א֚וֹ or ’ōw מִבְטָ֣א rash promise miḇ·ṭā שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ . . . śə·p̄ā·ṯe·hā אֲשֶׁ֥ר by which ’ă·šer נַפְשָֽׁהּ׃ she nap̄·šāh אָסְרָ֖ה has bound ’ā·sə·rāh עַל־ herself , ‘al- Numbers 30:7 אִישָׁ֛הּ and her husband ’î·šāh וְשָׁמַ֥ע hears of it wə·šā·ma‘ וְהֶחֱרִ֣ישׁ but says nothing wə·he·ḥĕ·rîš לָ֑הּ to her lāh בְּי֥וֹם on that day bə·yō·wm שָׁמְע֖וֹ - , šā·mə·‘ōw נְדָרֶ֗יהָ then the vows nə·ḏā·re·hā וְקָ֣מוּ - wə·qā·mū וֶֽאֱסָרֶ֛הָ or pledges we·’ĕ·sā·re·hā אֲשֶׁר־ by which ’ă·šer- נַפְשָׁ֖הּ she nap̄·šāh אָסְרָ֥ה has bound ’ā·sə·rāh עַל־ herself ‘al- יָקֻֽמוּ׃ shall stand . yā·qu·mū Numbers 30:8 וְ֠אִם But if wə·’im אִישָׁהּ֮ her husband ’î·šāh יָנִ֣יא prohibits yā·nî אוֹתָהּ֒ her ’ō·w·ṯāh בְּי֨וֹם when bə·yō·wm שְׁמֹ֣עַ he hears of it , šə·mō·a‘ וְהֵפֵ֗ר he nullifies wə·hê·p̄êr אֶת־ - ’eṯ- נִדְרָהּ֙ the vow niḏ·rāh אֲשֶׁ֣ר that ’ă·šer עָלֶ֔יהָ binds her ‘ā·le·hā וְאֵת֙ - wə·’êṯ מִבְטָ֣א or the rash promise miḇ·ṭā שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ . . . śə·p̄ā·ṯe·hā אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer נַפְשָׁ֑הּ she nap̄·šāh אָסְרָ֖ה has made , ’ā·sə·rāh עַל־ . . . ‘al- וַיהוָ֖ה and YHWH Yah·weh יִֽסְלַֽח־ will absolve yis·laḥ- לָֽהּ׃ her . lāh Numbers 30:9 כֹּ֛ל Every kōl אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- וְנֵ֥דֶר vow wə·nê·ḏer אַלְמָנָ֖ה a widow ’al·mā·nāh וּגְרוּשָׁ֑ה or divorced woman ū·ḡə·rū·šāh אָסְרָ֥ה pledges to fulfill ’ā·sə·rāh עַל־ . . . ‘al- נַפְשָׁ֖הּ . . . nap̄·šāh יָק֥וּם is binding yā·qūm עָלֶֽיהָ׃ on her . ‘ā·le·hā Numbers 30:10 וְאִם־ If wə·’im- אִישָׁ֖הּ a woman in her husband’s ’î·šāh בֵּ֥ית house bêṯ נָדָ֑רָה has made a vow nā·ḏā·rāh אֽוֹ־ or ’ōw- נַפְשָׁ֖הּ put herself nap̄·šāh עַל־ under ‘al- אָסְרָ֥ה an obligation ’ā·sə·rāh אִסָּ֛ר . . . ’is·sār בִּשְׁבֻעָֽה׃ with an oath , biš·ḇu·‘āh Numbers 30:11 אִישָׁהּ֙ and her husband ’î·šāh וְשָׁמַ֤ע hears of it wə·šā·ma‘ וְהֶחֱרִ֣שׁ but says nothing wə·he·ḥĕ·riš לָ֔הּ to her lāh לֹ֥א and does not lō הֵנִ֖יא prohibit her , hê·nî אֹתָ֑הּ - ’ō·ṯāh כָּל־ then all kāl- נְדָרֶ֔יהָ the vows nə·ḏā·re·hā וְקָ֙מוּ֙ - wə·qā·mū וְכָל־ or wə·ḵāl אִסָּ֛ר pledges ’is·sār אֲשֶׁר־ by which ’ă·šer- אָסְרָ֥ה she has bound ’ā·sə·rāh נַפְשָׁ֖הּ herself nap̄·šāh עַל־ . . . ‘al- יָקֽוּם׃ shall stand . yā·qūm Numbers 30:12 וְאִם־ But if wə·’im- אִישָׁהּ֮ her husband ’î·šāh הָפֵר֩ nullifies them hā·p̄êr
