לְזָרָ֑א nauseous — lə·zā·rā יַ֗עַן because ya·‘an כִּֽי־ . . . kî- מְאַסְתֶּ֤ם you have rejected mə·’as·tem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יְהוָה֙ YHWH , Yah·weh אֲשֶׁ֣ר who ’ă·šer בְּקִרְבְּכֶ֔ם is among you , bə·qir·bə·ḵem וַתִּבְכּ֤וּ and have cried out wat·tiḇ·kū לְפָנָיו֙ before Him , lə·p̄ā·nāw לֵאמֹ֔ר saying , lê·mōr לָ֥מָּה ‘ Why lām·māh זֶּ֖ה did we ever zeh יָצָ֥אנוּ leave yā·ṣā·nū מִמִּצְרָֽיִם׃ Egypt ? ’” mim·miṣ·rā·yim Numbers 11:21 מֹשֶׁה֒ But Moses mō·šeh וַיֹּאמֶר֮ replied , way·yō·mer אָנֹכִ֖י “ Here I am ’ā·nō·ḵî בְּקִרְבּ֑וֹ among bə·qir·bōw אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer שֵׁשׁ־ 600,000 {} šêš- מֵא֥וֹת . . . mê·’ō·wṯ אֶ֙לֶף֙ . . . ’e·lep̄ הָעָ֕ם men hā·‘ām רַגְלִ֔י on foot , raḡ·lî וְאַתָּ֣ה yet You wə·’at·tāh אָמַ֗רְתָּ say , ’ā·mar·tā אֶתֵּ֣ן ‘ I will give ’et·tên לָהֶ֔ם them lā·hem בָּשָׂר֙ meat , bā·śār וְאָכְל֖וּ and they will eat wə·’ā·ḵə·lū חֹ֥דֶשׁ for a month ḥō·ḏeš יָמִֽים׃ . . . . ’ yā·mîm Numbers 11:22 הֲצֹ֧אן If [all our] flocks hă·ṣōn וּבָקָ֛ר and herds ū·ḇā·qār יִשָּׁחֵ֥ט were slaughtered yiš·šā·ḥêṭ לָהֶ֖ם for them , lā·hem וּמָצָ֣א would they have enough ū·mā·ṣā לָהֶ֑ם ? lā·hem אִ֣ם Or if ’im אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- כָּל־ all kāl- דְּגֵ֥י the fish də·ḡê הַיָּ֛ם in the sea hay·yām יֵאָסֵ֥ף were caught yê·’ā·sêp̄ לָהֶ֖ם for them , lā·hem וּמָצָ֥א would they have enough ū·mā·ṣā לָהֶֽם׃פ ? ” lā·hem Numbers 11:23 יְהוָה֙ YHWH Yah·weh אֶל־ . . . ’el- וַיֹּ֤אמֶר answered way·yō·mer מֹשֶׁ֔ה Moses , mō·šeh יְהוָ֖ה “ Is YHWH’s Yah·weh הֲיַ֥ד arm hă·yaḏ תִּקְצָ֑ר too short ? tiq·ṣār עַתָּ֥ה Now ‘at·tāh תִרְאֶ֛ה you will see ṯir·’eh אִם־ whether or ’im- לֹֽא׃ not lō דְבָרִ֖י My word ḏə·ḇā·rî הֲיִקְרְךָ֥ will come to pass . ” hă·yiq·rə·ḵā Numbers 11:24 מֹשֶׁ֗ה So Moses mō·šeh וַיֵּצֵ֣א went out way·yê·ṣê וַיְדַבֵּר֙ and relayed way·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- הָעָ֔ם the people hā·‘ām אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ דִּבְרֵ֣י the words diḇ·rê יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH , Yah·weh וַיֶּאֱסֹ֞ף and he gathered way·ye·’ĕ·sōp̄ שִׁבְעִ֥ים seventy šiḇ·‘îm אִישׁ֙ . . . ’îš מִזִּקְנֵ֣י of the elders miz·ziq·nê הָעָ֔ם of the people hā·‘ām וַֽיַּעֲמֵ֥ד and had them stand way·ya·‘ă·mêḏ אֹתָ֖ם - ’ō·ṯām סְבִיבֹ֥ת around sə·ḇî·ḇōṯ הָאֹֽהֶל׃ the tent . hā·’ō·hel Numbers 11:25 יְהוָ֥ה׀ Then YHWH Yah·weh וַיֵּ֨רֶד came down way·yê·reḏ בֶּעָנָן֮ in the cloud be·‘ā·nān וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר and spoke way·ḏab·bêr אֵלָיו֒ to him , ’ê·lāw וַיָּ֗אצֶל and He took way·yā·ṣel מִן־ some of min-
