נְעוּרָ֑יִךְ of your youth nə·‘ū·rā·yiḵ בִּֽהְיוֹתֵךְ֙ when you were bih·yō·w·ṯêḵ עֵרֹ֣ם naked ‘ê·rōm וְעֶרְיָ֔ה and bare , wə·‘er·yāh מִתְבּוֹסֶ֥סֶת wallowing miṯ·bō·w·se·seṯ בְּדָמֵ֖ךְ in your own blood bə·ḏā·mêḵ הָיִֽית׃ . . . . hā·yîṯ Ezekiel 16:23 א֣וֹי Woe ! ’ō·w א֣וֹי Woe ’ō·w לָ֔ךְ to you , lāḵ נְאֻ֖ם declares nə·’um אֲדֹנָ֥י the Lord ’ă·ḏō·nāy יְהוִֽה׃ YHWH . Yah·weh וַיְהִ֕י And way·hî אַחֲרֵ֖י in addition to ’a·ḥă·rê כָּל־ all kāl- רָעָתֵ֑ךְ your other wickedness , rā·‘ā·ṯêḵ Ezekiel 16:24 וַתִּבְנִי־ you built wat·tiḇ·nî- לָ֖ךְ yourself lāḵ גֶּ֑ב a mound gɛḇ וַתַּעֲשִׂי־ and made wat·ta·‘ă·śî- לָ֥ךְ yourself lāḵ רָמָ֖ה a lofty shrine rā·māh בְּכָל־ in every bə·ḵāl רְחֽוֹב׃ public square . rə·ḥō·wḇ Ezekiel 16:25 אֶל־ At ’el- רֹ֣אשׁ the head rōš כָּל־ of every kāl- דֶּ֗רֶךְ street de·reḵ בָּנִית֙ you built bā·nîṯ רָֽמָתֵ֔ךְ your lofty shrines rā·mā·ṯêḵ וַתְּתַֽעֲבִי֙ and degraded wat·tə·ṯa·‘ă·ḇî יָפְיֵ֔ךְ your beauty . yā·p̄ə·yêḵ וַתַּרְבִּ֖י With increasing wat·tar·bî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- תַּזְנֻתֵךְ׃ promiscuity , taz·nu·ṯēḵ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַתְּפַשְּׂקִ֥י you spread wat·tə·p̄aś·śə·qî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- רַגְלַ֖יִךְ your legs raḡ·la·yiḵ לְכָל־ to all lə·ḵāl עוֹבֵ֑ר who passed by . ‘ō·w·ḇêr Ezekiel 16:26 וַתִּזְנִ֧י You prostituted yourself wat·tiz·nî אֶל־ with ’el- גִּדְלֵ֣י your lustful giḏ·lê בָשָׂ֑ר . . . ḇā·śār שְׁכֵנַ֖יִךְ neighbors , šə·ḵê·na·yiḵ מִצְרַ֛יִם the Egyptians miṣ·ra·yim בְּנֵֽי־ , bə·nê- וַתַּרְבִּ֥י and increased wat·tar·bî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- תַּזְנֻתֵ֖ךְ your promiscuity taz·nu·ṯêḵ לְהַכְעִיסֵֽנִי׃ to provoke Me to anger . lə·haḵ·‘î·sê·nî Ezekiel 16:27 וְהִנֵּ֨ה Therefore wə·hin·nêh נָטִ֤יתִי I stretched out nā·ṭî·ṯî יָדִי֙ My hand yā·ḏî עָלַ֔יִךְ against you ‘ā·la·yiḵ וָאֶגְרַ֖ע and reduced wā·’eḡ·ra‘ חֻקֵּ֑ךְ your portion . ḥuq·qêḵ וָאֶתְּנֵ֞ךְ I gave you over wā·’et·tə·nêḵ בְּנֶ֤פֶשׁ to the desire bə·ne·p̄eš שֹׂנְאוֹתַ֙יִךְ֙ of those who hate you , śō·nə·’ō·w·ṯa·yiḵ בְּנ֣וֹת the daughters bə·nō·wṯ פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים of the Philistines , pə·liš·tîm הַנִּכְלָמ֖וֹת who were ashamed han·niḵ·lā·mō·wṯ זִמָּֽה׃ of your lewd zim·māh מִדַּרְכֵּ֥ךְ conduct . mid·dar·kêḵ Ezekiel 16:28 וַתִּזְנִי֙ Then you prostituted yourself wat·tiz·nî אֶל־ with ’el- אַשּׁ֔וּר the Assyrians ’aš·šūr בְּנֵ֣י . . . , bə·nê מִבִּלְתִּ֖י because you were not yet mib·bil·tî שָׂבָֽעַתְּ׃ satisfied . śā·ḇā·‘at וַתִּזְנִ֕ים Even after [that] , wat·tiz·nîm וְגַ֖ם you were still wə·ḡam לֹ֥א not lō שָׂבְעָתֵ֑ךְ satisfied . śā·ḇə·‘ā·ṯêḵ Ezekiel 16:29 וַתַּרְבִּ֧י So you extended wat·tar·bî אֶת־ - ’eṯ-
