יְהוָ֨ה YHWH Yah·weh אֹתִ֜י - ’ō·ṯî מָשַׁח֩ has anointed Me mā·šaḥ לְבַשֵּׂ֣ר to preach good news lə·ḇaś·śêr עֲנָוִ֗ים to the poor . ‘ă·nā·wîm שְׁלָחַ֙נִי֙ He has sent Me šə·lā·ḥa·nî לַחֲבֹ֣שׁ to bind up la·ḥă·ḇōš לְנִשְׁבְּרֵי־ the brokenhearted lə·niš·bə·rê- לֵ֔ב . . . , lêḇ לִקְרֹ֤א to proclaim liq·rō דְּר֔וֹר liberty də·rō·wr לִשְׁבוּיִם֙ to the captives liš·ḇū·yim פְּקַח־ vvv pə·qaḥ- קֽוֹחַ׃ and freedom qō·w·aḥ וְלַאֲסוּרִ֖ים to the prisoners , wə·la·’ă·sū·rîm Isaiah 61:2 לִקְרֹ֤א to proclaim liq·rō שְׁנַת־ the year šə·naṯ- לַֽיהוָ֔ה of YHWH’s Yah·weh רָצוֹן֙ favor rā·ṣō·wn וְי֥וֹם and the day wə·yō·wm לֵאלֹהֵ֑ינוּ of our God’s lê·lō·hê·nū נָקָ֖ם vengeance , nā·qām לְנַחֵ֖ם to comfort lə·na·ḥêm כָּל־ all kāl- אֲבֵלִֽים׃ who mourn , ’ă·ḇê·lîm Isaiah 61:3 לָשׂ֣וּם׀ to console lā·śūm לַאֲבֵלֵ֣י the mourners la·’ă·ḇê·lê צִיּ֗וֹן in Zion — ṣî·yō·wn לָתֵת֩ to give lā·ṯêṯ לָהֶ֨ם them lā·hem פְּאֵ֜ר a crown of beauty pə·’êr תַּ֣חַת for ta·ḥaṯ אֵ֗פֶר ashes , ’ê·p̄er שֶׁ֤מֶן the oil še·men שָׂשׂוֹן֙ of joy śā·śō·wn תַּ֣חַת for ta·ḥaṯ אֵ֔בֶל mourning , ’ê·ḇel מַעֲטֵ֣ה and a garment ma·‘ă·ṭêh תְהִלָּ֔ה of praise ṯə·hil·lāh תַּ֖חַת for ta·ḥaṯ ר֣וּחַ a spirit rū·aḥ כֵּהָ֑ה of despair . kê·hāh וְקֹרָ֤א So they will be called wə·qō·rā לָהֶם֙ . . . lā·hem אֵילֵ֣י oaks ’ê·lê הַצֶּ֔דֶק of righteousness , haṣ·ṣe·ḏeq מַטַּ֥ע the planting maṭ·ṭa‘ יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH , Yah·weh לְהִתְפָּאֵֽר׃ that He may be glorified . lə·hiṯ·pā·’êr Isaiah 61:4 וּבָנוּ֙ They will rebuild ū·ḇā·nū עוֹלָ֔ם the ancient ‘ō·w·lām חָרְב֣וֹת ruins ; ḥā·rə·ḇō·wṯ יְקוֹמֵ֑מוּ they will restore yə·qō·w·mê·mū רִֽאשֹׁנִ֖ים the places long ri·šō·nîm שֹׁמְמ֥וֹת devastated ; šō·mə·mō·wṯ וְחִדְּשׁוּ֙ they will renew wə·ḥid·də·šū חֹ֔רֶב the ruined ḥō·reḇ עָ֣רֵי cities , ‘ā·rê שֹׁמְמ֖וֹת the desolations šō·mə·mō·wṯ דּ֥וֹר of many dō·wr וָדֽוֹר׃ generations . wā·ḏō·wr Isaiah 61:5 זָרִ֔ים Strangers zā·rîm וְעָמְד֣וּ will stand wə·‘ā·mə·ḏū וְרָע֖וּ and feed wə·rā·‘ū צֹאנְכֶ֑ם your flocks , ṣō·nə·ḵem וּבְנֵ֣י and foreigners ū·ḇə·nê נֵכָ֔ר . . . nê·ḵār אִכָּרֵיכֶ֖ם will be your plowmen ’ik·kā·rê·ḵem וְכֹרְמֵיכֶֽם׃ and vinedressers . wə·ḵō·rə·mê·ḵem Isaiah 61:6 וְאַתֶּ֗ם But you wə·’at·tem תִּקָּרֵ֔אוּ will be called tiq·qā·rê·’ū כֹּהֲנֵ֤י the priests kō·hă·nê יְהוָה֙ of YHWH ; Yah·weh יֵאָמֵ֖ר they will speak yê·’ā·mêr לָכֶ֑ם of you lā·ḵem מְשָׁרְתֵ֣י as ministers mə·šā·rə·ṯê אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ of our God ; ’ĕ·lō·hê·nū תֹּאכֵ֔לוּ you will feed on tō·ḵê·lū חֵ֤יל the wealth ḥêl גּוֹיִם֙ of nations , gō·w·yim תִּתְיַמָּֽרוּ׃ and you will boast tiṯ·yam·mā·rū וּבִכְבוֹדָ֖ם in their riches . ū·ḇiḵ·ḇō·w·ḏām
