תִּירָ֞א be afraid , tî·rā

תֵּחַ֣ת be dismayed , tê·ḥaṯ
יִשְׂרָאֵ֔לO Israel .yiś·rā·’êl
כִּ֠יFor
הִנְנִ֤יvvvhin·nî
מוֹשִֽׁעֲךָ֙I will surely save youmō·wō·ši·‘ă·ḵā
מֵֽרָח֔וֹק out of a distant place , mê·rā·ḥō·wq
וְאֶֽת־-wə·’eṯ-
זַרְעֲךָ֖your descendantszar·‘ă·ḵā
מֵאֶ֣רֶץfrom the landmê·’e·reṣ
שִׁבְיָ֑םof their captivity !šiḇ·yām
יַעֲק֛וֹבJacobya·‘ă·qō·wḇ
וְשָׁ֧בwill returnwə·šāḇ
וְשָׁקַ֥טto quietwə·šā·qaṭ
וְשַׁאֲנַ֖ן and ease , wə·ša·’ă·nan
וְאֵ֥יןwith no onewə·’ên
מַחֲרִֽיד׃סto make him afraid .ma·ḥă·rîḏ

הַגּוֹיִ֣ם׀the nationshag·gō·w·yim
אֲשֶׁ֧רto which’ă·šer
הִדַּחְתִּ֣יךָI have banished youhid·daḥ·tî·ḵā
שָׁ֗מָּה. . .šām·māh
וְאֹֽתְךָ֙ - , wə·’ō·ṯə·ḵā
לֹא־I will notlō-
אֶעֱשֶׂ֣הcompletely destroy you’e·‘ĕ·śeh
כָלָ֔ה. . . .ḵā·lāh
וְיִסַּרְתִּ֙יךָ֙Yet I will discipline youwə·yis·sar·tî·ḵā
לַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט justly , lam·miš·pāṭ
לֹ֥אand will by no means
וְנַקֵּ֖הleave you unpunishedwə·naq·qêh
אֲנַקֶּֽךָּ׃ס. . . . ”’ă·naq·qe·kā

וְהָיוּ֙and becomingwə·hā·yū
שׁוֹטֵ֔ףan overflowingšō·w·ṭêp̄
לְנַ֣חַלtorrent .lə·na·ḥal
וְיִשְׁטְפוּ֙They will overflowwə·yiš·ṭə·p̄ū
אֶ֣רֶץthe land’e·reṣ
וּמְלוֹאָ֔הּ and its fullness , ū·mə·lō·w·’āh
עִ֖ירthe cities‘îr
וְיֹ֣שְׁבֵיand their inhabitantswə·yō·šə·ḇê
בָ֑הּ.ḇāh
הָֽאָדָ֔םThe peoplehā·’ā·ḏām
וְזָֽעֲקוּ֙ will cry out , wə·zā·‘ă·qū
כֹּ֖לand allkōl
יוֹשֵׁ֥בwho dwellyō·wō·šêḇ
הָאָֽרֶץ׃in the landhā·’ā·reṣ
