Ezekiel 23:22 לָכֵ֣ן Therefore , lā·ḵên אָהֳלִיבָ֗ה Oholibah , ’ā·ho·lî·ḇāh כֹּֽה־ this is what kōh- אֲדֹנָ֣י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִה֒ YHWH Yah·weh הִנְנִ֨י . . . hin·nî אָמַר֮ says : ’ā·mar מֵעִ֤יר ‘ I will incite mê·‘îr אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מְאַהֲבַ֙יִךְ֙ your lovers mə·’a·hă·ḇa·yiḵ עָלַ֔יִךְ against you , ‘ā·la·yiḵ אֵ֛ת - ’êṯ אֲשֶׁר־ those ’ă·šer- נַפְשֵׁ֖ךְ from whom nap̄·šêḵ מֵהֶ֑ם . . . mê·hem נָקְעָ֥ה you turned away in disgust . nā·qə·‘āh וַהֲבֵאתִ֥ים And I will bring them wa·hă·ḇê·ṯîm עָלַ֖יִךְ against you ‘ā·la·yiḵ מִסָּבִֽיב׃ from every side — mis·sā·ḇîḇ Ezekiel 23:23 בְּנֵ֧י the Babylonians bə·nê בָבֶ֣ל . . . ḇā·ḇel וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl כַּשְׂדִּ֗ים the Chaldeans , kaś·dîm פְּק֤וֹד [the men of] Pekod , pə·qō·wḏ וְשׁ֙וֹעַ֙ Shoa , wə·šō·w·a‘ וְק֔וֹעַ and Koa , wə·qō·w·a‘ כָּל־ and all kāl- בְּנֵ֥י the Assyrians bə·nê אַשּׁ֖וּר . . . ’aš·šūr אוֹתָ֑ם with them — ’ō·w·ṯām חֶ֜מֶד all desirable ḥe·meḏ בַּח֨וּרֵי young men , ba·ḥū·rê כֻּלָּ֔ם - kul·lām פַּח֤וֹת governors pa·ḥō·wṯ וּסְגָנִים֙ and commanders , ū·sə·ḡā·nîm שָֽׁלִשִׁים֙ officers šā·li·šîm וּקְרוּאִ֔ים and men of renown , ū·qə·rū·’îm כֻּלָּֽם׃ kul·lām רֹכְבֵ֥י mounted on rō·ḵə·ḇê סוּסִ֖ים horses . sū·sîm Ezekiel 23:24 וּבָ֣אוּ They will come ū·ḇā·’ū עָלַ֡יִךְ against you ‘ā·la·yiḵ וּבִקְהַ֣ל with a host ū·ḇiq·hal עַמִּ֔ים of peoples , ‘am·mîm הֹ֠צֶן with weapons , hō·ṣen רֶ֤כֶב chariots , re·ḵeḇ וְגַלְגַּל֙ and wagons . wə·ḡal·gal יָשִׂ֥ימוּ They will array themselves yā·śî·mū עָלַ֖יִךְ against you ‘ā·la·yiḵ סָבִ֑יב on every side sā·ḇîḇ צִנָּ֤ה with buckler ṣin·nāh וּמָגֵן֙ and shield ū·mā·ḡên וְקוֹבַ֔ע and helmet . wə·qō·w·ḇa‘ וְנָתַתִּ֤י I will delegate wə·nā·ṯat·tî מִשְׁפָּ֔ט judgment miš·pāṭ לִפְנֵיהֶם֙ to them , lip̄·nê·hem וּשְׁפָט֖וּךְ and they will punish you ū·šə·p̄ā·ṭūḵ בְּמִשְׁפְּטֵיהֶֽם׃ according to their own standards . bə·miš·pə·ṭê·hem Ezekiel 23:25 וְנָתַתִּ֨י And I will set wə·nā·ṯat·tî קִנְאָתִ֜י My jealous rage qin·’ā·ṯî בָּ֗ךְ against you , bāḵ וְעָשׂ֤וּ and they will deal wə·‘ā·śū אוֹתָךְ֙ with you ’ō·w·ṯāḵ בְּחֵמָ֔ה in fury . bə·ḥê·māh יָסִ֔ירוּ They will cut off yā·sî·rū אַפֵּ֤ךְ your noses ’ap·pêḵ וְאָזְנַ֙יִךְ֙ and ears , wə·’ā·zə·na·yiḵ וְאַחֲרִיתֵ֖ךְ and your survivors wə·’a·ḥă·rî·ṯêḵ תִּפּ֑וֹל will fall tip·pō·wl בַּחֶ֣רֶב by the sword . ba·ḥe·reḇ הֵ֗מָּה They hêm·māh יִקָּ֔חוּ will seize yiq·qā·ḥū בָּנַ֤יִךְ your sons bā·na·yiḵ וּבְנוֹתַ֙יִךְ֙ and daughters , ū·ḇə·nō·w·ṯa·yiḵ וְאַחֲרִיתֵ֖ךְ and your remnant wə·’a·ḥă·rî·ṯêḵ תֵּאָכֵ֥ל will be consumed tê·’ā·ḵêl בָּאֵֽשׁ׃ by fire . bā·’êš Ezekiel 23:26 וְהִפְשִׁיט֖וּךְ They will strip off wə·hip̄·šî·ṭūḵ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּגָדָ֑יִךְ your clothes bə·ḡā·ḏā·yiḵ וְלָקְח֖וּ and take wə·lā·qə·ḥū תִפְאַרְתֵּֽךְ׃ your fine ṯip̄·’ar·têḵ כְּלֵ֥י jewelry . kə·lê Ezekiel 23:27 וְהִשְׁבַּתִּ֤י So I will put an end wə·hiš·bat·tî מִמֵּ֔ךְ to mim·mêḵ
