Jeremiah 33:24 הֲל֣וֹא “ Have you not hă·lō·w רָאִ֗יתָ noticed rā·’î·ṯā מָֽה־ what māh- הַזֶּה֙ these haz·zeh הָעָ֤ם people hā·‘ām דִּבְּר֣וּ are saying dib·bə·rū לֵאמֹ֔ר . . . : lê·mōr יְהוָ֛ה ‘ YHWH Yah·weh בָּהֶ֖ם bā·hem וַיִּמְאָסֵ֑ם has rejected way·yim·’ā·sêm וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- שְׁתֵּ֣י the two šə·tê הַמִּשְׁפָּח֗וֹת families ham·miš·pā·ḥō·wṯ אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer בָּחַ֧ר He had chosen ’ ? bā·ḥar יִנְאָצ֔וּן So they despise yin·’ā·ṣūn עַמִּי֙ My people ‘am·mî ע֖וֹד and no longer ‘ō·wḏ מִֽהְי֥וֹת regard them mih·yō·wṯ גּ֥וֹי as a nation gō·w לִפְנֵיהֶֽם׃ס - . lip̄·nê·hem Jeremiah 33:25 כֹּ֚ה This is what kōh יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar אִם־ If ’im- לֹ֥א lō לֹא־ I have not lō- שָֽׂמְתִּי׃ established śā·mə·tî בְרִיתִ֖י My covenant ḇə·rî·ṯî יוֹמָ֣ם with the day yō·w·mām וָלָ֑יְלָה and the night wā·lā·yə·lāh חֻקּ֛וֹת and the fixed order ḥuq·qō·wṯ שָׁמַ֥יִם of heaven šā·ma·yim וָאָ֖רֶץ and earth , wā·’ā·reṣ Jeremiah 33:26 גַּם־ then I would also gam- אֶמְאַ֗ס reject ’em·’as זֶ֣רַע the descendants ze·ra‘ יַעֲקוֹב֩ of Jacob ya·‘ă·qō·wḇ עַבְדִּ֜י and of My servant ‘aḇ·dî וְדָוִ֨ד David , wə·ḏā·wiḏ מִקַּ֤חַת so as not to take miq·qa·ḥaṯ מִזַּרְעוֹ֙ from his descendants miz·zar·‘ōw מֹֽשְׁלִ֔ים rulers mō·šə·lîm אֶל־ over ’el- זֶ֥רַע the descendants ze·ra‘ אַבְרָהָ֖ם of Abraham , ’aḇ·rā·hām יִשְׂחָ֣ק Isaac , yiś·ḥāq וְיַעֲקֹ֑ב and Jacob . wə·ya·‘ă·qōḇ כִּֽי־ For kî- אָשׁוּב I will restore them ʾå̄·šūḇ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- שְׁבוּתָ֖ם from captivity šə·ḇū·ṯām וְרִחַמְתִּֽים׃ס and will have compassion on them .” wə·ri·ḥam·tîm Jeremiah 34:1 הַדָּבָ֛ר This is the word had·dā·ḇār אֲשֶׁר־ that ’ă·šer- הָיָ֥ה came hā·yāh אֶֽל־ to ’el- יִרְמְיָ֖הוּ Jeremiah yir·mə·yā·hū מֵאֵ֣ת - mê·’êṯ יְהוָ֑ה from YHWH Yah·weh וּנְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣ר when Nebuchadnezzar ū·nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·reṣ·ṣar מֶֽלֶךְ־ king me·leḵ- בָּבֶ֣ל׀ of Babylon , bā·ḇel וְכָל־ all wə·ḵāl חֵיל֡וֹ his army , ḥê·lōw וְכָל־ all wə·ḵāl אֶרֶץ֩ the earthly ’e·reṣ מַמְלְכ֣וֹת kingdoms mam·lə·ḵō·wṯ מֶמְשֶׁ֨לֶת under his control mem·še·leṯ יָד֜וֹ . . . , yā·ḏōw וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl הָעַמִּ֗ים the other nations hā·‘am·mîm נִלְחָמִ֧ים were fighting nil·ḥā·mîm עַל־ against ‘al- יְרוּשָׁלִַ֛ם Jerusalem yə·rū·šā·lim וְעַל־ . . . wə·‘al- כָּל־ and all kāl- עָרֶ֖יהָ its surrounding cities ‘ā·re·hā לֵאמֹֽר׃ . . . . lê·mōr Jeremiah 34:2 כֹּֽה־ - kōh- יְהוָה֙ YHWH , Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵ֣י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl אָמַ֤ר told [Jeremiah] ’ā·mar הָלֹךְ֙ to go hā·lōḵ וְאָ֣מַרְתָּ֔ and speak wə·’ā·mar·tā
