Jeremiah 13:1 כֹּֽה־ This is what kōh- יְהוָ֜ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֨ר said ’ā·mar אֵלַ֗י to me : ’ê·lay הָל֞וֹךְ “ Go hā·lō·wḵ וְקָנִ֤יתָ and buy wə·qā·nî·ṯā לְּךָ֙ yourself lə·ḵā פִּשְׁתִּ֔ים a linen piš·tîm אֵז֣וֹר loincloth ’ê·zō·wr וְשַׂמְתּ֖וֹ and put wə·śam·tōw עַל־ it around ‘al- מָתְנֶ֑יךָ your waist , mā·ṯə·ne·ḵā לֹ֥א but do not lō תְבִאֵֽהוּ׃ let it touch ṯə·ḇi·’ê·hū וּבַמַּ֖יִם water .” ū·ḇam·ma·yim Jeremiah 13:2 וָאֶקְנֶ֥ה So I bought wā·’eq·neh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאֵז֖וֹר a loincloth hā·’ê·zō·wr יְהוָ֑ה as YHWH Yah·weh כִּדְבַ֣ר had instructed me , kiḏ·ḇar וָאָשִׂ֖ם and I put wā·’ā·śim עַל־ it around ‘al- מָתְנָֽי׃ס my waist . mā·ṯə·nāy Jeremiah 13:3 דְבַר־ Then the word ḏə·ḇar- יְהוָ֛ה of YHWH Yah·weh וַיְהִ֧י came way·hî אֵלַ֖י to me ’ê·lay שֵׁנִ֥ית a second time šê·nîṯ לֵאמֹֽר׃ . . . : lê·mōr Jeremiah 13:4 קַ֧ח “ Take qaḥ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאֵז֛וֹר the loincloth hā·’ê·zō·wr אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer קָנִ֖יתָ you bought qā·nî·ṯā אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer עַל־ and are wearing ‘al- מָתְנֶ֑יךָ . . . , mā·ṯə·ne·ḵā לֵ֣ךְ and go lêḵ וְקוּם֙ at once wə·qūm פְּרָ֔תָה to Perath pə·rā·ṯāh וְטָמְנֵ֥הוּ and hide wə·ṭā·mə·nê·hū שָׁ֖ם it there šām בִּנְקִ֥יק in a crevice bin·qîq הַסָּֽלַע׃ of the rocks .” has·sā·la‘ Jeremiah 13:5 וָאֵלֵ֕ךְ So I went wā·’ê·lêḵ וָאֶטְמְנֵ֖הוּ and hid it wā·’eṭ·mə·nê·hū בִּפְרָ֑ת at Perath , bip̄·rāṯ כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר as ka·’ă·šer יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh אוֹתִֽי׃ - ’ō·w·ṯî צִוָּ֥ה had commanded me . ṣiw·wāh Jeremiah 13:6 וַיְהִ֕י - way·hî רַבִּ֑ים Many rab·bîm יָמִ֣ים days yā·mîm מִקֵּ֖ץ later miq·qêṣ יְהוָ֜ה YHWH Yah·weh וַיֹּ֨אמֶר said way·yō·mer אֵלַ֗י to me , ’ê·lay ק֚וּם “ Arise , qūm לֵ֣ךְ go lêḵ פְּרָ֔תָה to Perath , pə·rā·ṯāh וְקַ֤ח and get wə·qaḥ מִשָּׁם֙ miš·šām אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָ֣אֵז֔וֹר the loincloth hā·’ê·zō·wr אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer צִוִּיתִ֖יךָ I commanded ṣiw·wî·ṯî·ḵā לְטָמְנוֹ־ you to hide lə·ṭā·mə·nōw- שָֽׁם׃ there .” šām Jeremiah 13:7 וָאֵלֵ֣ךְ So I went wā·’ê·lêḵ פְּרָ֔תָה to Perath pə·rā·ṯāh וָאֶחְפֹּ֗ר and dug up wā·’eḥ·pōr הָ֣אֵז֔וֹר the loincloth , hā·’ê·zō·wr וָֽאֶקַּח֙ and I took wā·’eq·qaḥ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מִן־ it from min- הַמָּק֖וֹם the place ham·mā·qō·wm אֲשֶׁר־ where ’ă·šer- טְמַנְתִּ֣יו I had hidden it ṭə·man·tîw
