִם־ . . . ‘im- מַמְרִ֤ים rebelling mam·rîm עִמָּכֶ֜ם against ‘im·mā·ḵem יְהֹוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh הַיּ֗וֹם . . . hay·yō·wm בְּעוֹדֶנִּי֩ while I am still bə·‘ō·w·ḏen·nî חַ֨י alive , ḥay וְאַ֖ף how much more wə·’ap̄ כִּי־ . . . kî- אַחֲרֵ֥י will you rebel after ’a·ḥă·rê מוֹתִֽי׃ my death ! mō·w·ṯî Deuteronomy 31:28 הַקְהִ֧ילוּ Assemble haq·hî·lū אֵלַ֛י before me ’ê·lay כָּל־ all kāl- זִקְנֵ֥י the elders ziq·nê שִׁבְטֵיכֶ֖ם of your tribes šiḇ·ṭê·ḵem וְשֹׁטְרֵיכֶ֑ם and [all] your officers wə·šō·ṭə·rê·ḵem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַאֲדַבְּרָ֣ה so that I may speak wa·’ă·ḏab·bə·rāh אֵ֚ת - ’êṯ הָאֵ֔לֶּה these hā·’êl·leh הַדְּבָרִ֣ים words had·də·ḇā·rîm בְאָזְנֵיהֶ֗ם in their hearing ḇə·’ā·zə·nê·hem הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם and call heaven haš·šā·ma·yim וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הָאָֽרֶץ׃ and earth hā·’ā·reṣ וְאָעִ֣ידָה to witness wə·’ā·‘î·ḏāh בָּ֔ם against them . bām אֶת־ - ’eṯ- Deuteronomy 31:29 כִּ֣י For kî יָדַ֗עְתִּי I know yā·ḏa‘·tî כִּֽי־ that kî- אַחֲרֵ֤י after ’a·ḥă·rê מוֹתִי֙ my death mō·w·ṯî הַשְׁחֵ֣ת you will become utterly corrupt haš·ḥêṯ תַּשְׁחִת֔וּן . . . taš·ḥi·ṯūn וְסַרְתֶּ֣ם and turn wə·sar·tem מִן־ from min- הַדֶּ֔רֶךְ the path had·de·reḵ
