דָּבָ֜ר a message dā·ḇār בִּשְׁמִ֗י in My name biš·mî אֵ֣ת - ’êṯ אֲשֶׁ֤ר that ’ă·šer לֹֽא־ I have not lō- צִוִּיתִיו֙ commanded him ṣiw·wî·ṯîw לְדַבֵּ֔ר to speak , lə·ḏab·bêr וַאֲשֶׁ֣ר [or] wa·’ă·šer יְדַבֵּ֔ר to speak yə·ḏab·bêr בְּשֵׁ֖ם in the name bə·šêm אֲחֵרִ֑ים of other ’ă·ḥê·rîm אֱלֹהִ֣ים gods , ’ĕ·lō·hîm הַהֽוּא׃ that ha·hū הַנָּבִ֥יא prophet han·nā·ḇî וּמֵ֖ת must be put to death . ” ū·mêṯ Deuteronomy 18:21 וְכִ֥י - wə·ḵî תֹאמַ֖ר You may ask ṯō·mar בִּלְבָבֶ֑ךָ in your heart , bil·ḇā·ḇe·ḵā אֵיכָה֙ “ How ’ê·ḵāh נֵדַ֣ע can we recognize nê·ḏa‘ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַדָּבָ֔ר a message had·dā·ḇār אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH Yah·weh לֹא־ has not lō- דִבְּר֖וֹ spoken ? ” ḏib·bə·rōw Deuteronomy 18:22 אֲשֶׁר֩ When ’ă·šer הַנָּבִ֜יא a prophet han·nā·ḇî יְדַבֵּ֨ר speaks yə·ḏab·bêr בְּשֵׁ֣ם in the name bə·šêm יְהוָ֗ה of YHWH Yah·weh הַדָּבָר֙ and the message had·dā·ḇār וְלֹֽא־ does not wə·lō- יִהְיֶ֤ה come to pass yih·yeh וְלֹ֣א [or] wə·lō יָב֔וֹא come true , yā·ḇō·w ה֣וּא that hū הַדָּבָ֔ר is a message had·dā·ḇār אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer יְהוָ֑ה YHWH Yah·weh לֹ֥א has not lō דִבְּר֖וֹ spoken . ḏib·bə·rōw הַנָּבִ֔יא The prophet han·nā·ḇî דִּבְּר֣וֹ has spoken dib·bə·rōw בְּזָדוֹן֙ presumptuously . bə·zā·ḏō·wn לֹא־ Do not lō- תָג֖וּר be afraid ṯā·ḡūr מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ס of him . mim·men·nū Deuteronomy 19:1 כִּֽי־ When kî- יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יַכְרִ֞ית has cut off yaḵ·rîṯ הַגּוֹיִ֔ם the nations hag·gō·w·yim אֲשֶׁר֙ - ’ă·šer אַרְצָ֑ם whose land ’ar·ṣām יְהוָ֣ה He Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ . . . ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā נֹתֵ֥ן is giving nō·ṯên לְךָ֖ you , lə·ḵā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וִֽירִשְׁתָּ֕ם and when you have driven them out wî·riš·tām וְיָשַׁבְתָּ֥ and settled wə·yā·šaḇ·tā בְעָרֵיהֶ֖ם in their cities ḇə·‘ā·rê·hem וּבְבָתֵּיהֶֽם׃ and houses , ū·ḇə·ḇāt·tê·hem Deuteronomy 19:2 תַּבְדִּ֣יל then you are to set apart taḇ·dîl לָ֑ךְ for yourselves lāḵ שָׁל֥וֹשׁ three šā·lō·wōš עָרִ֖ים cities ‘ā·rîm בְּת֣וֹךְ within bə·ṯō·wḵ אַרְצְךָ֔ the land ’ar·ṣə·ḵā אֲשֶׁר֙ that ’ă·šer יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā נֹתֵ֥ן is giving nō·ṯên לְךָ֖ you lə·ḵā לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃ to possess . lə·riš·tāh Deuteronomy 19:3 תָּכִ֣ין You are to build tā·ḵîn הַדֶּרֶךְ֒ roads had·de·reḵ לְךָ֮ for yourselves lə·ḵā וְשִׁלַּשְׁתָּ֙ and divide into three regions wə·šil·laš·tā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- גְּב֣וּל - gə·ḇūl אַרְצְךָ֔ the land ’ar·ṣə·ḵā אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer
