רָעָֽה׃ disaster rā·‘āh תָב֥וֹא can come ṯā·ḇō·w עָלֵ֖ינוּ upon us . ” ‘ā·lê·nū Micah 3:12 לָכֵן֙ Therefore , lā·ḵên בִּגְלַלְכֶ֔ם because of you , biḡ·lal·ḵem צִיּ֖וֹן Zion ṣî·yō·wn תֵֽחָרֵ֑שׁ will be plowed ṯê·ḥā·rêš שָׂדֶ֣ה like a field , śā·ḏeh וִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ Jerusalem wî·rū·šā·lim תִּֽהְיֶ֔ה will become tih·yeh עִיִּ֣ין a heap of rubble , ‘î·yîn הַבַּ֖יִת and the temple hab·ba·yiṯ וְהַ֥ר mount wə·har יָֽעַר׃פ a wooded yā·‘ar לְבָמ֥וֹת ridge . lə·ḇā·mō·wṯ Micah 4:1 וְהָיָ֣ה׀ - wə·hā·yāh בְּאַחֲרִ֣ית In the last bə·’a·ḥă·rîṯ הַיָּמִ֗ים days hay·yā·mîm הַ֣ר the mountain har בֵּית־ of the house bêṯ- יְהוָ֤ה of YHWH Yah·weh יִ֠הְיֶה will be yih·yeh נָכוֹן֙ established nā·ḵō·wn בְּרֹ֣אשׁ as the chief bə·rōš הֶהָרִ֔ים of the mountains ; he·hā·rîm וְנִשָּׂ֥א it will be raised wə·niś·śā ה֖וּא above hū מִגְּבָע֑וֹת the hills , mig·gə·ḇā·‘ō·wṯ עַמִּֽים׃ and the peoples ‘am·mîm וְנָהֲר֥וּ will stream wə·nā·hă·rū עָלָ֖יו to it . ‘ā·lāw Micah 4:2 רַבִּ֗ים And many rab·bîm גּוֹיִ֣ם nations gō·w·yim וְֽהָלְכ֞וּ will come wə·hā·lə·ḵū וְאָֽמְרוּ֙ and say : wə·’ā·mə·rū לְכ֣וּ׀ “ Come , lə·ḵū וְנַעֲלֶ֣ה let us go up wə·na·‘ă·leh אֶל־ to ’el- הַר־ the mountain har- יְהוָ֗ה of YHWH , Yah·weh וְאֶל־ to wə·’el- בֵּית֙ the house bêṯ אֱלֹהֵ֣י of the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יַעֲקֹ֔ב of Jacob . ya·‘ă·qōḇ וְיוֹרֵ֙נוּ֙ He will teach us wə·yō·w·rê·nū מִדְּרָכָ֔יו His ways , mid·də·rā·ḵāw וְנֵלְכָ֖ה so that we may walk wə·nê·lə·ḵāh בְּאֹֽרְחֹתָ֑יו in His paths . ” bə·’ō·rə·ḥō·ṯāw כִּ֤י For kî תוֹרָ֔ה the law ṯō·w·rāh תֵּצֵ֣א will go forth tê·ṣê מִצִּיּוֹן֙ from Zion miṣ·ṣî·yō·wn וּדְבַר־ and the word ū·ḏə·ḇar- יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh מִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ from Jerusalem . mî·rū·šā·lim Micah 4:3 וְשָׁפַ֗ט Then He will judge wə·šā·p̄aṭ בֵּ֚ין between bên רַבִּ֔ים many rab·bîm עַמִּ֣ים peoples ‘am·mîm וְהוֹכִ֛יחַ and arbitrate wə·hō·w·ḵî·aḥ עֲצֻמִ֖ים for strong ‘ă·ṣu·mîm עַד־ . . . ‘aḏ- לְגוֹיִ֥ם nations lə·ḡō·w·yim רָח֑וֹק far and wide . rā·ḥō·wq וְכִתְּת֨וּ Then they will beat wə·ḵit·tə·ṯū חַרְבֹתֵיהֶ֜ם their swords ḥar·ḇō·ṯê·hem לְאִתִּ֗ים into plowshares lə·’it·tîm וַחֲנִיתֹֽתֵיהֶם֙ and their spears wa·ḥă·nî·ṯō·ṯê·hem לְמַזְמֵר֔וֹת into pruning hooks . lə·maz·mê·rō·wṯ גּ֤וֹי Nation gō·w לֹֽא־ will no longer lō- יִשְׂא֞וּ take up yiś·’ū חֶ֔רֶב the sword ḥe·reḇ אֶל־ against ’el- גּוֹי֙ nation , gō·w וְלֹא־ nor wə·lō- יִלְמְד֥וּן will they train yil·mə·ḏūn ע֖וֹד anymore ‘ō·wḏ מִלְחָמָֽה׃ for war . mil·ḥā·māh Micah 4:4 אִ֣ישׁ And each man ’îš וְיָשְׁב֗וּ will sit wə·yā·šə·ḇū תַּ֧חַת under ta·ḥaṯ גַּפְנ֛וֹ his own vine gap̄·nōw וְתַ֥חַת [and] under wə·ṯa·ḥaṯ תְּאֵנָת֖וֹ his own fig tree , tə·’ê·nā·ṯōw
