הַקַּדְמוֹנָ֔ה the eastern haq·qaḏ·mō·w·nāh הַגְּלִילָה֙ region hag·gə·lî·lāh וְיָרְד֖וּ and goes down wə·yā·rə·ḏū עַל־ into ‘al- הָֽעֲרָבָ֑ה the Arabah . hā·‘ă·rā·ḇāh וּבָ֣אוּ When it empties ū·ḇā·’ū אֶל־ into ’el- הַיָּ֔מָּה the Sea , hay·yām·māh הַיָּ֥מָּה vvv hay·yām·māh הַמּֽוּצָאִ֖ים . . . ham·mū·ṣā·’îm הַמָּֽיִם׃ the water there ham·mā·yim וְנִרְפְּאוּ becomes fresh . wə·nir·pə·ʾū Ezekiel 47:9 אֶ֣ל Wherever ’el כָּל־ . . . kāl- אֲשֶׁר֩ - ’ă·šer נַחֲלַ֙יִם֙ the river na·ḥă·la·yim שָׁ֤ם - šām יָב֨וֹא flows , yā·ḇō·w וְהָיָ֣ה there will be wə·hā·yāh כָל־ vvv ḵāl אֲ vvv ’ăšer- יִשְׁרֹ֡ץ swarms yiš·rōṣ נֶ֣פֶשׁ of living ne·p̄eš חַיָּ֣ה׀ creatures ḥay·yāh יִֽחְיֶ֔ה - yiḥ·yeh וְהָיָ֥ה [and] wə·hā·yāh רַבָּ֣ה a great number of rab·bāh מְאֹ֑ד . . . mə·’ōḏ הַדָּגָ֖ה fish , had·dā·ḡāh כִּי֩ because kî הָאֵ֗לֶּה - hā·’êl·leh הַמַּ֣יִם [it] ham·ma·yim בָ֨אוּ flows ḇā·’ū שָׁ֜מָּה there šām·māh וְיֵרָֽפְאוּ֙ and makes the waters fresh ; wə·yê·rā·p̄ə·’ū אֲשֶׁר־ so wherever ’ă·šer- הַנָּֽחַל׃ the river han·nā·ḥal יָ֥בוֹא flows , yā·ḇō·w כֹּ֛ל everything kōl שָׁ֖מָּה - šām·māh וָחָ֔י will flourish . wā·ḥāy Ezekiel 47:10 וְהָיָה֩ wə·hā·yāh דַּוָּגִ֗ים Fishermen daw·wā·ḡîm מֵעֵ֥ין mê·‘ên יַעַמְדוּ will stand ya·ʿam·ḏū עָלָ֜יו by the shore ; ‘ā·lāw גֶּ֙דִי֙ from En-gedi ge·ḏî וְעַד־ to wə·‘aḏ- עֵ֣ין vvv ‘ên עֶגְלַ֔יִם En-eglaim ‘eḡ·la·yim יִהְי֑וּ they will yih·yū מִשְׁט֥וֹחַ spread miš·ṭō·w·aḥ לַֽחֲרָמִ֖ים their nets la·ḥă·rā·mîm דְגָתָ֔ם [to catch] fish ḏə·ḡā·ṯām רַבָּ֥ה of many rab·bāh מְאֹֽד׃ . . . mə·’ōḏ לְמִינָה֙ kinds , lə·mî·nāh תִּהְיֶ֣ה . . . tih·yeh כִּדְגַ֛ת like the fish kiḏ·ḡaṯ הַגָּד֖וֹל of the Great hag·gā·ḏō·wl הַיָּ֥ם Sea . hay·yām Ezekiel 47:11 בִּצֹּאתוֹ But the swamps biṣ·ṣō·ṯō וּגְבָאָ֛יו and marshes ū·ḡə·ḇā·’āw וְלֹ֥א will not wə·lō יֵרָפְא֖וּ become fresh ; yê·rā·p̄ə·’ū נִתָּֽנוּ׃ they will be left nit·tā·nū לְמֶ֥לַח for salt . lə·me·laḥ Ezekiel 47:12 וְעַל־ Along wə·‘al- עַל־ . . . ‘al- מִזֶּ֣ה׀ both miz·zeh וּמִזֶּ֣ה׀ . . . ū·miz·zeh שְׂפָת֣וֹ banks śə·p̄ā·ṯōw הַנַּ֣חַל of the river , han·na·ḥal מַ֠אֲכָל fruit ma·’ă·ḵāl עֵֽץ־ trees ‘êṣ- כָּל־ of all kinds kāl- יַעֲלֶ֣ה will grow . ya·‘ă·leh עָלֵ֜הוּ Their leaves ‘ā·lê·hū לֹא־ will not lō- יִבּ֨וֹל wither , yib·bō·wl פִּרְי֗וֹ and their fruit pir·yōw וְלֹֽא־ will not wə·lō- יִתֹּ֣ם fail . yit·tōm לָֽחֳדָשָׁיו֙ Each month lā·ḥo·ḏā·šāw יְבַכֵּ֔ר they will bear fruit , yə·ḇak·kêr כִּ֣י because kî מֵימָ֔יו the water mê·māw מִן־ from min-
