כַיָּמִ֤ים . . . , ” ḵay·yā·mîm נְאֻ֖ם declares nə·’um יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָאֽוֹת׃ of Hosts . ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ Zechariah 8:12 כִּֽי־ “ For kî- זֶ֣רַע the seed ze·ra‘ הַשָּׁל֗וֹם [will be] prosperous , haš·šā·lō·wm הַגֶּ֜פֶן the vine hag·ge·p̄en תִּתֵּ֤ן will yield tit·tên פִּרְיָהּ֙ its fruit , pir·yāh וְהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ the ground wə·hā·’ā·reṣ תִּתֵּ֣ן will yield tit·tên אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יְבוּלָ֔הּ its produce , yə·ḇū·lāh וְהַשָּׁמַ֖יִם and the skies wə·haš·šā·ma·yim יִתְּנ֣וּ will give yit·tə·nū טַלָּ֑ם their dew . ṭal·lām שְׁאֵרִ֛ית To the remnant šə·’ê·rîṯ הַזֶּ֖ה of this haz·zeh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָעָ֥ם people hā·‘ām כָּל־ {I will give} all kāl- אֵֽלֶּה׃ these things ’êl·leh וְהִנְחַלְתִּ֗י as an inheritance . wə·hin·ḥal·tî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- Zechariah 8:13 כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ As ka·’ă·šer וְהָיָ֡ה vvv wə·hā·yāh הֱיִיתֶ֨ם you have been hĕ·yî·ṯem קְלָלָ֜ה a curse qə·lā·lāh בַּגּוֹיִ֗ם among the nations , bag·gō·w·yim בֵּ֤ית O house bêṯ יְהוּדָה֙ of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh וּבֵ֣ית and house ū·ḇêṯ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl כֵּ֚ן so kên אוֹשִׁ֣יעַ I will save ’ō·wō·šî·a‘ אֶתְכֶ֔ם you , ’eṯ·ḵem וִהְיִיתֶ֖ם and you will be wih·yî·ṯem בְּרָכָ֑ה a blessing . bə·rā·ḵāh אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּירָ֖אוּ be afraid ; tî·rā·’ū יְדֵיכֶֽם׃ס let your hands yə·ḏê·ḵem תֶּחֱזַ֥קְנָה be strong . ” te·ḥĕ·zaq·nāh Zechariah 8:14 כִּ֣י For kî כֹ֣ה this is what ḵōh יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָאוֹת֒ of Hosts ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ אָמַר֮ says : ’ā·mar כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר “ Just as ka·’ă·šer זָמַמְ֜תִּי I resolved zå̄·mam·tī לְהָרַ֣ע to bring disaster lə·hā·ra‘ לָכֶ֗ם upon you lā·ḵem אֲבֹֽתֵיכֶם֙ when your fathers ’ă·ḇō·ṯê·ḵem בְּהַקְצִ֤יף provoked Me to anger bə·haq·ṣîp̄ אֹתִ֔י - , ’ō·ṯî וְלֹ֖א and I did not wə·lō נִחָֽמְתִּי׃ relent , ” ni·ḥā·mə·tî אָמַ֖ר says ’ā·mar יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֑וֹת of Hosts , ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ Zechariah 8:15 כֵּ֣ן “ so kên הָאֵ֔לֶּה now hā·’êl·leh בַּיָּמִ֣ים . . . bay·yā·mîm זָמַ֙מְתִּי֙ I have resolved zā·mam·tî לְהֵיטִ֥יב to do good lə·hê·ṭîḇ שַׁ֤בְתִּי again šaḇ·tî אֶת־ ’eṯ- יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם to Jerusalem yə·rū·šā·lim וְאֶת־ and wə·’eṯ- בֵּ֣ית vvv bêṯ יְהוּדָ֑ה Judah . yə·hū·ḏāh אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּירָֽאוּ׃ be afraid . tî·rā·’ū Zechariah 8:16 אֵ֥לֶּה These ’êl·leh הַדְּבָרִ֖ים are the things had·də·ḇā·rîm אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer תַּֽעֲשׂ֑וּ you must do : ta·‘ă·śū דַּבְּר֤וּ Speak dab·bə·rū אֱמֶת֙ truth ’ĕ·meṯ אִ֣ישׁ to one ’îš אֶת־ . . . ’eṯ- רֵעֵ֔הוּ another , rê·‘ê·hū אֱמֶת֙ render true ’ĕ·meṯ שָׁל֔וֹם and sound šā·lō·wm וּמִשְׁפַּ֣ט judgments ū·miš·paṭ
