Jeremiah 29:17 כֹּ֤ה this is what kōh יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֔וֹת of Hosts ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ הִנְנִי֙ . . . hin·nî אָמַר֙ says : ’ā·mar מְשַׁלֵּ֣חַ “ I will send mə·šal·lê·aḥ בָּ֔ם against them bām אֶת־ ’eṯ- הַחֶ֖רֶב sword ha·ḥe·reḇ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָרָעָ֣ב and famine hā·rā·‘āḇ וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַדָּ֑בֶר and plague , had·dā·ḇer וְנָתַתִּ֣י and I will make wə·nā·ṯat·tî אוֹתָ֗ם them ’ō·w·ṯām הַשֹּׁ֣עָרִ֔ים like rotten haš·šō·‘ā·rîm כַּתְּאֵנִים֙ figs , kat·tə·’ê·nîm מֵרֹֽעַ׃ so bad mê·rō·a‘ אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer לֹא־ they cannot lō- תֵאָכַ֖לְנָה be eaten . ṯê·’ā·ḵal·nāh Jeremiah 29:18 וְרָֽדַפְתִּי֙ I will pursue wə·rā·ḏap̄·tî אַֽחֲרֵיהֶ֔ם them ’a·ḥă·rê·hem בַּחֶ֖רֶב with sword ba·ḥe·reḇ בָּרָעָ֣ב and famine bā·rā·‘āḇ וּבַדָּ֑בֶר and plague . ū·ḇad·dā·ḇer וּנְתַתִּ֨ים I will make them ū·nə·ṯat·tîm לִזְוָעָה a horror liz·wå̄·ʿå̄h לְכֹ֣ל׀ to all lə·ḵōl מַמְלְכ֣וֹת the kingdoms mam·lə·ḵō·wṯ הָאָ֗רֶץ of the earth — hā·’ā·reṣ לְאָלָ֤ה a curse , lə·’ā·lāh וּלְשַׁמָּה֙ a desolation , ū·lə·šam·māh וְלִשְׁרֵקָ֣ה and an object of scorn wə·liš·rê·qāh וּלְחֶרְפָּ֔ה and reproach ū·lə·ḥer·pāh בְּכָל־ among all bə·ḵāl הַגּוֹיִ֖ם the nations hag·gō·w·yim אֲשֶׁר־ to which ’ă·šer- הִדַּחְתִּ֥ים I banish them hid·daḥ·tîm שָֽׁם׃ . . . . šām Jeremiah 29:19 תַּ֛חַת I will do this because ta·ḥaṯ אֲשֶֽׁר־ - ’ă·šer- לֹא־ they have not lō- שָׁמְע֥וּ listened šā·mə·‘ū אֶל־ to ’el- דְּבָרַ֖י My words , də·ḇā·ray נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָ֑ה YHWH , Yah·weh אֲשֶׁר֩ which ’ă·šer שָׁלַ֨חְתִּי I sent šā·laḥ·tî אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם to ’ă·lê·hem אֶת־ them ’eṯ- הַשְׁכֵּ֣ם again and again haš·kêm וְשָׁלֹ֔חַ . . . wə·šā·lō·aḥ עֲבָדַ֤י through My servants ‘ă·ḇā·ḏay הַנְּבִאִים֙ the prophets . han·nə·ḇi·’îm וְלֹ֥א And neither have you [exiles] wə·lō שְׁמַעְתֶּ֖ם listened , šə·ma‘·tem נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH . ” Yah·weh Jeremiah 29:20 וְאַתֶּ֖ם - wə·’at·tem שִׁמְע֣וּ So hear šim·‘ū דְבַר־ the word ḏə·ḇar- יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH , Yah·weh כָּל־ all kāl- הַ֨גּוֹלָ֔ה you exiles hag·gō·w·lāh אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי I have sent away šil·laḥ·tî מִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם from Jerusalem mî·rū·šā·lim בָּבֶֽלָה׃ס to Babylon . bā·ḇe·lāh Jeremiah 29:21 כֹּֽה־ This is what kōh- יְהוָ֨ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֜וֹת of Hosts , ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ אֱלֹהֵ֣י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl אָמַר֩ says ’ā·mar אֶל־ about ’el- אַחְאָ֤ב Ahab ’aḥ·’āḇ בֶּן־ son ben- קֽוֹלָיָה֙ of Kolaiah qō·w·lā·yāh וְאֶל־ and wə·’el- צִדְקִיָּ֣הוּ Zedekiah ṣiḏ·qî·yā·hū בֶן־ son ḇen- מַֽעֲשֵׂיָ֔ה of Maaseiah , ma·‘ă·śê·yāh הַֽנִּבְּאִ֥ים who are prophesying han·nib·bə·’îm לָכֶ֛ם to you lā·ḵem
