Numbers 27:12 יְהוָה֙ Then YHWH Yah·weh וַיֹּ֤אמֶר said way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֔ה Moses , mō·šeh עֲלֵ֛ה “ Go up ‘ă·lêh אֶל־ . . . ’el- הַזֶּ֑ה this haz·zeh הַ֥ר mountain har הָעֲבָרִ֖ים of the Abarim range hā·‘ă·ḇā·rîm וּרְאֵה֙ and see ū·rə·’êh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאָ֔רֶץ the land hā·’ā·reṣ אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer נָתַ֖תִּי I have given nā·ṯat·tî לִבְנֵ֥י the Israelites liḇ·nê יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ . . . . yiś·rā·’êl Numbers 27:13 וְרָאִ֣יתָה After you have seen it , wə·rā·’î·ṯāh אֹתָ֔הּ - ’ō·ṯāh אָ֑תָּה you ’āt·tāh גַּם־ too will gam- וְנֶאֱסַפְתָּ֥ be gathered wə·ne·’ĕ·sap̄·tā אֶל־ to ’el- עַמֶּ֖יךָ your people , ‘am·me·ḵā כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר as ka·’ă·šer אָחִֽיךָ׃ your brother ’ā·ḥî·ḵā אַהֲרֹ֥ן Aaron ’a·hă·rōn נֶאֱסַ֖ף was ; ne·’ĕ·sap̄ Numbers 27:14 כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ for ka·’ă·šer הָֽעֵדָ֔ה when the congregation hā·‘ê·ḏāh בִּמְרִיבַת֙ contended bim·rî·ḇaṯ בְּמִדְבַּר־ in the Wilderness bə·miḏ·bar- צִ֗ן of Zin , ṣin מְרִיתֶ֨ם both of you rebelled mə·rî·ṯem פִּ֜י against My command pî לְהַקְדִּישֵׁ֥נִי to show My holiness lə·haq·dî·šê·nî לְעֵינֵיהֶ֑ם in their sight lə·‘ê·nê·hem בַמַּ֖יִם regarding the waters . ” ḇam·ma·yim הֵ֛ם Those hêm מֵֽי־ were the waters mê- מְרִיבַ֥ת of Meribah mə·rî·ḇaṯ קָדֵ֖שׁ in Kadesh , qā·ḏêš מִדְבַּר־ in the Wilderness miḏ·bar- צִֽן׃פ of Zin . ṣin Numbers 27:15 מֹשֶׁ֔ה So Moses mō·šeh וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר appealed way·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh לֵאמֹֽר׃ . . . , lê·mōr Numbers 27:16 יְהוָ֔ה “ May YHWH , Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵ֥י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê הָרוּחֹ֖ת of the spirits hā·rū·ḥōṯ לְכָל־ of all lə·ḵāl בָּשָׂ֑ר flesh , bā·śār יִפְקֹ֣ד appoint yip̄·qōḏ אִ֖ישׁ a man ’îš עַל־ over ‘al- הָעֵדָֽה׃ the congregation hā·‘ê·ḏāh Numbers 27:17 אֲשֶׁר־ who ’ă·šer- יֵצֵ֣א will go out yê·ṣê לִפְנֵיהֶ֗ם - lip̄·nê·hem יָבֹא֙ and come in yā·ḇō לִפְנֵיהֶ֔ם before them , lip̄·nê·hem וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר - wa·’ă·šer וַאֲשֶׁ֤ר and who wa·’ă·šer יוֹצִיאֵ֖ם will lead them out yō·w·ṣî·’êm וַאֲשֶׁ֣ר - wa·’ă·šer יְבִיאֵ֑ם and bring them in , yə·ḇî·’êm עֲדַ֣ת so that the congregation ‘ă·ḏaṯ יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH Yah·weh וְלֹ֤א will not wə·lō תִהְיֶה֙ be ṯih·yeh כַּצֹּ֕אן like sheep kaṣ·ṣōn אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer אֵין־ without ’ên- לָהֶ֖ם lā·hem רֹעֶֽה׃ a shepherd . ” rō·‘eh Numbers 27:18 יְהוָ֜ה And YHWH Yah·weh וַיֹּ֨אמֶר replied way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֗ה Moses , mō·šeh
