בוֹ֙ ḇōw מ֔וּם a physical defect mūm יִקְרַ֔ב may approach yiq·raḇ לְהַקְרִ֖יב to offer lə·haq·rîḇ לֶ֥חֶם the food le·ḥem אֱלֹהָֽיו׃ of his God . ’ĕ·lō·hāw Leviticus 21:18 כִּ֥י - kî כָל־ No ḵāl לֹ֣א . . . lō אִ֛ישׁ man ’îš אֲשֶׁר־ who ’ă·šer- בּ֥וֹ bōw מ֖וּם has any defect mūm יִקְרָ֑ב may approach — yiq·rāḇ אִ֤ישׁ no man ’îš עִוֵּר֙ who is blind , ‘iw·wêr פִסֵּ֔חַ lame , p̄is·sê·aḥ א֥וֹ . . . ’ōw חָרֻ֖ם disfigured , ḥā·rum א֥וֹ . . . ’ōw א֣וֹ or ’ōw שָׂרֽוּעַ׃ deformed ; śā·rū·a‘ Leviticus 21:19 א֣וֹ ’ōw אִ֔ישׁ no man ’îš אֲשֶׁר־ who ’ă·šer- יִהְיֶ֥ה has yih·yeh ב֖וֹ ḇōw שֶׁ֣בֶר a broken še·ḇer רָ֑גֶל foot rā·ḡel א֖וֹ or ’ōw שֶׁ֥בֶר . . . še·ḇer יָֽד׃ hand , yāḏ Leviticus 21:20 אֽוֹ־ or ’ōw- גִבֵּ֣ן who is a hunchback ḡib·bên אוֹ־ or ’ōw- דַ֔ק dwarf , ḏaq א֖וֹ or ’ōw בְּעֵינ֑וֹ who has an eye bə·‘ê·nōw תְּבַלֻּ֣ל defect , tə·ḇal·lul גָרָב֙ a festering rash , ḡā·rāḇ א֣וֹ . . . ’ōw יַלֶּ֔פֶת scabs , yal·le·p̄eṯ א֖וֹ . . . ’ōw א֤וֹ or ’ōw מְר֥וֹחַ a crushed mə·rō·w·aḥ אָֽשֶׁךְ׃ testicle . ’ā·šeḵ Leviticus 21:21 כָּל־ No kāl- אִ֞ישׁ . . . ’îš מִזֶּ֙רַע֙ descendant miz·ze·ra‘ אַהֲרֹ֣ן of Aaron ’a·hă·rōn הַכֹּהֵ֔ן the priest hak·kō·hên לֹ֣א . . . lō אֲשֶׁר־ who ’ă·šer- בּ֣וֹ bōw מ֗וּם has a defect mūm יִגַּ֔שׁ shall approach yig·gaš לְהַקְרִ֖יב to present lə·haq·rîḇ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אִשֵּׁ֣י the offerings made by fire ’iš·šê יְהוָ֑ה to YHWH . Yah·weh מ֣וּם [Since] he has a defect mūm בּ֔וֹ bōw אֵ֚ת - , ’êṯ לֹ֥א he is not lō יִגַּ֖שׁ to come near yig·gaš לְהַקְרִֽיב׃ to offer lə·haq·rîḇ לֶ֣חֶם the food le·ḥem אֱלֹהָ֔יו of his God . ’ĕ·lō·hāw Leviticus 21:22 יֹאכֵֽל׃ He may eat yō·ḵêl מִקָּדְשֵׁ֖י the most miq·qā·ḏə·šê הַקֳּדָשִׁ֑ים holy haq·qo·ḏā·šîm לֶ֣חֶם food le·ḥem אֱלֹהָ֔יו of his God ’ĕ·lō·hāw וּמִן־ as well as ū·min- הַקֳּדָשִׁ֖ים the holy [food] , haq·qo·ḏā·šîm Leviticus 21:23 אַ֣ךְ but ’aḵ כִּֽי־ because kî- מ֣וּם he has a defect mūm בּ֑וֹ , bōw וְלֹ֤א - wə·lō לֹ֣א he must not lō יָבֹ֗א go yā·ḇō
