Jeremiah 26:3 אוּלַ֣י Perhaps ’ū·lay יִשְׁמְע֔וּ they will listen yiš·mə·‘ū וְיָשֻׁ֕בוּ and turn — wə·yā·šu·ḇū אִ֖ישׁ each ’îš הָרָעָ֑ה from his evil hā·rā·‘āh מִדַּרְכּ֣וֹ way of life — mid·dar·kōw וְנִחַמְתִּ֣י so that I may relent wə·ni·ḥam·tî אֶל־ of ’el- הָרָעָ֗ה the disaster hā·rā·‘āh אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer אָנֹכִ֤י I ’ā·nō·ḵî חֹשֵׁב֙ am planning ḥō·šêḇ לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת to bring la·‘ă·śō·wṯ לָהֶ֔ם upon them lā·hem מִפְּנֵ֖י because of mip·pə·nê רֹ֥עַ the evil rō·a‘ מַעַלְלֵיהֶֽם׃ of their deeds . ma·‘al·lê·hem Jeremiah 26:4 וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ And you are to tell them wə·’ā·mar·tā אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם that ’ă·lê·hem כֹּ֖ה this is what kōh יְהוָ֑ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar אִם־ ‘ If ’im- לֹ֤א you do not lō תִשְׁמְעוּ֙ listen ṯiš·mə·‘ū אֵלַ֔י to Me ’ê·lay לָלֶ֙כֶת֙ and walk lā·le·ḵeṯ בְּת֣וֹרָתִ֔י in My law , bə·ṯō·w·rā·ṯî אֲשֶׁ֥ר which ’ă·šer נָתַ֖תִּי I have set nā·ṯat·tî לִפְנֵיכֶֽם׃ before you , lip̄·nê·ḵem Jeremiah 26:5 לִשְׁמֹ֗עַ and [if you do not] listen liš·mō·a‘ עַל־ to ‘al- דִּבְרֵ֨י the words diḇ·rê עֲבָדַ֣י of My servants ‘ă·ḇā·ḏay הַנְּבִאִ֔ים the prophets , han·nə·ḇi·’îm אֲשֶׁ֥ר whom ’ă·šer אָנֹכִ֖י I ’ā·nō·ḵî שֹׁלֵ֣חַ have sent šō·lê·aḥ אֲלֵיכֶ֑ם you ’ă·lê·ḵem וְהַשְׁכֵּ֥ם again wə·haš·kêm וְשָׁלֹ֖חַ and again wə·šā·lō·aḥ וְלֹ֥א even though you did not wə·lō שְׁמַעְתֶּֽם׃ listen , šə·ma‘·tem Jeremiah 26:6 וְנָתַתִּ֛י then I will make wə·nā·ṯat·tî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַזֶּ֖ה this haz·zeh הַבַּ֥יִת house hab·ba·yiṯ כְּשִׁלֹ֑ה like Shiloh , kə·ši·lōh וְאֶת־ and wə·’eṯ- אֶתֵּ֣ן I will make ’et·tên הַזֹּאתָה this haz·zō·ṯå̄h הָעִ֤יר city hā·‘îr לִקְלָלָ֔ה an object of cursing liq·lā·lāh לְכֹ֖ל among all lə·ḵōl גּוֹיֵ֥י the nations gō·w·yê הָאָֽרֶץ׃ס of the earth .’” hā·’ā·reṣ Jeremiah 26:7 הַכֹּהֲנִ֥ים Now the priests hak·kō·hă·nîm וְהַנְּבִאִ֖ים and prophets wə·han·nə·ḇi·’îm וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl הָעָ֑ם the people hā·‘ām אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- וַֽיִּשְׁמְע֛וּ heard way·yiš·mə·‘ū יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ Jeremiah yir·mə·yā·hū מְדַבֵּ֛ר speaking mə·ḏab·bêr אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאֵ֖לֶּה these hā·’êl·leh הַדְּבָרִ֥ים words had·də·ḇā·rîm בְּבֵ֥ית in the house bə·ḇêṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH , Yah·weh Jeremiah 26:8 וַיְהִ֣י׀ and as soon as way·hî יִרְמְיָ֗הוּ [he] yir·mə·yā·hū כְּכַלּ֣וֹת had finished kə·ḵal·lō·wṯ לְדַבֵּר֙ telling lə·ḏab·bêr אֵ֣ת ’êṯ כָּל־ all kāl- הָעָ֑ם the people hā·‘ām כָּל־ everything kāl- אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh צִוָּ֣ה had commanded him ṣiw·wāh לְדַבֵּ֖ר to say lə·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ , ’el- הַכֹּהֲנִ֧ים the priests hak·kō·hă·nîm
