Ezekiel 21:32 תִּֽהְיֶה֙ You will be tih·yeh לְאָכְלָ֔ה fuel lə·’āḵ·lāh לָאֵ֤שׁ for the fire . lā·’êš דָּמֵ֥ךְ Your blood dā·mêḵ יִהְיֶ֖ה will stain yih·yeh בְּת֣וֹךְ your own bə·ṯō·wḵ הָאָ֑רֶץ land . hā·’ā·reṣ לֹ֣א You will not lō תִזָּכֵ֔רִי be remembered , ṯiz·zā·ḵê·rî כִּ֛י for kî אֲנִ֥י I , ’ă·nî יְהוָ֖ה YHWH , Yah·weh דִּבַּֽרְתִּי׃פ have spoken . ’” dib·bar·tî Ezekiel 22:1 דְבַר־ Then the word ḏə·ḇar- יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh וַיְהִ֥י came way·hî אֵלַ֥י to me , ’ê·lay לֵאמֹֽר׃ saying , lê·mōr Ezekiel 22:2 וְאַתָּ֣ה “ As for you , wə·’at·tāh בֶן־ son ḇen- אָדָ֔ם of man , ’ā·ḏām הֲתִשְׁפֹּ֥ט will you judge her ? hă·ṯiš·pōṭ הֲתִשְׁפֹּ֖ט Will you pass judgment hă·ṯiš·pōṭ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עִ֣יר on the city ‘îr הַדָּמִ֑ים of bloodshed ? had·dā·mîm וְה֣וֹדַעְתָּ֔הּ Then confront her wə·hō·w·ḏa‘·tāh אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ כָּל־ with all kāl- תּוֹעֲבוֹתֶֽיהָ׃ her abominations tō·w·‘ă·ḇō·w·ṯe·hā Ezekiel 22:3 וְאָמַרְתָּ֗ and tell her wə·’ā·mar·tā כֹּ֤ה that this is what kōh אֲדֹנָ֣י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַר֙ says : ’ā·mar עִ֣יר ‘ O city ‘îr עִתָּ֑הּ who brings her own doom ‘it·tāh לָב֣וֹא . . . lā·ḇō·w שֹׁפֶ֥כֶת by shedding šō·p̄e·ḵeṯ דָּ֛ם blood dām בְּתוֹכָ֖הּ within her walls bə·ṯō·w·ḵāh וְעָשְׂתָ֧ה and making wə·‘ā·śə·ṯāh גִלּוּלִ֛ים idols ḡil·lū·lîm עָלֶ֖יהָ vvv ‘ā·le·hā לְטָמְאָֽה׃ to defile herself , lə·ṭā·mə·’āh Ezekiel 22:4 אָשַׁ֗מְתְּ you are guilty ’ā·šamt בְּדָמֵ֨ךְ of the blood bə·ḏā·mêḵ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- שָׁפַ֜כְתְּ you have shed , šā·p̄aḵt טָמֵ֔את and you are defiled ṭā·mêṯ וּבְגִלּוּלַ֤יִךְ by the idols ū·ḇə·ḡil·lū·la·yiḵ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- עָשִׂית֙ you have made . ‘ā·śîṯ יָמַ֔יִךְ You have brought your days yā·ma·yiḵ וַתַּקְרִ֣יבִי to a close wat·taq·rî·ḇî וַתָּב֖וֹא and have come wat·tā·ḇō·w עַד־ to ‘aḏ- שְׁנוֹתָ֑יִךְ [the] [end] [of] your years . šə·nō·w·ṯā·yiḵ עַל־ Therefore ‘al- כֵּ֗ן . . . kên נְתַתִּ֤יךְ I have made you nə·ṯat·tîḵ חֶרְפָּה֙ a reproach ḥer·pāh לַגּוֹיִ֔ם to the nations lag·gō·w·yim וְקַלָּסָ֖ה and a mockery wə·qal·lā·sāh לְכָל־ to all lə·ḵāl הָאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ the lands . hā·’ă·rā·ṣō·wṯ Ezekiel 22:5 הַקְּרֹב֛וֹת Those near haq·qə·rō·ḇō·wṯ וְהָרְחֹק֥וֹת and far wə·hā·rə·ḥō·qō·wṯ מִמֵּ֖ךְ - mim·mêḵ יִתְקַלְּסוּ־ will mock yiṯ·qal·lə·sū- בָ֑ךְ you , ḇāḵ טְמֵאַ֣ת O infamous [city] ṭə·mê·’aṯ הַשֵּׁ֔ם . . . , haš·šêm רַבַּ֖ת full rab·baṯ הַמְּהוּמָֽה׃ of turmoil . ham·mə·hū·māh Ezekiel 22:6 הִנֵּה֙ See how hin·nêh אִ֥ישׁ every ’îš נְשִׂיאֵ֣י prince nə·śî·’ê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl בָ֑ךְ within you ḇāḵ
