Exodus 28:13 וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ Fashion wə·‘ā·śî·ṯā זָהָֽב׃ gold zā·hāḇ מִשְׁבְּצֹ֖ת filigree settings miš·bə·ṣōṯ Exodus 28:14 וּשְׁתֵּ֤י and two ū·šə·tê שַׁרְשְׁרֹת֙ chains šar·šə·rōṯ טָה֔וֹר of pure ṭā·hō·wr זָהָ֣ב gold , zā·hāḇ תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה made ta·‘ă·śeh אֹתָ֖ם - ’ō·ṯām מִגְבָּלֹ֛ת of braided miḡ·bā·lōṯ עֲבֹ֑ת cord ‘ă·ḇōṯ מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה work ; ma·‘ă·śêh וְנָתַתָּ֛ה and attach wə·nā·ṯat·tāh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָעֲבֹתֹ֖ת [these] hā·‘ă·ḇō·ṯōṯ שַׁרְשְׁרֹ֥ת chains šar·šə·rōṯ עַל־ to ‘al- הַֽמִּשְׁבְּצֹֽת׃ס the settings . ham·miš·bə·ṣōṯ Exodus 28:15 וְעָשִׂ֜יתָ You are also to make wə·‘ā·śî·ṯā חֹ֤שֶׁן a breastpiece ḥō·šen מִשְׁפָּט֙ of judgment miš·pāṭ תַּעֲשֶׂ֑נּוּ - ta·‘ă·śen·nū מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה with the same workmanship ma·‘ă·śêh חֹשֵׁ֔ב . . . ḥō·šêḇ כְּמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה . . . kə·ma·‘ă·śêh אֵפֹ֖ד as the ephod . ’ê·p̄ōḏ תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה Construct ta·‘ă·śeh אֹתֽוֹ׃ it ’ō·ṯōw זָ֠הָב with gold , zā·hāḇ תְּכֵ֨לֶת with blue , tə·ḵê·leṯ וְאַרְגָּמָ֜ן purple , wə·’ar·gā·mān וְתוֹלַ֧עַת and scarlet yarn wə·ṯō·w·la·‘aṯ שָׁנִ֛י . . . , šā·nî מָשְׁזָ֖ר and with finely spun mā·šə·zār וְשֵׁ֥שׁ linen . wə·šêš Exodus 28:16 יִֽהְיֶ֖ה It must be yih·yeh רָב֥וּעַ square rā·ḇū·a‘ כָּפ֑וּל when folded over double , kā·p̄ūl זֶ֥רֶת a span ze·reṯ אָרְכּ֖וֹ long ’ā·rə·kōw וְזֶ֥רֶת and a span wə·ze·reṯ רָחְבּֽוֹ׃ wide . rā·ḥə·bōw Exodus 28:17 וּמִלֵּאתָ֥ And mount ū·mil·lê·ṯā בוֹ֙ on it ḇōw מִלֻּ֣אַת a setting mil·lu·’aṯ אֶ֔בֶן of gemstones , ’e·ḇen אַרְבָּעָ֖ה four ’ar·bā·‘āh טוּרִ֣ים rows ṭū·rîm אָ֑בֶן of stones : ’ā·ḇen הָאֶחָֽד׃ In the first hā·’e·ḥāḏ ט֗וּר row there shall be ṭūr הַטּ֖וּר - haṭ·ṭūr אֹ֤דֶם a ruby , ’ō·ḏem פִּטְדָה֙ a topaz , piṭ·ḏāh וּבָרֶ֔קֶת and an emerald ; ū·ḇā·re·qeṯ Exodus 28:18 הַשֵּׁנִ֑י in the second haš·šê·nî וְהַטּ֖וּר row wə·haṭ·ṭūr נֹ֥פֶךְ a turquoise , nō·p̄eḵ סַפִּ֖יר a sapphire , sap·pîr וְיָהֲלֹֽם׃ and a diamond ; wə·yā·hă·lōm Exodus 28:19 הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֑י in the third haš·šə·lî·šî וְהַטּ֖וּר row wə·haṭ·ṭūr לֶ֥שֶׁם a jacinth , le·šem שְׁב֖וֹ an agate , šə·ḇōw וְאַחְלָֽמָה׃ and an amethyst ; wə·’aḥ·lā·māh Exodus 28:20 הָרְבִיעִ֔י and in the fourth hā·rə·ḇî·‘î וְהַטּוּר֙ row wə·haṭ·ṭūr תַּרְשִׁ֥ישׁ a beryl , tar·šîš וְשֹׁ֖הַם an onyx , wə·šō·ham וְיָשְׁפֵ֑ה and a jasper . wə·yā·šə·p̄êh מְשֻׁבָּצִ֥ים . . . mə·šub·bā·ṣîm יִהְי֖וּ Mount [these stones] yih·yū זָהָ֛ב in gold zā·hāḇ בְּמִלּוּאֹתָֽם׃ filigree settings . bə·mil·lū·’ō·ṯām
