לֵאמֹ֑ר . . . lê·mōr זֶ֣ה “ This zeh הַדָּבָ֔ר . . . had·dā·ḇār אֲשֶׁ֖ר is what ’ă·šer יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH Yah·weh צִוָּ֥ה has commanded : ṣiw·wāh Numbers 30:2 כִּֽי־ If kî- אִישׁ֩ a man ’îš יִדֹּ֨ר makes yid·dōr נֶ֜דֶר a vow ne·ḏer לַֽיהוָ֗ה to YHWH Yah·weh אֽוֹ־ or ’ōw- הִשָּׁ֤בַע swears hiš·šā·ḇa‘ שְׁבֻעָה֙ an oath šə·ḇu·‘āh לֶאְסֹ֤ר to obligate le’·sōr נַפְשׁ֔וֹ himself nap̄·šōw עַל־ - ‘al- אִסָּר֙ by a pledge , ’is·sār לֹ֥א he must not lō יַחֵ֖ל break ya·ḥêl דְּבָר֑וֹ his word ; də·ḇā·rōw יַעֲשֶֽׂה׃ he must do ya·‘ă·śeh כְּכָל־ everything kə·ḵāl- הַיֹּצֵ֥א he has promised hay·yō·ṣê מִפִּ֖יו . . . . mip·pîw Numbers 30:3 כִּֽי־ And if kî- וְאִשָּׁ֕ה a woman wə·’iš·šāh אָבִ֖יהָ in her father’s ’ā·ḇî·hā בְּבֵ֥ית house bə·ḇêṯ בִּנְעֻרֶֽיהָ׃ during her youth bin·‘u·re·hā תִדֹּ֥ר makes ṯid·dōr נֶ֖דֶר a vow ne·ḏer לַיהוָ֑ה to YHWH Yah·weh וְאָסְרָ֥ה or obligates herself wə·’ā·sə·rāh אִסָּ֛ר by a pledge , ’is·sār Numbers 30:4 אָבִ֜יהָ and her father ’ā·ḇî·hā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וְשָׁמַ֨ע hears about wə·šā·ma‘ נִדְרָ֗הּ her vow niḏ·rāh וֶֽאֱסָרָהּ֙ or pledge we·’ĕ·sā·rāh אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer אָֽסְרָ֣ה - ’ā·sə·rāh נַפְשָׁ֔הּ - nap̄·šāh עַל־ - ‘al- אָבִ֑יהָ [but] ’ā·ḇî·hā וְהֶחֱרִ֥ישׁ says nothing wə·he·ḥĕ·rîš לָ֖הּ to her , lāh כָּל־ then all kāl- נְדָרֶ֔יהָ the vows nə·ḏā·re·hā וְכָל־ or wə·ḵāl אִסָּ֛ר pledges ’is·sār אֲשֶׁר־ by which ’ă·šer- אָסְרָ֥ה she has bound ’ā·sə·rāh נַפְשָׁ֖הּ herself nap̄·šāh יָקֽוּם׃ . . . yā·qūm עַל־ . . . ‘al- וְקָ֙מוּ֙ shall stand . wə·qā·mū Numbers 30:5 וְאִם־ But if wə·’im- אָבִ֣יהָ her father ’ā·ḇî·hā אֹתָהּ֮ - ’ō·ṯāh הֵנִ֨יא prohibits her hê·nî בְּי֣וֹם on the day bə·yō·wm שָׁמְעוֹ֒ he hears šā·mə·‘ōw כָּל־ about it , kāl- לֹ֣א then none lō נְדָרֶ֗יהָ of the vows nə·ḏā·re·hā וֶֽאֱסָרֶ֛יהָ or pledges we·’ĕ·sā·re·hā אֲשֶׁר־ by which ’ă·šer- אָסְרָ֥ה she has bound ’ā·sə·rāh נַפְשָׁ֖הּ herself nap̄·šāh עַל־ - ‘al- יָק֑וּם shall stand . yā·qūm וַֽיהוָה֙ YHWH Yah·weh יִֽסְלַח־ will absolve yis·laḥ- לָ֔הּ her lāh כִּי־ because kî- אָבִ֖יהָ her father ’ā·ḇî·hā אֹתָֽהּ׃ - ’ō·ṯāh הֵנִ֥יא has prohibited her . hê·nî Numbers 30:6 וְאִם־ If wə·’im- הָי֤וֹ a woman marries hā·yōw תִֽהְיֶה֙ . . . ṯih·yeh לְאִ֔ישׁ . . . lə·’îš וּנְדָרֶ֖יהָ while under a vow ū·nə·ḏā·re·hā עָלֶ֑יהָ . . . ‘ā·le·hā
