אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל Israel yiś·rā·’êl עֲבֹ֖ר to pass ‘ă·ḇōr בִּגְבֻל֑וֹ through their territory , biḡ·ḇu·lōw יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל and Israel yiś·rā·’êl וַיֵּ֥ט turned away way·yêṭ מֵעָלָֽיו׃פ from them . mê·‘ā·lāw Numbers 20:22 וַיִּסְע֖וּ After they had set out way·yis·‘ū מִקָּדֵ֑שׁ from Kadesh , miq·qā·ḏêš כָּל־ the whole kāl- הָעֵדָ֖ה congregation hā·‘ê·ḏāh בְנֵֽי־ . . . ḇə·nê- יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl וַיָּבֹ֧אוּ came way·yā·ḇō·’ū הָהָֽר׃ to Mount hā·hār הֹ֥ר Hor . hōr Numbers 20:23 הָהָ֑ר And at Mount hā·hār בְּהֹ֣ר Hor , bə·hōr עַל־ near ‘al- גְּב֥וּל the border gə·ḇūl אֶֽרֶץ־ of the land ’e·reṣ- אֱד֖וֹם of Edom , ’ĕ·ḏō·wm יְהוָ֛ה YHWH Yah·weh וַיֹּ֧אמֶר said way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֥ה Moses mō·šeh וְאֶֽל־ . . . wə·’el- אַהֲרֹ֖ן and Aaron , ’a·hă·rōn לֵאמֹֽר׃ - lê·mōr Numbers 20:24 אַהֲרֹן֙ “ Aaron ’a·hă·rōn יֵאָסֵ֤ף will be gathered yê·’ā·sêp̄ אֶל־ to ’el- עַמָּ֔יו his people ; ‘am·māw כִּ֣י . . . kî לֹ֤א he will not lō יָבֹא֙ enter yā·ḇō אֶל־ . . . ’el- הָאָ֔רֶץ the land hā·’ā·reṣ אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer נָתַ֖תִּי I have given nā·ṯat·tî לִבְנֵ֣י the Israelites liḇ·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל . . . , yiś·rā·’êl עַ֛ל because ‘al אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- מְרִיתֶ֥ם both of you rebelled mə·rî·ṯem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- פִּ֖י against My command pî לְמֵ֥י at the waters lə·mê מְרִיבָֽה׃ of Meribah . mə·rî·ḇāh Numbers 20:25 קַ֚ח Take qaḥ אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- אַהֲרֹ֔ן Aaron ’a·hă·rōn וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- בְּנ֑וֹ and his son bə·nōw אֶלְעָזָ֖ר Eleazar ’el·‘ā·zār וְהַ֥עַל and bring them up wə·ha·‘al אֹתָ֖ם - ’ō·ṯām הָהָֽר׃ Mount hā·hār הֹ֥ר Hor . hōr Numbers 20:26 וְהַפְשֵׁ֤ט Remove wə·hap̄·šêṭ אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- אַהֲרֹן֙ Aaron’s ’a·hă·rōn אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּגָדָ֔יו priestly garments bə·ḡā·ḏāw וְהִלְבַּשְׁתָּ֖ם and put them on wə·hil·baš·tām אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּנ֑וֹ his son bə·nōw אֶלְעָזָ֣ר Eleazar . ’el·‘ā·zār וְאַהֲרֹ֥ן Aaron wə·’a·hă·rōn יֵאָסֵ֖ף will be gathered [to his people] yê·’ā·sêp̄ וּמֵ֥ת and will die ū·mêṯ שָֽׁם׃ there . ” šām Numbers 20:27 מֹשֶׁ֔ה So Moses mō·šeh וַיַּ֣עַשׂ did way·ya·‘aś כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר as ka·’ă·šer יְהוָ֑ה YHWH Yah·weh צִוָּ֣ה had commanded , ṣiw·wāh וַֽיַּעֲלוּ֙ and they climbed way·ya·‘ă·lū אֶל־ . . . ’el- הָהָ֔ר Mount hā·hār הֹ֣ר Hor hōr לְעֵינֵ֖י in the sight lə·‘ê·nê
