הַבְּרִית֙ His covenant hab·bə·rîṯ וְאֶת־ and wə·’eṯ- הַחֶ֔סֶד the loving devotion ha·ḥe·seḏ אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer נִשְׁבַּ֖ע He swore niš·ba‘ לַאֲבֹתֶֽיךָ׃ to your fathers . la·’ă·ḇō·ṯe·ḵā Deuteronomy 7:13 וַאֲהֵ֣בְךָ֔ He will love you wa·’ă·hê·ḇə·ḵā וּבֵרַכְךָ֖ and bless you ū·ḇê·raḵ·ḵā וְהִרְבֶּ֑ךָ and multiply you . wə·hir·be·ḵā וּבֵרַ֣ךְ He will bless ū·ḇê·raḵ פְּרִֽי־ the fruit pə·rî- בִטְנְךָ֣ of your womb ḇiṭ·nə·ḵā וּפְרִֽי־ and the produce ū·p̄ə·rî- אַ֠דְמָתֶךָ of your land — ’aḏ·mā·ṯe·ḵā דְּגָ֨נְךָ֜ your grain , də·ḡā·nə·ḵā וְתִֽירֹשְׁךָ֣ new wine , wə·ṯî·rō·šə·ḵā וְיִצְהָרֶ֗ךָ and oil , wə·yiṣ·hā·re·ḵā שְׁגַר־ the young šə·ḡar- אֲלָפֶ֙יךָ֙ of your herds ’ă·lā·p̄e·ḵā וְעַשְׁתְּרֹ֣ת and the lambs wə·‘aš·tə·rōṯ צֹאנֶ֔ךָ of your flocks — ṣō·ne·ḵā עַ֚ל in ‘al הָֽאֲדָמָ֔ה the land hā·’ă·ḏā·māh אֲשֶׁר־ that ’ă·šer- נִשְׁבַּ֥ע He swore niš·ba‘ לַאֲבֹתֶ֖יךָ to your fathers la·’ă·ḇō·ṯe·ḵā לָ֥תֶת to give lā·ṯeṯ לָֽךְ׃ you . lāḵ Deuteronomy 7:14 תִּֽהְיֶ֖ה You will be tih·yeh בָּר֥וּךְ blessed bā·rūḵ מִכָּל־ above all mik·kāl הָעַמִּ֑ים peoples ; hā·‘am·mîm בְךָ֛ among you ḇə·ḵā יִהְיֶ֥ה there will be yih·yeh לֹא־ no lō- עָקָ֥ר barren man ‘ā·qār וַֽעֲקָרָ֖ה or woman wa·‘ă·qā·rāh וּבִבְהֶמְתֶּֽךָ׃ or livestock . ū·ḇiḇ·hem·te·ḵā Deuteronomy 7:15 יְהוָ֛ה And YHWH Yah·weh וְהֵסִ֧יר will remove wə·hê·sîr מִמְּךָ֖ from you mim·mə·ḵā כָּל־ all kāl- חֹ֑לִי sickness . ḥō·lî לֹ֤א He will not lō יְשִׂימָם֙ lay yə·śî·mām בָּ֔ךְ upon you bāḵ וְכָל־ any wə·ḵāl הָרָעִ֜ים of the terrible hā·rā·‘îm מַדְוֵי֩ diseases maḏ·wê אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer יָדַ֗עְתָּ you knew yā·ḏa‘·tā מִצְרַ֨יִם in Egypt , miṣ·ra·yim וּנְתָנָ֖ם but He will inflict them ū·nə·ṯā·nām בְּכָל־ on all bə·ḵāl שֹׂנְאֶֽיךָ׃ who hate you . śō·nə·’e·ḵā Deuteronomy 7:16 וְאָכַלְתָּ֣ You must destroy wə·’ā·ḵal·tā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- כָּל־ all kāl- הָֽעַמִּ֗ים the peoples hā·‘am·mîm אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer יְהוָ֤ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā נֹתֵ֣ן will deliver nō·ṯên לָ֔ךְ to you . lāḵ לֹא־ Do not lō- עֵֽינְךָ֖ look ‘ê·nə·ḵā עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם on them ‘ă·lê·hem תָחֹ֥ס with pity . ṯā·ḥōs וְלֹ֤א Do not wə·lō תַעֲבֹד֙ worship ṯa·‘ă·ḇōḏ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אֱלֹ֣הֵיהֶ֔ם their gods , ’ĕ·lō·hê·hem כִּֽי־ for kî- ה֖וּא that hū מוֹקֵ֥שׁ will be a snare mō·w·qêš לָֽךְ׃ס to you . lāḵ Deuteronomy 7:17 כִּ֤י vvv kî תֹאמַר֙ You may say ṯō·mar בִּלְבָ֣בְךָ֔ in your heart , bil·ḇā·ḇə·ḵā הָאֵ֖לֶּה “ These hā·’êl·leh הַגּוֹיִ֥ם nations hag·gō·w·yim רַבִּ֛ים are greater rab·bîm מִמֶּ֑נִּי than we are ; mim·men·nî אֵיכָ֥ה how ’ê·ḵāh אוּכַ֖ל can ’ū·ḵal
