Ezekiel 42:17 מָדַ֖ד He measured mā·ḏaḏ הַצָּפ֑וֹן the north haṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn ר֣וּחַ side rū·aḥ חֲמֵשׁ־ [to be] five ḥă·mêš- מֵא֥וֹת hundred mê·’ō·wṯ קָנִ֛ים cubits qā·nîm הַמִּדָּ֖ה [long] ham·mid·dāh סָבִֽיב׃ . . . sā·ḇîḇ בִּקְנֵ֥ה . . . . biq·nêh Ezekiel 42:18 אֵ֛ת - ’êṯ מָדָ֑ד He measured mā·ḏāḏ הַדָּר֖וֹם the south had·dā·rō·wm ר֥וּחַ side rū·aḥ חֲמֵשׁ־ [to be] five ḥă·mêš- מֵא֥וֹת hundred mê·’ō·wṯ קָנִ֖ים cubits qā·nîm הַמִּדָּֽה׃ [long] ham·mid·dāh בִּקְנֵ֥ה . biq·nêh Ezekiel 42:19 סָבַ֖ב And he came around sā·ḇaḇ אֶל־ - ’el- מָדַ֛ד and measured mā·ḏaḏ הַיָּ֑ם the west hay·yām ר֣וּחַ side rū·aḥ חֲמֵשׁ־ [to be] five ḥă·mêš- מֵא֥וֹת hundred mê·’ō·wṯ קָנִ֖ים cubits qā·nîm הַמִּדָּֽה׃ [long] ham·mid·dāh בִּקְנֵ֥ה . biq·nêh Ezekiel 42:20 מְדָד֗וֹ So he measured mə·ḏā·ḏōw לְאַרְבַּ֨ע the area on all four lə·’ar·ba‘ רוּח֜וֹת sides . rū·ḥō·wṯ ח֤וֹמָה It had a wall ḥō·w·māh לוֹ֙ lōw סָבִ֣יב׀ all sā·ḇîḇ סָבִ֔יב around , sā·ḇîḇ חֲמֵ֣שׁ five ḥă·mêš מֵא֔וֹת hundred [cubits] mê·’ō·wṯ אֹ֚רֶךְ long ’ō·reḵ חֲמֵ֣שׁ and five ḥă·mêš מֵא֑וֹת hundred [cubits] mê·’ō·wṯ וְרֹ֖חַב wide , wə·rō·ḥaḇ לְהַבְדִּ֕יל to separate lə·haḇ·dîl בֵּ֥ין . . . bên הַקֹּ֖דֶשׁ the holy haq·qō·ḏeš לְחֹֽל׃ from the common . lə·ḥōl Ezekiel 43:1 וַיּוֹלִכֵ֖נִי Then the man brought me way·yō·w·li·ḵê·nî אֶל־ back to ’el- הַשָּׁ֑עַר the gate haš·šā·‘ar שַׁ֕עַר - ša·‘ar אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer פֹּנֶ֖ה faces pō·neh דֶּ֥רֶךְ . . . de·reḵ הַקָּדִֽים׃ east , haq·qā·ḏîm Ezekiel 43:2 וְהִנֵּ֗ה and I saw wə·hin·nêh כְּבוֹד֙ the glory kə·ḇō·wḏ אֱלֹהֵ֣י of the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl בָּ֖א coming bā מִדֶּ֣רֶךְ from mid·de·reḵ הַקָּדִ֑ים the east . haq·qā·ḏîm וְקוֹל֗וֹ His voice wə·qō·w·lōw כְּקוֹל֙ was like the roar kə·qō·wl רַבִּ֔ים of many rab·bîm מַ֣יִם waters , ma·yim וְהָאָ֖רֶץ and the earth wə·hā·’ā·reṣ הֵאִ֥ירָה shone hê·’î·rāh מִכְּבֹדֽוֹ׃ with His glory . mik·kə·ḇō·ḏōw Ezekiel 43:3 וּכְמַרְאֵ֨ה The vision ū·ḵə·mar·’êh רָאִ֗יתִי I saw rā·’î·ṯî הַמַּרְאֶ֜ה was like the vision ham·mar·’eh אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer כַּמַּרְאֶ֤ה - kam·mar·’eh אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- רָאִ֙יתִי֙ I had seen rā·’î·ṯî בְּבֹאִי֙ when He came bə·ḇō·’î לְשַׁחֵ֣ת to destroy lə·ša·ḥêṯ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָעִ֔יר the city hā·‘îr וּמַרְא֕וֹת and like the visions ū·mar·’ō·wṯ כַּמַּרְאֶ֕ה kam·mar·’eh
