וְאֵ֣ין with no wə·’ên מַחֲרִ֑יד one to frighten him . ma·ḥă·rîḏ כִּי־ For kî- פִ֛י the mouth p̄î יְהוָ֥ה of YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֖וֹת of Hosts ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ דִּבֵּֽר׃ has spoken . dib·bêr Micah 4:5 כִּ֚י Though kî כָּל־ vvv kāl- אִ֖ישׁ each ’îš הָ֣עַמִּ֔ים of the peoples hā·‘am·mîm יֵלְכ֕וּ may walk yê·lə·ḵū בְּשֵׁ֣ם in the name bə·šêm אֱלֹהָ֑יו of his god , ’ĕ·lō·hāw וַאֲנַ֗חְנוּ yet we wa·’ă·naḥ·nū נֵלֵ֛ךְ will walk nê·lêḵ בְּשֵׁם־ in the name bə·šêm- יְהוָ֥ה of YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ our God ’ĕ·lō·hê·nū לְעוֹלָ֥ם forever lə·‘ō·w·lām וָעֶֽד׃פ and ever . wā·‘eḏ Micah 4:6 הַה֜וּא “ On that ha·hū בַּיּ֨וֹם day , ” bay·yō·wm נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָ֗ה YHWH , Yah·weh אֹֽסְפָה֙ “ I will gather ’ō·sə·p̄āh הַצֹּ֣לֵעָ֔ה the lame ; haṣ·ṣō·lê·‘āh אֲקַבֵּ֑צָה I will assemble ’ă·qab·bê·ṣāh וְהַנִּדָּחָ֖ה the outcast , wə·han·nid·dā·ḥāh וַאֲשֶׁ֖ר even those whom wa·’ă·šer הֲרֵעֹֽתִי׃ I have afflicted . hă·rê·‘ō·ṯî Micah 4:7 וְשַׂמְתִּ֤י And I will make wə·śam·tî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַצֹּֽלֵעָה֙ the lame haṣ·ṣō·lê·‘āh לִשְׁאֵרִ֔ית into a remnant , liš·’ê·rîṯ וְהַנַּהֲלָאָ֖ה and the outcast wə·han·na·hă·lā·’āh עָצ֑וּם into a strong ‘ā·ṣūm לְג֣וֹי nation . lə·ḡō·w יְהוָ֤ה Then YHWH Yah·weh וּמָלַ֨ךְ will rule ū·mā·laḵ עֲלֵיהֶם֙ over them ‘ă·lê·hem בְּהַ֣ר in Mount bə·har צִיּ֔וֹן Zion ṣî·yō·wn מֵעַתָּ֖ה from that day mê·‘at·tāh וְעַד־ and forever wə·‘aḏ- עוֹלָֽם׃פ . . . . ‘ō·w·lām Micah 4:8 וְאַתָּ֣ה And you , wə·’at·tāh מִגְדַּל־ O watchtower miḡ·dal- עֵ֗דֶר of the flock , ‘ê·ḏer עֹ֛פֶל O stronghold ‘ō·p̄el בַּת־ of the Daughter baṯ- צִיּ֖וֹן of Zion — ṣî·yō·wn הָרִ֣אשֹׁנָ֔ה the former hā·ri·šō·nāh הַמֶּמְשָׁלָה֙ dominion ham·mem·šā·lāh תֵּאתֶ֑ה will be restored tê·ṯeh עָדֶ֣יךָ to you ; ‘ā·ḏe·ḵā מַמְלֶ֖כֶת sovereignty mam·le·ḵeṯ וּבָאָ֗ה will come ū·ḇā·’āh לְבַ֥ת־ to the Daughter lə·ḇaṯ- יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ of Jerusalem . ” yə·rū·šā·lim Micah 4:9 לָ֥מָּה Why lām·māh עַתָּ֕ה do you now ‘at·tāh תָרִ֖יעִי cry ṯā·rî·‘î רֵ֑עַ aloud ? rê·a‘ אֵֽין־ Is there no ’ên- הֲמֶ֣לֶךְ king hă·me·leḵ בָּ֗ךְ among you ? bāḵ אִֽם־ Has ’im- יוֹעֲצֵךְ֙ your counselor yō·w·‘ă·ṣêḵ אָבָ֔ד perished ’ā·ḇāḏ כִּֽי־ so that kî- חִ֖יל anguish ḥîl הֶחֱזִיקֵ֥ךְ grips you he·ḥĕ·zî·qêḵ כַּיּוֹלֵדָֽה׃ like a woman in labor ? kay·yō·w·lê·ḏāh Micah 4:10 ח֧וּלִי Writhe ḥū·lî וָגֹ֛חִי in agony , wā·ḡō·ḥî בַּת־ O Daughter baṯ- צִיּ֖וֹן of Zion , ṣî·yō·wn כַּיּֽוֹלֵדָ֑ה like a woman in labor . kay·yō·w·lê·ḏāh כִּֽי־ For kî- עַתָּה֩ now ‘at·tāh תֵצְאִ֨י you will leave ṯê·ṣə·’î
