Ezekiel 23:34 וְשָׁתִ֨ית You will drink it wə·šā·ṯîṯ אוֹתָ֜הּ - ’ō·w·ṯāh וּמָצִ֗ית and drain it ; ū·mā·ṣîṯ וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- תְּגָרֵ֖מִי you will dash it tə·ḡā·rê·mî חֲרָשֶׂ֛יהָ to pieces , ḥă·rā·śe·hā תְּנַתֵּ֑קִי and tear tə·nat·tê·qî וְשָׁדַ֣יִךְ your breasts . wə·šā·ḏa·yiḵ כִּ֚י For kî אֲנִ֣י I ’ă·nî דִבַּ֔רְתִּי have spoken , ’ ḏib·bar·tî נְאֻ֖ם declares nə·’um אֲדֹנָ֥י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִֽה׃ס YHWH . Yah·weh Ezekiel 23:35 לָכֵ֗ן Therefore lā·ḵên כֹּ֤ה this is what kōh אֲדֹנָ֣י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַר֙ says : ’ā·mar יַ֚עַן ‘ Because ya·‘an שָׁכַ֣חַתְּ you have forgotten šā·ḵa·ḥat אוֹתִ֔י Me ’ō·w·ṯî וַתַּשְׁלִ֥יכִי and have cast wat·taš·lî·ḵî אוֹתִ֖י Me ’ō·w·ṯî אַחֲרֵ֣י behind ’a·ḥă·rê גַוֵּ֑ךְ your back , ḡaw·wêḵ וְגַם־ . . . wə·ḡam- אַ֛תְּ you ’at שְׂאִ֥י must bear the consequences śə·’î זִמָּתֵ֖ךְ [of] your indecency zim·mā·ṯêḵ וְאֶת־ and wə·’eṯ- תַּזְנוּתָֽיִךְ׃ס prostitution . ’” taz·nū·ṯā·yiḵ Ezekiel 23:36 יְהוָה֙ Then YHWH Yah·weh וַיֹּ֤אמֶר said way·yō·mer אֵלַ֔י to me : ’ê·lay בֶּן־ “ Son ben- אָדָ֕ם of man , ’ā·ḏām הֲתִשְׁפּ֥וֹט will you pass judgment hă·ṯiš·pō·wṭ אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- אָהֳלָ֖ה against Oholah ’ā·ho·lāh וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- אָהֳלִיבָ֑ה and Oholibah ? ’ā·ho·lî·ḇāh וְהַגֵּ֣ד Then declare wə·hag·gêḏ לָהֶ֔ן to them lā·hen אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ תוֹעֲבוֹתֵיהֶֽן׃ their abominations . ṯō·w·‘ă·ḇō·w·ṯê·hen Ezekiel 23:37 כִּ֣י For kî נִאֵ֗פוּ they have committed adultery , ni·’ê·p̄ū וְדָם֙ and blood wə·ḏām בִּֽידֵיהֶ֔ן is on their hands . bî·ḏê·hen וְאֶת־ . . . wə·’eṯ- נִאֵ֑פוּ They have committed adultery ni·’ê·p̄ū גִּלּֽוּלֵיהֶ֖ן with their idols . gil·lū·lê·hen וְגַ֤ם They have even wə·ḡam אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּנֵיהֶן֙ {sacrificed} their children , bə·nê·hen אֲשֶׁ֣ר whom ’ă·šer יָֽלְדוּ־ they bore yā·lə·ḏū- לִ֔י to Me , lî הֶעֱבִ֥ירוּ in the fire he·‘ĕ·ḇî·rū לְאָכְלָֽה׃ as food lə·’āḵ·lāh לָהֶ֖ם for their idols . lā·hem Ezekiel 23:38 ע֥וֹד They have also ‘ō·wḏ עָ֣שׂוּ done ‘ā·śū זֹ֖את this zōṯ לִ֑י to Me : lî הַה֔וּא On that very same ha·hū בַּיּ֣וֹם day , bay·yō·wm וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- טִמְּא֤וּ they defiled ṭim·mə·’ū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מִקְדָּשִׁי֙ My sanctuary miq·dā·šî חִלֵּֽלוּ׃ and profaned ḥil·lê·lū שַׁבְּתוֹתַ֖י My Sabbaths . šab·bə·ṯō·w·ṯay Ezekiel 23:39 הַה֖וּא On the very ha·hū בַּיּ֥וֹם day bay·yō·wm וּֽבְשַׁחֲטָ֤ם they slaughtered ū·ḇə·ša·ḥă·ṭām אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּנֵיהֶם֙ their children bə·nê·hem לְגִלּ֣וּלֵיהֶ֔ם for their idols , lə·ḡil·lū·lê·hem וַיָּבֹ֧אוּ they entered way·yā·ḇō·’ū אֶל־ . . . ’el- מִקְדָּשִׁ֛י My sanctuary miq·dā·šî
