נוֹתַ֤ר was left nō·w·ṯar מֵהֶם֙ . . . mê·hem כִּ֚י except kî אִם־ . . . ’im- כָּלֵ֣ב Caleb kā·lêḇ בֶּן־ son ben- יְפֻנֶּ֔ה of Jephunneh yə·p̄un·neh וִיהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ and Joshua wî·hō·wō·šu·a‘ בִּן־ son bin- נֽוּן׃ס of Nun . nūn Numbers 27:1 בְּנ֣וֹת Now the daughters bə·nō·wṯ צְלָפְחָ֗ד of Zelophehad ṣə·lā·p̄ə·ḥāḏ בֶּן־ son ben- חֵ֤פֶר of Hepher , ḥê·p̄er בֶּן־ the son ben- גִּלְעָד֙ of Gilead , gil·‘āḏ בֶּן־ the son ben- מָכִ֣יר of Machir , mā·ḵîr בֶּן־ the son ben- מְנַשֶּׁ֔ה of Manasseh , mə·naš·šeh לְמִשְׁפְּחֹ֖ת belonged to the clans lə·miš·pə·ḥōṯ מְנַשֶּׁ֣ה of Manasseh mə·naš·šeh בֶן־ son ḇen- יוֹסֵ֑ף of Joseph . yō·w·sêp̄ וְאֵ֙לֶּה֙ These wə·’êl·leh שְׁמ֣וֹת were the names šə·mō·wṯ בְּנֹתָ֔יו of his daughters : bə·nō·ṯāw מַחְלָ֣ה Mahlah , maḥ·lāh נֹעָ֔ה Noah , nō·‘āh וְחָגְלָ֥ה Hoglah , wə·ḥā·ḡə·lāh וּמִלְכָּ֖ה Milcah , ū·mil·kāh וְתִרְצָֽה׃ and Tirzah . wə·ṯir·ṣāh וַתִּקְרַ֜בְנָה They approached wat·tiq·raḇ·nāh Numbers 27:2 פֶּ֥תַח the entrance pe·ṯaḥ אֹֽהֶל־ to the Tent ’ō·hel- מוֹעֵ֖ד of Meeting , mō·w·‘êḏ וַֽתַּעֲמֹ֜דְנָה stood wat·ta·‘ă·mō·ḏə·nāh לִפְנֵ֣י before lip̄·nê מֹשֶׁ֗ה Moses , mō·šeh וְלִפְנֵי֙ . . . wə·lip̄·nê אֶלְעָזָ֣ר Eleazar ’el·‘ā·zār הַכֹּהֵ֔ן the priest , hak·kō·hên וְלִפְנֵ֥י . . . wə·lip̄·nê הַנְּשִׂיאִ֖ם the leaders , han·nə·śî·’im וְכָל־ and the whole wə·ḵāl הָעֵדָ֑ה congregation , hā·‘ê·ḏāh לֵאמֹֽר׃ and said , lê·mōr Numbers 27:3 אָבִינוּ֮ “ Our father ’ā·ḇî·nū מֵ֣ת died mêṯ בַּמִּדְבָּר֒ in the wilderness , bam·miḏ·bār וְה֨וּא but he wə·hū הָיָ֜ה was hā·yāh לֹא־ not lō- בְּת֣וֹךְ among bə·ṯō·wḵ הָעֵדָ֗ה the followers hā·‘ê·ḏāh קֹ֑רַח of Korah qō·raḥ הַנּוֹעָדִ֛ים who gathered together han·nō·w·‘ā·ḏîm עַל־ against ‘al- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH .
