וְאָמַ֗ר . . . wə·’ā·mar עָנֵ֨ה declared , ‘ā·nêh בְּרִ֤יךְ “ Blessed bə·rîḵ אֱלָהֲהוֹן֙ be the God ’ĕ·lā·hă·hō·wn דִּֽי־ of dî- שַׁדְרַ֤ךְ Shadrach , šaḏ·raḵ מֵישַׁךְ֙ Meshach , mê·šaḵ וַעֲבֵ֣ד vvv wa·‘ă·ḇêḏ נְג֔וֹ and Abednego , nə·ḡōw שְׁלַ֤ח who has sent šə·laḥ מַלְאֲכֵהּ֙ His angel mal·’ă·ḵêh וְשֵׁיזִ֣ב and delivered wə·šê·ziḇ לְעַבְד֔וֹהִי His servants lə·‘aḇ·ḏō·w·hî דִּ֥י . . . dî דִּֽי־ who dî- הִתְרְחִ֖צוּ trusted hiṯ·rə·ḥi·ṣū עֲל֑וֹהִי in Him . ‘ă·lō·w·hî שַׁנִּ֔יו They violated šan·nîw וִיהַ֣בוּ . . . wî·ha·ḇū מַלְכָּא֙ the king’s mal·kā וּמִלַּ֤ת command ū·mil·laṯ גֶשְׁמֵיהוֹן and risked their lives ḡɛš·mē·hōn דִּ֠י . . . dî לָֽא־ . . . lā- יִפְלְח֤וּן rather than serve yip̄·lə·ḥūn וְלָֽא־ . . . wə·lā- יִסְגְּדוּן֙ or worship yis·gə·ḏūn לְכָל־ any lə·ḵāl אֱלָ֔הּ god ’ĕ·lāh לָהֵ֖ן except lā·hên לֵאלָֽהֲהֽוֹן׃ their own God . lê·lā·hă·hō·wn Daniel 3:29 וּמִנִּי֮ Therefore I ū·min·nî שִׂ֣ים decree śîm טְעֵם֒ . . . ṭə·‘êm דִּי֩ that dî עַ֨ם the people ‘am כָל־ of any ḵāl אֻמָּ֜ה nation ’um·māh וְלִשָּׁ֗ן or language wə·liš·šān דִּֽי־ who dî- יֵאמַ֤ר say yê·mar שֵׁלָה anything offensive šē·lå̄h עַ֣ל against ‘al אֱלָהֲה֗וֹן the God ’ĕ·lā·hă·hō·wn דִּֽי־ of dî- שַׁדְרַ֤ךְ Shadrach , šaḏ·raḵ מֵישַׁךְ֙ Meshach , mê·šaḵ וַעֲבֵ֣ד vvv wa·‘ă·ḇêḏ נְג֔וֹא and Abednego nə·ḡō·w יִתְעֲבֵ֔ד will be cut yiṯ·‘ă·ḇêḏ הַדָּמִ֣ין into pieces had·dā·mîn וּבַיְתֵ֖הּ and their houses ū·ḇay·ṯêh יִשְׁתַּוֵּ֑ה reduced yiš·taw·wêh כָּל־ . . . kāl- נְוָלִ֣י to rubble . nə·wā·lî קֳבֵ֗ל For qo·ḇêl דִּ֣י . . . dî אִיתַי֙ there is ’î·ṯay לָ֤א no lā אָחֳרָ֔ן other ’ā·ḥo·rān אֱלָ֣ה god ’ĕ·lāh דִּֽי־ who dî- יִכֻּ֥ל can yik·kul לְהַצָּלָ֖ה deliver lə·haṣ·ṣā·lāh כִּדְנָֽה׃ in this way . ” kiḏ·nāh Daniel 3:30 בֵּאדַ֣יִן Then bê·ḏa·yin מַלְכָּ֗א the king mal·kā הַצְלַ֛ח promoted haṣ·laḥ לְשַׁדְרַ֥ךְ Shadrach , lə·šaḏ·raḵ מֵישַׁ֛ךְ Meshach , mê·šaḵ וַעֲבֵ֥ד vvv wa·‘ă·ḇêḏ נְג֖וֹ and Abednego nə·ḡōw בִּמְדִינַ֥ת in the province bim·ḏî·naṯ בָּבֶֽל׃פ of Babylon . bā·ḇel Daniel 4:1 מַלְכָּ֗א King mal·kā נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֣ר Nebuchadnezzar , nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·neṣ·ṣar עַֽמְמַיָּ֞א To the people ‘am·may·yā לְֽכָל־ of every lə·ḵāl אֻמַיָּ֧א nation ’u·may·yā וְלִשָּׁנַיָּ֛א and language wə·liš·šā·nay·yā דִּֽי־ who dî- דָאֲרִין dwell ḏå̄·ʾă·rīn בְּכָל־ in all bə·ḵāl אַרְעָ֖א the earth : ’ar·‘ā שְׁלָמְכ֥וֹן May your prosperity šə·lā·mə·ḵō·wn יִשְׂגֵּֽא׃ be multiplied . yiś·gê Daniel 4:2 שְׁפַ֥ר I am pleased šə·p̄ar קָֽדָמַ֖י . . . qā·ḏā·may
