וּפֶרְיְכֶ֥ם fruit ū·p̄er·yə·ḵem לְעַמִּ֣י for My people lə·‘am·mî יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל Israel , yiś·rā·’êl כִּ֥י for kî קֵרְב֖וּ they will soon qê·rə·ḇū לָבֽוֹא׃ come home . lā·ḇō·w Ezekiel 36:9 כִּ֖י For kî הִנְנִ֣י behold , hin·nî אֲלֵיכֶ֑ם I am on your side ; ’ă·lê·ḵem וּפָנִ֣יתִי I will turn ū·p̄ā·nî·ṯî אֲלֵיכֶ֔ם toward you , ’ă·lê·ḵem וְנֶעֱבַדְתֶּ֖ם and you will be tilled wə·ne·‘ĕ·ḇaḏ·tem וְנִזְרַעְתֶּֽם׃ and sown . wə·niz·ra‘·tem Ezekiel 36:10 וְהִרְבֵּיתִ֤י I will multiply wə·hir·bê·ṯî אָדָ֔ם the people ’ā·ḏām עֲלֵיכֶם֙ upon you ‘ă·lê·ḵem כָּל־ - — kāl- בֵּ֥ית the house bêṯ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl כֻּלֹּ֑ה in its entirety . kul·lōh הֶֽעָרִ֔ים The cities he·‘ā·rîm וְנֹֽשְׁבוּ֙ will be inhabited wə·nō·šə·ḇū וְהֶחֳרָב֖וֹת and the ruins wə·he·ḥo·rā·ḇō·wṯ תִּבָּנֶֽינָה׃ rebuilt . tib·bā·ne·nāh Ezekiel 36:11 וְהִרְבֵּיתִ֧י I will fill wə·hir·bê·ṯî עֲלֵיכֶ֛ם . . . ‘ă·lê·ḵem אָדָ֥ם you with people ’ā·ḏām וּבְהֵמָ֖ה and animals , ū·ḇə·hê·māh וְרָב֣וּ and they will multiply wə·rā·ḇū וּפָר֑וּ and be fruitful . ū·p̄ā·rū וְהוֹשַׁבְתִּ֨י I will make you as inhabited wə·hō·wō·šaḇ·tî אֶתְכֶ֜ם - ’eṯ·ḵem כְּקַדְמֽוֹתֵיכֶ֗ם as you once were , kə·qaḏ·mō·w·ṯê·ḵem וְהֵטִֽבֹתִי֙ and I will make you prosper wə·hê·ṭi·ḇō·ṯî מֵרִאשֹׁ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם more than before . mê·ri·šō·ṯê·ḵem וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם Then you will know wî·ḏa‘·tem כִּֽי־ that kî- אֲנִ֥י I ’ă·nî יְהוָֽה׃ am YHWH . Yah·weh Ezekiel 36:12 אָדָ֜ם ’ā·ḏām אֶת־ Yes, {I will cause} ’eṯ- עַמִּ֤י My people ‘am·mî יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ Israel yiś·rā·’êl וְהוֹלַכְתִּי֩ to walk wə·hō·w·laḵ·tî עֲלֵיכֶ֨ם upon you ; ‘ă·lê·ḵem וִֽירֵשׁ֔וּךָ they will possess you , wî·rê·šū·ḵā וְהָיִ֥יתָ and you will be wə·hā·yî·ṯā לָהֶ֖ם their lā·hem לְנַחֲלָ֑ה inheritance , lə·na·ḥă·lāh וְלֹא־ and you will no wə·lō- תוֹסִ֥ף longer ṯō·w·sip̄ ע֖וֹד . . . ‘ō·wḏ לְשַׁכְּלָֽם׃ס deprive them [of their children] . lə·šak·kə·lām Ezekiel 36:13 כֹּ֤ה For this is what kōh אֲדֹנָ֣י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַר֙ says : ’ā·mar יַ֚עַן Because ya·‘an אֹמְרִ֣ים people say ’ō·mə·rîm לָכֶ֔ם to you , lā·ḵem אָתִּי ‘ You ʾå̄t·tī אֹכֶ֥לֶת devour ’ō·ḵe·leṯ אָדָ֖ם men ’ā·ḏām גּוֹיֵךְ and deprive your nation gō·yēḵ הָיִֽית׃ . . . hā·yîṯ וּמְשַׁכֶּ֥לֶת of its children , ’ ū·mə·šak·ke·leṯ Ezekiel 36:14 לָכֵ֗ן therefore lā·ḵên לֹא־ you will no lō- ע֔וֹד longer ‘ō·wḏ תֹ֣אכְלִי devour ṯō·ḵə·lî אָדָם֙ men ’ā·ḏām תְכַשְּׁלִי or deprive ṯə·ḵaš·šə·lī ע֑וֹד . . . ‘ō·wḏ וְגוֹיֵךְ your nation {of its children} , wə·ḡō·yēḵ לֹ֣א . . . lō נְאֻ֖ם declares nə·’um אֲדֹנָ֥י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִֽה׃ YHWH .
