אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā נָֽתַן־ has given nā·ṯan- לְךָ֛ to you lə·ḵā וּלְבֵיתֶ֑ךָ and your household . ū·lə·ḇê·ṯe·ḵā Deuteronomy 26:12 כִּ֣י When kî תְכַלֶּ֞ה you have finished laying aside ṯə·ḵal·leh לַ֠עְשֵׂר . . . la‘·śêr אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מַעְשַׂ֧ר a tenth ma‘·śar כָּל־ of all kāl- תְּבוּאָתְךָ֛ your produce tə·ḇū·’ā·ṯə·ḵā הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֖ת in the third haš·šə·lî·šiṯ בַּשָּׁנָ֥ה year , baš·šā·nāh שְׁנַ֣ת the year šə·naṯ הַֽמַּעֲשֵׂ֑ר of the tithe , ham·ma·‘ă·śêr וְנָתַתָּ֣ה you are to give wə·nā·ṯat·tāh לַלֵּוִ֗י it to the Levite , lal·lê·wî לַגֵּר֙ the foreigner , lag·gêr לַיָּת֣וֹם the fatherless , lay·yā·ṯō·wm וְלָֽאַלְמָנָ֔ה and the widow , wə·lā·’al·mā·nāh וְאָכְל֥וּ that they may eat wə·’ā·ḵə·lū וְשָׂבֵֽעוּ׃ and be filled wə·śā·ḇê·‘ū בִשְׁעָרֶ֖יךָ within your gates . ḇiš·‘ā·re·ḵā Deuteronomy 26:13 וְאָמַרְתָּ֡ Then you shall declare wə·’ā·mar·tā לִפְנֵי֩ in the presence lip̄·nê יְהוָ֨ה of YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ your God , ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā בִּעַ֧רְתִּי “ I have removed bi·‘ar·tî מִן־ from min- הַבַּ֗יִת [my] house hab·ba·yiṯ הַקֹּ֣דֶשׁ the sacred [portion] haq·qō·ḏeš וְגַ֨ם and wə·ḡam נְתַתִּ֤יו have given it nə·ṯat·tîw לַלֵּוִי֙ to the Levite , lal·lê·wî וְלַגֵּר֙ the foreigner , wə·lag·gêr לַיָּת֣וֹם the fatherless , lay·yā·ṯō·wm וְלָאַלְמָנָ֔ה and the widow , wə·lā·’al·mā·nāh כְּכָל־ according to all kə·ḵāl- מִצְוָתְךָ֖ the commandments miṣ·wā·ṯə·ḵā אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer צִוִּיתָ֑נִי You have given me . ṣiw·wî·ṯā·nî לֹֽא־ I have not lō- עָבַ֥רְתִּי transgressed ‘ā·ḇar·tî שָׁכָֽחְתִּי׃ or forgotten šā·ḵā·ḥə·tî מִמִּצְוֺתֶ֖יךָ Your commandments mim·miṣ·wō·ṯe·ḵā וְלֹ֥א . . . . wə·lō Deuteronomy 26:14 לֹא־ I have not lō- אָכַ֨לְתִּי eaten ’ā·ḵal·tî מִמֶּ֗נּוּ any of [the sacred portion] mim·men·nū וְלֹא־ . . . wə·lō- בְאֹנִ֜י while in mourning , ḇə·’ō·nî בִעַ֤רְתִּי or removed ḇi·‘ar·tî מִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙ any of it mim·men·nū בְּטָמֵ֔א while unclean , bə·ṭā·mê וְלֹא־ . . . wə·lō- נָתַ֥תִּי or offered nā·ṯat·tî מִמֶּ֖נּוּ any of mim·men·nū לְמֵ֑ת it for the dead . lə·mêṯ שָׁמַ֗עְתִּי I have obeyed šā·ma‘·tî בְּקוֹל֙ . . . bə·qō·wl יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהָ֔י my God ; ’ĕ·lō·hāy עָשִׂ֕יתִי I have done ‘ā·śî·ṯî כְּכֹ֖ל everything kə·ḵōl אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer צִוִּיתָֽנִי׃ You commanded me . ṣiw·wî·ṯā·nî Deuteronomy 26:15 הַשְׁקִיפָה֩ Look down haš·qî·p̄āh מִן־ from min- קָדְשְׁךָ֜ Your holy qāḏ·šə·ḵā מִמְּע֨וֹן habitation , mim·mə·‘ō·wn הַשָּׁמַ֗יִם from heaven , haš·šā·ma·yim וּבָרֵ֤ךְ and bless ū·ḇā·rêḵ אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- עַמְּךָ֙ Your people ‘am·mə·ḵā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל Israel yiś·rā·’êl וְאֵת֙ - wə·’êṯ הָאֲדָמָ֔ה and the land hā·’ă·ḏā·māh נָתַ֖תָּה You have given nā·ṯat·tāh לָ֑נוּ us lā·nū כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר - ka·’ă·šer אֲשֶׁ֥ר as ’ă·šer נִשְׁבַּ֙עְתָּ֙ You swore niš·ba‘·tā לַאֲבֹתֵ֔ינוּ to our fathers — la·’ă·ḇō·ṯê·nū אֶ֛רֶץ a land ’e·reṣ זָבַ֥ת flowing zā·ḇaṯ חָלָ֖ב with milk ḥā·lāḇ וּדְבָֽשׁ׃ס and honey . ” ū·ḏə·ḇāš
