וְהַחוֹסֶ֥ה But he who seeks refuge wə·ha·ḥō·w·seh בִי֙ in Me ḇî יִנְחַל־ will inherit yin·ḥal- אֶ֔רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ וְיִירַ֖שׁ and possess wə·yî·raš קָדְשִֽׁי׃ My holy qāḏ·šî הַר־ mountain . ” har- Isaiah 57:14 וְאָמַ֥ר And it will be said , wə·’ā·mar סֹֽלּוּ־ “ Build it up , sōl·lū- סֹ֖לּוּ build it up , sōl·lū פַּנּוּ־ prepare pan·nū- דָ֑רֶךְ the way , ḏā·reḵ הָרִ֥ימוּ take hā·rî·mū מִכְשׁ֖וֹל every obstacle miḵ·šō·wl מִדֶּ֥רֶךְ out of the way mid·de·reḵ עַמִּֽי׃ס of My people . ” ‘am·mî Isaiah 57:15 כִּי֩ For kî כֹ֨ה thus ḵōh אָמַ֜ר says ’ā·mar רָ֣ם the One who is high rām וְנִשָּׂ֗א and lifted up , wə·niś·śā שֹׁכֵ֥ן who inhabits šō·ḵên עַד֙ eternity , ‘aḏ שְׁמ֔וֹ whose name šə·mōw וְקָד֣וֹשׁ is Holy : wə·qā·ḏō·wōš אֶשְׁכּ֑וֹן “ I dwell ’eš·kō·wn מָר֥וֹם in a high mā·rō·wm וְקָד֖וֹשׁ and holy place , wə·qā·ḏō·wōš וְאֶת־ and with wə·’eṯ- דַּכָּא֙ the oppressed dak·kā וּשְׁפַל־ and humble ū·šə·p̄al- ר֔וּחַ in spirit , rū·aḥ לְהַחֲיוֹת֙ to restore lə·ha·ḥă·yō·wṯ ר֣וּחַ the spirit rū·aḥ שְׁפָלִ֔ים of the lowly šə·p̄ā·lîm וּֽלְהַחֲי֖וֹת and revive ū·lə·ha·ḥă·yō·wṯ לֵ֥ב the heart lêḇ נִדְכָּאִֽים׃ of the contrite . niḏ·kā·’îm Isaiah 57:16 כִּ֣י For kî לֹ֤א I will not lō אָרִ֔יב accuse you forever ’ā·rîḇ לְעוֹלָם֙ . . . , lə·‘ō·w·lām וְלֹ֥א nor will I wə·lō לָנֶ֖צַח always lā·ne·ṣaḥ אֶקְּצ֑וֹף be angry ; ’eq·qə·ṣō·wp̄ כִּי־ for kî- ר֙וּחַ֙ then the spirit [of man] rū·aḥ יַֽעֲט֔וֹף would grow weak ya·‘ă·ṭō·wp̄ מִלְּפָנַ֣י before Me , mil·lə·p̄ā·nay וּנְשָׁמ֖וֹת with the breath ū·nə·šā·mō·wṯ אֲנִ֥י of those ’ă·nî עָשִֽׂיתִי׃ I have made . ‘ā·śî·ṯî Isaiah 57:17 קָצַ֥פְתִּי I was enraged qā·ṣap̄·tî בַּעֲוֺ֥ן by his sinful ba·‘ă·wōn בִּצְע֛וֹ greed , biṣ·‘ōw וְאַכֵּ֖הוּ so I struck him wə·’ak·kê·hū הַסְתֵּ֣ר and hid [My face] has·têr וְאֶקְצֹ֑ף in anger ; wə·’eq·ṣōp̄ וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ yet he kept way·yê·leḵ שׁוֹבָ֖ב turning back šō·w·ḇāḇ בְּדֶ֥רֶךְ to the desires bə·ḏe·reḵ לִבּֽוֹ׃ of his heart . lib·bōw Isaiah 57:18 רָאִ֖יתִי I have seen rā·’î·ṯî דְּרָכָ֥יו his ways , də·rā·ḵāw וְאֶרְפָּאֵ֑הוּ but I will heal him ; wə·’er·pā·’ê·hū וְאַנְחֵ֕הוּ I will guide him wə·’an·ḥê·hū וַאֲשַׁלֵּ֧ם and restore wa·’ă·šal·lêm נִֽחֻמִ֛ים comfort ni·ḥu·mîm ל֖וֹ to him lōw וְלַאֲבֵלָֽיו׃ and his mourners , wə·la·’ă·ḇê·lāw Isaiah 57:19 בּוֹרֵ֖א bringing bō·w·rê נוּב praise nūḇ שְׂפָתָ֑יִם to their lips . śə·p̄ā·ṯā·yim שָׁל֨וֹם׀ Peace , šā·lō·wm שָׁל֜וֹם peace šā·lō·wm לָרָח֧וֹק to those far lā·rā·ḥō·wq וְלַקָּר֛וֹב and near , ” wə·laq·qā·rō·wḇ אָמַ֥ר says ’ā·mar יְהוָ֖ה YHWH , Yah·weh וּרְפָאתִֽיו׃ “ and I will heal them . ” ū·rə·p̄ā·ṯîw
