אָבִ֣ינוּ are our Father ; ’ā·ḇî·nū אֲנַ֤חְנוּ we ’ă·naḥ·nū הַחֹ֙מֶר֙ are the clay , ha·ḥō·mer וְאַתָּ֣ה and You wə·’at·tāh יֹצְרֵ֔נוּ are the potter ; yō·ṣə·rê·nū כֻּלָּֽנוּ׃ we are all kul·lā·nū וּמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה the work ū·ma·‘ă·śêh יָדְךָ֖ of Your hand . yā·ḏə·ḵā Isaiah 64:9 אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּקְצֹ֤ף be angry , tiq·ṣōp̄ יְהוָה֙ O YHWH , Yah·weh עַד־ beyond ‘aḏ- מְאֹ֔ד measure ; mə·’ōḏ וְאַל־ do not wə·’al- תִּזְכֹּ֣ר remember tiz·kōr עָוֺ֑ן our iniquity ‘ā·wōn לָעַ֖ד forever . lā·‘aḏ הֵ֥ן Oh , hên הַבֶּט־ look upon us , hab·beṭ- נָ֖א we pray ; nā כֻלָּֽנוּ׃ we are all ḵul·lā·nū עַמְּךָ֥ Your people ! ‘am·mə·ḵā Isaiah 64:10 קָדְשְׁךָ֖ Your holy qāḏ·šə·ḵā עָרֵ֥י cities ‘ā·rê הָי֣וּ have become hā·yū מִדְבָּ֑ר a wilderness . miḏ·bār צִיּוֹן֙ Zion ṣî·yō·wn הָיָ֔תָה has become hā·yā·ṯāh מִדְבָּ֣ר a wasteland miḏ·bār יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם [and] Jerusalem yə·rū·šā·lim שְׁמָמָֽה׃ a desolation . šə·mā·māh Isaiah 64:11 קָדְשֵׁ֣נוּ Our holy qā·ḏə·šê·nū וְתִפְאַרְתֵּ֗נוּ and beautiful wə·ṯip̄·’ar·tê·nū בֵּ֧ית temple , bêṯ אֲשֶׁ֤ר where ’ă·šer אֲבֹתֵ֔ינוּ our fathers ’ă·ḇō·ṯê·nū הִֽלְל֙וּךָ֙ praised You , hil·lū·ḵā הָיָ֖ה has been hā·yāh לִשְׂרֵ֣פַת burned liś·rê·p̄aṯ אֵ֑שׁ with fire , ’êš וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl מַחֲמַדֵּ֖ינוּ that was dear to us ma·ḥă·mad·dê·nū הָיָ֥ה lies hā·yāh לְחָרְבָּֽה׃ in ruins . lə·ḥā·rə·bāh Isaiah 64:12 הַעַל־ After ha·‘al- אֵ֥לֶּה all this , ’êl·leh יְהוָ֑ה O YHWH , Yah·weh תִתְאַפַּ֖ק will You restrain Yourself ? ṯiṯ·’ap·paq תֶּחֱשֶׁ֥ה Will You keep silent te·ḥĕ·šeh וּתְעַנֵּ֖נוּ and afflict us ū·ṯə·‘an·nê·nū עַד־ beyond ‘aḏ- מְאֹֽד׃ס measure ? mə·’ōḏ Isaiah 65:1 נִדְרַ֙שְׁתִּי֙ “ I revealed Myself niḏ·raš·tî לְל֣וֹא to those who did not lə·lō·w שָׁאָ֔לוּ ask for Me ; šā·’ā·lū נִמְצֵ֖אתִי I was found nim·ṣê·ṯî לְלֹ֣א by those who did not lə·lō בִקְשֻׁ֑נִי seek Me . ḇiq·šu·nî אֶל־ To ’el- גּ֖וֹי a nation gō·w לֹֽא־ that did not lō- קֹרָ֥א call qō·rā בִשְׁמִֽי׃ My name , ḇiš·mî אָמַ֙רְתִּי֙ I said , ’ā·mar·tî הִנֵּ֣נִי ‘ Here I am ! hin·nê·nî הִנֵּ֔נִי Here I am ! ’ hin·nê·nî Isaiah 65:2 כָּל־ All day long kāl- הַיּ֖וֹם . . . hay·yō·wm פֵּרַ֧שְׂתִּי I have held out pê·raś·tî יָדַ֛י My hands yā·ḏay אֶל־ to ’el- סוֹרֵ֑ר an obstinate sō·w·rêr עַ֣ם people ‘am הַהֹלְכִים֙ who walk ha·hō·lə·ḵîm לֹא־ in the wrong lō- ט֔וֹב . . . ṭō·wḇ הַדֶּ֣רֶךְ path , had·de·reḵ אַחַ֖ר who follow ’a·ḥar מַחְשְׁבֹתֵיהֶֽם׃ their own imaginations , maḥ·šə·ḇō·ṯê·hem
