וּבְנֹתֶ֔יךָ or daughters , ū·ḇə·nō·ṯe·ḵā וְכֹ֥ל or anyone wə·ḵōl בָּעִ֑יר else in the city bā·‘îr אֲשֶׁר־ who belongs ’ă·šer- לְךָ֖ to you ? lə·ḵā הוֹצֵ֖א Get them out hō·w·ṣê מִן־ of min- הַמָּקֽוֹם׃ here , ham·mā·qō·wm Genesis 19:13 כִּֽי־ because kî- אֲנַ֔חְנוּ we ’ă·naḥ·nū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מַשְׁחִתִ֣ים are about to destroy maš·ḥi·ṯîm הַזֶּ֑ה this haz·zeh הַמָּק֖וֹם place . ham·mā·qō·wm כִּֽי־ For kî- צַעֲקָתָם֙ the outcry ṣa·‘ă·qā·ṯām אֶת־ to ’eṯ- פְּנֵ֣י . . . pə·nê יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh גָֽדְלָ֤ה [against its people] is so great ḡā·ḏə·lāh יְהוָ֖ה that [He] Yah·weh וַיְשַׁלְּחֵ֥נוּ has sent us way·šal·lə·ḥê·nū לְשַׁחֲתָֽהּ׃ to destroy it . ” lə·ša·ḥă·ṯāh Genesis 19:14 ל֜וֹט So Lot lō·wṭ וַיֵּצֵ֨א went out way·yê·ṣê וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר׀ and spoke way·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- חֲתָנָ֣יו׀ the sons-in-law ḥă·ṯā·nāw לֹקְחֵ֣י who were pledged in marriage to lō·qə·ḥê בְנֹתָ֗יו his daughters . ḇə·nō·ṯāw ק֤וּמוּ “ Get up , ” qū·mū וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ he said . way·yō·mer צְּאוּ֙ “ Get out ṣə·’ū מִן־ of min- הַזֶּ֔ה this haz·zeh הַמָּק֣וֹם place , ham·mā·qō·wm כִּֽי־ for kî- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מַשְׁחִ֥ית is about to destroy maš·ḥîṯ הָעִ֑יר the city ! ” hā·‘îr חֲתָנָֽיו׃ But his sons-in-law ḥă·ṯā·nāw בְּעֵינֵ֥י thought bə·‘ê·nê וַיְהִ֥י he was way·hî כִמְצַחֵ֖ק joking . ḵim·ṣa·ḥêq Genesis 19:15 וּכְמוֹ֙ At ū·ḵə·mōw הַשַּׁ֣חַר daybreak haš·ša·ḥar עָלָ֔ה . . . ‘ā·lāh הַמַּלְאָכִ֖ים the angels ham·mal·’ā·ḵîm וַיָּאִ֥יצוּ hurried way·yā·’î·ṣū בְּל֣וֹט Lot along , bə·lō·wṭ לֵאמֹ֑ר saying , lê·mōr קוּם֩ “ Get up ! qūm קַ֨ח Take qaḥ אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- אִשְׁתְּךָ֜ your wife ’iš·tə·ḵā וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- שְׁתֵּ֤י and your two šə·tê בְנֹתֶ֙יךָ֙ daughters ḇə·nō·ṯe·ḵā הַנִּמְצָאֹ֔ת who are here , han·nim·ṣā·’ōṯ פֶּן־ or pen- תִּסָּפֶ֖ה you will be swept away tis·sā·p̄eh בַּעֲוֺ֥ן in the punishment ba·‘ă·wōn הָעִֽיר׃ of the city . ” hā·‘îr Genesis 19:16 וַֽיִּתְמַהְמָ֓הּ׀ But when [Lot] hesitated , way·yiṯ·mah·māh הָאֲנָשִׁ֜ים the men hā·’ă·nā·šîm וַיַּחֲזִ֨קוּ grabbed way·ya·ḥă·zi·qū בְּיָד֣וֹ his hand bə·yā·ḏōw וּבְיַד־ and the hands ū·ḇə·yaḏ- אִשְׁתּ֗וֹ of his wife ’iš·tōw וּבְיַד֙ and ū·ḇə·yaḏ שְׁתֵּ֣י his two šə·tê בְנֹתָ֔יו daughters . ḇə·nō·ṯāw וַיֹּצִאֻ֥הוּ And they led them way·yō·ṣi·’u·hū וַיַּנִּחֻ֖הוּ safely way·yan·ni·ḥu·hū מִח֥וּץ out of mi·ḥūṣ לָעִֽיר׃ the city , lā·‘îr יְהוָ֖ה because of YHWH’s Yah·weh בְּחֶמְלַ֥ת compassion bə·ḥem·laṯ עָלָ֑יו for them . ‘ā·lāw Genesis 19:17 וַיְהִי֩ - way·hî כְהוֹצִיאָ֨ם As soon as the men had brought ḵə·hō·w·ṣî·’ām אֹתָ֜ם them ’ō·ṯām הַח֗וּצָה out , ha·ḥū·ṣāh וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ one of them said , way·yō·mer
