פְּרוּשָׂ֥ה spread out pə·rū·śāh עַל־ on ‘al- תָּבֽוֹר׃ Tabor . tā·ḇō·wr Hosea 5:2 שֵׂטִ֖ים The rebels śê·ṭîm הֶעְמִ֑יקוּ are deep he‘·mî·qū וְשַׁחֲטָ֥ה in slaughter ; wə·ša·ḥă·ṭāh וַאֲנִ֖י but I wa·’ă·nî מוּסָ֥ר will chastise them mū·sār לְכֻלָּֽם׃ all . lə·ḵul·lām Hosea 5:3 אֲנִי֙ I ’ă·nî יָדַ֣עְתִּי know all about yā·ḏa‘·tî אֶפְרַ֔יִם Ephraim , ’ep̄·ra·yim וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל and Israel wə·yiś·rā·’êl לֹֽא־ is not lō- נִכְחַ֣ד hidden niḵ·ḥaḏ מִמֶּ֑נִּי from Me . mim·men·nî כִּ֤י For kî עַתָּה֙ now , ‘at·tāh אֶפְרַ֔יִם O Ephraim , ’ep̄·ra·yim הִזְנֵ֣יתָ you have turned to prostitution ; hiz·nê·ṯā יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Israel yiś·rā·’êl נִטְמָ֖א is defiled . niṭ·mā Hosea 5:4 מַ֣עַלְלֵיהֶ֔ם Their deeds ma·‘al·lê·hem לֹ֤א do not lō יִתְּנוּ֙ permit them yit·tə·nū לָשׁ֖וּב to return lā·šūḇ אֶל־ to ’el- אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶ֑ם their God , ’ĕ·lō·hê·hem כִּ֣י for kî ר֤וּחַ a spirit rū·aḥ זְנוּנִים֙ of prostitution zə·nū·nîm בְּקִרְבָּ֔ם is within them , bə·qir·bām וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- לֹ֥א and they do not lō יָדָֽעוּ׃ know yā·ḏā·‘ū יְהוָ֖ה YHWH . Yah·weh Hosea 5:5 יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל Israel’s yiś·rā·’êl גְאֽוֹן־ arrogance ḡə·’ō·wn- וְעָנָ֥ה testifies wə·‘ā·nāh בְּפָנָ֑יו against them ; bə·p̄ā·nāw וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל Israel wə·yiś·rā·’êl וְאֶפְרַ֗יִם and Ephraim wə·’ep̄·ra·yim יִכָּֽשְׁלוּ֙ stumble yik·kā·šə·lū בַּעֲוֺנָ֔ם in their iniquity ; ba·‘ă·wō·nām גַּם־ even gam- יְהוּדָ֖ה Judah yə·hū·ḏāh כָּשַׁ֥ל stumbles kā·šal עִמָּֽם׃ with them . ‘im·mām Hosea 5:6 יֵֽלְכ֛וּ They go yê·lə·ḵū בְּצֹאנָ֣ם with their flocks bə·ṣō·nām וּבִבְקָרָ֗ם and herds ū·ḇiḇ·qā·rām לְבַקֵּ֥שׁ to seek lə·ḇaq·qêš אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH , Yah·weh וְלֹ֣א but they do not wə·lō יִמְצָ֑אוּ find Him ; yim·ṣā·’ū חָלַ֖ץ He has withdrawn Himself ḥā·laṣ מֵהֶֽם׃ from them . mê·hem Hosea 5:7 בָּגָ֔דוּ They have been unfaithful bā·ḡā·ḏū בַּיהוָ֣ה to YHWH ; Yah·weh כִּֽי־ for kî- יָלָ֑דוּ they have borne yā·lā·ḏū זָרִ֖ים illegitimate zā·rîm בָנִ֥ים children . ḇā·nîm עַתָּ֛ה Now ‘at·tāh חֹ֖דֶשׁ the New Moon ḥō·ḏeš אֶת־ . . . ’eṯ- יֹאכְלֵ֥ם will devour them yō·ḵə·lêm חֶלְקֵיהֶֽם׃ס along with their land . ḥel·qê·hem Hosea 5:8 תִּקְע֤וּ Blow tiq·‘ū שׁוֹפָר֙ the ram’s horn šō·w·p̄ār בַּגִּבְעָ֔ה in Gibeah , bag·giḇ·‘āh חֲצֹצְרָ֖ה the trumpet ḥă·ṣō·ṣə·rāh בָּרָמָ֑ה in Ramah ; bā·rā·māh הָרִ֙יעוּ֙ raise the battle cry hā·rî·‘ū בֵּ֣ית vvv bêṯ אָ֔וֶן in Beth-aven : ’ā·wen אַחֲרֶ֖יךָ Lead on , ’a·ḥă·re·ḵā בִּנְיָמִֽין׃ O Benjamin ! bin·yā·mîn
