תוֹנוּ֙ take advantage ṯō·w·nū אִ֣ישׁ of each ’îš אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עֲמִית֔וֹ other , ‘ă·mî·ṯōw וְיָרֵ֖אתָ but fear wə·yā·rê·ṯā מֵֽאֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ your God ; mê·’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā כִּ֛י for kî אֲנִ֥י I ’ă·nî יְהֹוָ֖ה am YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ your God . ’ĕ·lō·hê·ḵem Leviticus 25:18 וַעֲשִׂיתֶם֙ You are to keep wa·‘ă·śî·ṯem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- חֻקֹּתַ֔י My statutes ḥuq·qō·ṯay וְאֶת־ and wə·’eṯ- תִּשְׁמְר֖וּ carefully tiš·mə·rū וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֣ם observe wa·‘ă·śî·ṯem מִשְׁפָּטַ֥י My judgments miš·pā·ṭay אֹתָ֑ם - , ’ō·ṯām וִֽישַׁבְתֶּ֥ם so that you may dwell wî·šaḇ·tem לָבֶֽטַח׃ securely lā·ḇe·ṭaḥ עַל־ in ‘al- הָאָ֖רֶץ the land . hā·’ā·reṣ Leviticus 25:19 הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ Then the land hā·’ā·reṣ וְנָתְנָ֤ה will yield wə·nā·ṯə·nāh פִּרְיָ֔הּ its fruit , pir·yāh וַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖ם so that you can eat wa·’ă·ḵal·tem לָשֹׂ֑בַע your fill lā·śō·ḇa‘ וִֽישַׁבְתֶּ֥ם and dwell wî·šaḇ·tem לָבֶ֖טַח in safety lā·ḇe·ṭaḥ עָלֶֽיהָ׃ in the land . ‘ā·le·hā Leviticus 25:20 וְכִ֣י Now wə·ḵî תֹאמְר֔וּ you may wonder , ṯō·mə·rū מַה־ ‘ What mah- נֹּאכַ֤֖ל will we eat nō·ḵal הַשְּׁבִיעִ֑ת in the seventh haš·šə·ḇî·‘iṯ בַּשָּׁנָ֣ה year baš·šā·nāh הֵ֚ן if hên לֹ֣א we do not lō נִזְרָ֔ע sow niz·rā‘ וְלֹ֥א . . . wə·lō נֶאֱסֹ֖ף or gather ne·’ĕ·sōp̄ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- תְּבוּאָתֵֽנוּ׃ our produce ? ’ tə·ḇū·’ā·ṯê·nū Leviticus 25:21 וְצִוִּ֤יתִי But I will send wə·ṣiw·wî·ṯî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בִּרְכָתִי֙ My blessing bir·ḵā·ṯî לָכֶ֔ם upon you lā·ḵem הַשִּׁשִּׁ֑ית in the sixth haš·šiš·šîṯ בַּשָּׁנָ֖ה year , baš·šā·nāh וְעָשָׂת֙ so that [the land] will yield wə·‘ā·śāṯ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַתְּבוּאָ֔ה a crop hat·tə·ḇū·’āh לִשְׁלֹ֖שׁ sufficient for three liš·lōš הַשָּׁנִֽים׃ years . haš·šā·nîm Leviticus 25:22 וּזְרַעְתֶּ֗ם While you are sowing ū·zə·ra‘·tem אֵ֚ת - ’êṯ הַשְּׁמִינִ֔ת in the eighth haš·šə·mî·niṯ הַשָּׁנָ֣ה year , haš·šā·nāh וַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖ם you will be eating wa·’ă·ḵal·tem מִן־ from min- יָשָׁ֑ן the previous yā·šān הַתְּבוּאָ֣ה harvest , hat·tə·ḇū·’āh תֹּאכְל֖וּ - tō·ḵə·lū יָשָֽׁן׃ - yā·šān עַ֣ד׀ until ‘aḏ הַתְּשִׁיעִ֗ת the ninth hat·tə·šî·‘iṯ הַשָּׁנָ֣ה year’s haš·šā·nāh עַד־ - ‘aḏ- תְּב֣וּאָתָ֔הּ harvest tə·ḇū·’ā·ṯāh בּוֹא֙ comes in . bō·w Leviticus 25:23 וְהָאָ֗רֶץ The land wə·hā·’ā·reṣ לֹ֤א must not lō תִמָּכֵר֙ be sold ṯim·mā·ḵêr לִצְמִתֻ֔ת permanently , liṣ·mi·ṯuṯ כִּי־ because kî- הָאָ֑רֶץ [it] hā·’ā·reṣ לִ֖י [is] Mine , lî כִּֽי־ and kî- אַתֶּ֖ם you ’at·tem גֵרִ֧ים are but foreigners ḡê·rîm וְתוֹשָׁבִ֛ים and residents wə·ṯō·wō·šā·ḇîm עִמָּדִֽי׃ with Me . ‘im·mā·ḏî
