Numbers 28:1 יְהוָ֖ה Then YHWH Yah·weh וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר said way·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֥ה Moses mō·šeh לֵּאמֹֽר׃ . . . , lê·mōr Numbers 28:2 צַ֚ו “ Command ṣaw אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּנֵ֣י the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl וְאָמַרְתָּ֖ and say wə·’ā·mar·tā אֲלֵהֶ֑ם to them ’ă·lê·hem אֶת־ - : ’eṯ- תִּשְׁמְר֕וּ See tiš·mə·rū לְהַקְרִ֥יב that you present lə·haq·rîḇ לִ֖י to Me lî בְּמוֹעֲדֽוֹ׃ at its appointed time bə·mō·w·‘ă·ḏōw לַחְמִ֜י the food laḥ·mî קָרְבָּנִ֨י for My offerings qā·rə·bā·nî לְאִשַּׁ֗י by fire , lə·’iš·šay נִֽיחֹחִ֔י as a pleasing nî·ḥō·ḥî רֵ֚יחַ aroma to Me . rê·aḥ Numbers 28:3 וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ And tell them wə·’ā·mar·tā לָהֶ֔ם [that] lā·hem זֶ֚ה this [is] zeh הָֽאִשֶּׁ֔ה the offering made by fire hā·’iš·šeh אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer תַּקְרִ֖יבוּ you are to present taq·rî·ḇū לַיהוָ֑ה to YHWH Yah·weh תָמִֽיד׃ as a regular ṯā·mîḏ עֹלָ֥ה burnt offering ‘ō·lāh לַיּ֖וֹם each day : lay·yō·wm שְׁנַ֥יִם two šə·na·yim תְמִימִ֛ם unblemished ṯə·mî·mim בְּנֵֽי־ year-old bə·nê- שָׁנָ֧ה . . . šā·nāh כְּבָשִׂ֨ים male lambs . kə·ḇā·śîm Numbers 28:4 אֶת־ - ’eṯ- תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה Offer ta·‘ă·śeh אֶחָ֖ד one ’e·ḥāḏ הַכֶּ֥בֶשׂ lamb hak·ke·ḇeś בַבֹּ֑קֶר in the morning ḇab·bō·qer וְאֵת֙ - wə·’êṯ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י and the other haš·šê·nî תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה . . . ta·‘ă·śeh הַכֶּ֣בֶשׂ - hak·ke·ḇeś בֵּ֥ין at bên הָֽעַרְבָּֽיִם׃ twilight , hā·‘ar·bā·yim Numbers 28:5 וַעֲשִׂירִ֧ית along with a tenth wa·‘ă·śî·rîṯ הָאֵיפָ֛ה of an ephah hā·’ê·p̄āh סֹ֖לֶת of fine flour sō·leṯ לְמִנְחָ֑ה as a grain offering , lə·min·ḥāh בְּלוּלָ֛ה mixed bə·lū·lāh רְבִיעִ֥ת with a quarter rə·ḇî·‘iṯ הַהִֽין׃ hin ha·hîn בְּשֶׁ֥מֶן of oil bə·še·men כָּתִ֖ית from pressed [olives] . kā·ṯîṯ Numbers 28:6 תָּמִ֑יד This is a regular tā·mîḏ עֹלַ֖ת burnt offering ‘ō·laṯ הָעֲשֻׂיָה֙ established hā·‘ă·śu·yāh בְּהַ֣ר at Mount bə·har סִינַ֔י Sinai sî·nay נִיחֹ֔חַ as a pleasing nî·ḥō·aḥ לְרֵ֣יחַ aroma , lə·rê·aḥ אִשֶּׁ֖ה an offering made by fire ’iš·šeh לַֽיהוָֽה׃ to YHWH . Yah·weh Numbers 28:7 וְנִסְכּוֹ֙ The drink offering wə·nis·kōw הָאֶחָ֑ד accompanying each hā·’e·ḥāḏ לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ lamb lak·ke·ḇeś רְבִיעִ֣ת [shall be] a quarter rə·ḇî·‘iṯ הַהִ֔ין hin . ha·hîn הַסֵּ֛ךְ Pour out has·sêḵ נֶ֥סֶךְ the offering ne·seḵ שֵׁכָ֖ר of fermented drink šê·ḵār לַיהוָֽה׃ to YHWH Yah·weh בַּקֹּ֗דֶשׁ in the sanctuary area . baq·qō·ḏeš Numbers 28:8 וְאֵת֙ And wə·’êṯ תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה offer ta·‘ă·śeh הַשֵּׁנִ֔י the second haš·šê·nî
