בִּנְפֹ֥ל fall bin·p̄ōl בְּמִצְרָ֑יִם in Egypt , bə·miṣ·rā·yim הֲמוֹנָ֔הּ its wealth hă·mō·w·nāh וְלָקְח֣וּ is taken away , wə·lā·qə·ḥū יְסוֹדֹתֶֽיהָ׃ and its foundations yə·sō·w·ḏō·ṯe·hā וְנֶהֶרְס֖וּ are torn down . wə·ne·her·sū Ezekiel 30:5 כּ֣וּשׁ Cush , kūš וּפ֤וּט Put , ū·p̄ūṭ וְלוּד֙ and Lud , wə·lūḏ וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl הָעֶ֣רֶב the various peoples , hā·‘e·reḇ וְכ֔וּב as well as Libya wə·ḵūḇ וּבְנֵ֖י and the men ū·ḇə·nê הַבְּרִ֑ית of the covenant hab·bə·rîṯ אֶ֣רֶץ land , ’e·reṣ יִפֹּֽלוּ׃פ will fall yip·pō·lū אִתָּ֖ם with [Egypt] ’it·tām בַּחֶ֥רֶב by the sword . ba·ḥe·reḇ Ezekiel 30:6 כֹּ֚ה For this is what kōh יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar סֹמְכֵ֣י The allies sō·mə·ḵê מִצְרַ֔יִם of Egypt miṣ·ra·yim וְנָֽפְלוּ֙ will fall , wə·nā·p̄ə·lū גְּא֣וֹן and her proud gə·’ō·wn עֻזָּ֑הּ strength ‘uz·zāh וְיָרַ֖ד will collapse . wə·yā·raḏ מִמִּגְדֹּ֣ל From Migdol mim·miḡ·dōl סְוֵנֵ֗ה to Syene sə·wê·nêh יִפְּלוּ־ they will fall yip·pə·lū- בַּחֶ֙רֶב֙ by the sword ba·ḥe·reḇ בָ֔הּ within her , ḇāh נְאֻ֖ם declares nə·’um אֲדֹנָ֥י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִֽה׃ YHWH . Yah·weh Ezekiel 30:7 וְנָשַׁ֕מּוּ They will be desolate wə·nā·šam·mū בְּת֖וֹךְ among bə·ṯō·wḵ נְשַׁמּ֑וֹת desolate nə·šam·mō·wṯ אֲרָצ֣וֹת lands , ’ă·rā·ṣō·wṯ וְעָרָ֕יו and their cities wə·‘ā·rāw תִּֽהְיֶֽינָה׃ will lie tih·ye·nāh בְּתוֹךְ־ among bə·ṯō·wḵ- נַחֲרָב֖וֹת ruined na·ḥă·rā·ḇō·wṯ עָרִ֥ים cities . ‘ā·rîm Ezekiel 30:8 וְיָדְע֖וּ Then they will know wə·yā·ḏə·‘ū כִּֽי־ that kî- אֲנִ֣י I ’ă·nî יְהוָ֑ה am YHWH Yah·weh בְּתִתִּי־ when I set bə·ṯit·tî- אֵ֣שׁ fire ’êš בְּמִצְרַ֔יִם to Egypt bə·miṣ·ra·yim כָּל־ and all kāl- עֹזְרֶֽיהָ׃ her helpers ‘ō·zə·re·hā וְנִשְׁבְּר֖וּ are shattered . wə·niš·bə·rū Ezekiel 30:9 הַה֗וּא On that ha·hū בַּיּ֣וֹם day bay·yō·wm מַלְאָכִ֤ים messengers mal·’ā·ḵîm יֵצְא֨וּ will go out yê·ṣə·’ū מִלְּפָנַי֙ from Me mil·lə·p̄ā·nay בַּצִּ֔ים in ships baṣ·ṣîm לְהַחֲרִ֖יד to frighten lə·ha·ḥă·rîḏ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- כּ֣וּשׁ Cush kūš בֶּ֑טַח out of complacency . be·ṭaḥ חַלְחָלָ֤ה Anguish ḥal·ḥā·lāh וְהָיְתָ֨ה will come wə·hā·yə·ṯāh בָהֶם֙ upon them ḇā·hem בְּי֣וֹם on the day bə·yō·wm מִצְרַ֔יִם of Egypt’s [doom] . miṣ·ra·yim כִּ֥י For kî הִנֵּ֖ה it is indeed hin·nêh בָּאָֽה׃ס coming . bā·’āh Ezekiel 30:10 כֹּ֥ה This is what kōh אֲדֹנָ֣י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִ֑ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֖ר says : ’ā·mar וְהִשְׁבַּתִּי֙ I will put an end wə·hiš·bat·tî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הֲמ֣וֹן to the hordes hă·mō·wn מִצְרַ֔יִם of Egypt miṣ·ra·yim בְּיַ֖ד by the hand bə·yaḏ נְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֥ר of Nebuchadnezzar nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·reṣ·ṣar
