בְּי֣וֹם on the day bə·yō·wm שָׁמְעוֹ֒ he hears of them , šā·mə·‘ōw כָּל־ then nothing kāl- לֹ֣א . . . lō מוֹצָ֨א that came from mō·w·ṣā שְׂפָתֶ֧יהָ her lips , śə·p̄ā·ṯe·hā לִנְדָרֶ֛יהָ whether her vows lin·ḏā·re·hā נַפְשָׁ֖הּ - nap̄·šāh וּלְאִסַּ֥ר or pledges , ū·lə·’is·sar יָק֑וּם shall stand . yā·qūm אִישָׁ֣הּ Her husband ’î·šāh הֲפֵרָ֔ם . . . hă·p̄ê·rām יָפֵ֨ר has nullified them , yā·p̄êr אֹתָ֥ם׀ - ’ō·ṯām וַיהוָ֖ה and YHWH Yah·weh יִֽסְלַֽח־ will absolve yis·laḥ- לָֽהּ׃ her . lāh Numbers 30:13 אִישָׁ֥הּ Her husband ’î·šāh יְקִימֶ֖נּוּ may confirm yə·qî·men·nū וְאִישָׁ֥הּ . . . wə·’î·šāh יְפֵרֶֽנּוּ׃ or nullify yə·p̄ê·ren·nū כָּל־ any kāl- נֵ֛דֶר vow nê·ḏer וְכָל־ or any wə·ḵāl שְׁבֻעַ֥ת sworn šə·ḇu·‘aṯ אִסָּ֖ר pledge ’is·sār לְעַנֹּ֣ת to deny lə·‘an·nōṯ נָ֑פֶשׁ herself . nā·p̄eš Numbers 30:14 וְאִם־ But if wə·’im- אִישָׁהּ֮ her husband ’î·šāh הַחֲרֵשׁ֩ says nothing ha·ḥă·rêš יַחֲרִ֨ישׁ . . . ya·ḥă·rîš לָ֥הּ to her lāh מִיּ֣וֹם from day mî·yō·wm אֶל־ to ’el- יוֹם֒ day , yō·wm וְהֵקִים֙ then he confirms wə·hê·qîm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- כָּל־ all kāl- נְדָרֶ֔יהָ the vows nə·ḏā·re·hā א֥וֹ and ’ōw אֶת־ - ’eṯ- כָּל־ - kāl- אֱסָרֶ֖יהָ pledges ’ĕ·sā·re·hā אֲשֶׁ֣ר that ’ă·šer עָלֶ֑יהָ bind her . ‘ā·le·hā הֵקִ֣ים He has confirmed hê·qîm אֹתָ֔ם them , ’ō·ṯām כִּי־ because kî- הֶחֱרִ֥שׁ he said nothing he·ḥĕ·riš לָ֖הּ to her lāh בְּי֥וֹם on the day bə·yō·wm שָׁמְעֽוֹ׃ he heard about them . šā·mə·‘ōw Numbers 30:15 וְאִם־ But if wə·’im- הָפֵ֥ר he nullifies hā·p̄êr יָפֵ֛ר . . . yā·p̄êr אֹתָ֖ם them ’ō·ṯām אַחֲרֵ֣י after ’a·ḥă·rê שָׁמְע֑וֹ he hears of them , šā·mə·‘ōw וְנָשָׂ֖א then he will bear wə·nā·śā אֶת־ her ’eṯ- עֲוֺנָֽהּ׃ iniquity . ” ‘ă·wō·nāh Numbers 30:16 אֵ֣לֶּה These ’êl·leh הַֽחֻקִּ֗ים are the statutes ha·ḥuq·qîm אֲשֶׁ֨ר that ’ă·šer יְהוָה֙ YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- צִוָּ֤ה commanded ṣiw·wāh מֹשֶׁ֔ה Moses mō·šeh בֵּ֥ין concerning the relationship between bên אִ֖ישׁ a man ’îš לְאִשְׁתּ֑וֹ and his wife , lə·’iš·tōw בֵּֽין־ and between bên- אָ֣ב a father ’āḇ לְבִתּ֔וֹ and a young daughter lə·ḇit·tōw בִּנְעֻרֶ֖יהָ . . . bin·‘u·re·hā אָבִֽיהָ׃פ still in his ’ā·ḇî·hā בֵּ֥ית home . bêṯ Numbers 31:1 יְהוָ֖ה And YHWH Yah·weh וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר said way·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֥ה Moses mō·šeh לֵּאמֹֽר׃ . . . , lê·mōr
