אֹֽתְךָ֔ - ’ō·ṯə·ḵā וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- כָּל־ [you] and all kāl- אַחֶ֥יךָ your fellow ’a·ḥe·ḵā אִתָּ֑ךְ - ’it·tāḵ בְנֵי־ Levites ḇə·nê- לֵוִ֖י . . . , lê·wî וּבִקַּשְׁתֶּ֖ם but you are seeking ū·ḇiq·qaš·tem כְּהֻנָּֽה׃ the priesthood kə·hun·nāh גַּם־ as well . gam- Numbers 16:11 לָכֵ֗ן Therefore , lā·ḵên אַתָּה֙ it is you ’at·tāh וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl עֲדָ֣תְךָ֔ your followers ‘ă·ḏā·ṯə·ḵā הַנֹּעָדִ֖ים who have conspired han·nō·‘ā·ḏîm עַל־ against ‘al- יְהוָ֑ה YHWH ! Yah·weh וְאַהֲרֹ֣ן As for Aaron , wə·’a·hă·rōn מַה־ who mah- ה֔וּא is he hū כִּ֥י that kî תִלּוֹנוּ you should grumble ṯil·lō·nū עָלָֽיו׃ against him ? ” ‘ā·lāw Numbers 16:12 מֹשֶׁ֔ה Then Moses mō·šeh וַיִּשְׁלַ֣ח summoned way·yiš·laḥ לִקְרֹ֛א . . . liq·rō לְדָתָ֥ן Dathan lə·ḏā·ṯān וְלַאֲבִירָ֖ם and Abiram , wə·la·’ă·ḇî·rām בְּנֵ֣י the sons bə·nê אֱלִיאָ֑ב of Eliab , ’ĕ·lî·’āḇ וַיֹּאמְר֖וּ but they said , way·yō·mə·rū לֹ֥א “ We will not lō נַעֲלֶֽה׃ come ! na·‘ă·leh Numbers 16:13 הַמְעַ֗ט Is it not enough ham·‘aṭ כִּ֤י that kî הֶֽעֱלִיתָ֙נוּ֙ you have brought us up he·‘ĕ·lî·ṯā·nū מֵאֶ֨רֶץ out of a land mê·’e·reṣ זָבַ֤ת flowing zā·ḇaṯ חָלָב֙ with milk ḥā·lāḇ וּדְבַ֔שׁ and honey ū·ḏə·ḇaš לַהֲמִיתֵ֖נוּ to kill us la·hă·mî·ṯê·nū בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר in the wilderness ? bam·miḏ·bār כִּֽי־ . . . kî- גַּם־ Must you also gam- תִשְׂתָּרֵ֥ר appoint yourself as ruler ṯiś·tā·rêr הִשְׂתָּרֵֽר׃ . . . hiś·tā·rêr עָלֵ֖ינוּ over us ? ‘ā·lê·nū Numbers 16:14 אַ֡ף Moreover , ’ap̄ לֹ֣א you have not lō הֲבִ֣יאֹתָ֔נוּ brought us hă·ḇî·’ō·ṯā·nū אֶל־ into ’el- אֶרֶץ֩ a land ’e·reṣ זָבַ֨ת flowing zā·ḇaṯ חָלָ֤ב with milk ḥā·lāḇ וּדְבַשׁ֙ and honey ū·ḏə·ḇaš וַתִּ֨תֶּן־ or given wat·tit·ten- לָ֔נוּ us lā·nū נַחֲלַ֖ת an inheritance na·ḥă·laṯ שָׂדֶ֣ה of fields śā·ḏeh וָכָ֑רֶם and vineyards . wā·ḵā·rem תְּנַקֵּ֖ר Will you gouge out tə·naq·qêr הַעֵינֵ֞י the eyes ha·‘ê·nê הָהֵ֛ם of these hā·hêm הָאֲנָשִׁ֥ים men ? hā·’ă·nā·šîm לֹ֥א No, we will not lō נַעֲלֶֽה׃ come ! ” na·‘ă·leh Numbers 16:15 לְמֹשֶׁה֙ Then Moses lə·mō·šeh מְאֹ֔ד became very mə·’ōḏ וַיִּ֤חַר angry way·yi·ḥar וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ and said way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- יְהוָ֔ה YHWH , Yah·weh אַל־ “ Do not ’al- תֵּ֖פֶן regard tê·p̄en אֶל־ . . . ’el- מִנְחָתָ֑ם their offering . min·ḥā·ṯām לֹ֠א I have not lō נָשָׂ֔אתִי taken nā·śā·ṯî וְלֹ֥א . . . wə·lō אֶחָ֤ד one ’e·ḥāḏ חֲמ֨וֹר donkey ḥă·mō·wr מֵהֶם֙ from them mê·hem הֲרֵעֹ֖תִי or mistreated hă·rê·‘ō·ṯî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אַחַ֥ד a single ’a·ḥaḏ
