מֵאִתִּ֣י . . . mê·’it·tî תֵצֵ֔א will go out from Me , ṯê·ṣê וּמִשְׁפָּטִ֔י and My justice [will become] ū·miš·pā·ṭî לְא֥וֹר a light lə·’ō·wr עַמִּ֖ים to the nations ; ‘am·mîm אַרְגִּֽיעַ׃ I will bring it about quickly . ’ar·gî·a‘ Isaiah 51:5 צִדְקִי֙ My righteousness ṣiḏ·qî קָר֤וֹב draws near , qā·rō·wḇ יִשְׁעִ֔י My salvation yiš·‘î יָצָ֣א is on the way , yā·ṣā וּזְרֹעַ֖י and My arms ū·zə·rō·‘ay יִשְׁפֹּ֑טוּ will bring justice yiš·pō·ṭū עַמִּ֣ים to the nations . ‘am·mîm אִיִּ֣ים The islands ’î·yîm יְקַוּ֔וּ will look yə·qaw·wū אֵלַי֙ for Me ’ê·lay יְיַחֵלֽוּן׃ and wait in hope yə·ya·ḥê·lūn וְאֶל־ for wə·’el- זְרֹעִ֖י My arm . zə·rō·‘î Isaiah 51:6 שְׂאוּ֩ Lift up śə·’ū עֵֽינֵיכֶ֜ם your eyes ‘ê·nê·ḵem לַשָּׁמַ֨יִם to the heavens , laš·šā·ma·yim וְֽהַבִּ֧יטוּ and look wə·hab·bî·ṭū אֶל־ at ’el- הָאָ֣רֶץ the earth hā·’ā·reṣ מִתַּ֗חַת below ; mit·ta·ḥaṯ כִּֽי־ for kî- שָׁמַ֜יִם the heavens šā·ma·yim נִמְלָ֙חוּ֙ will vanish nim·lā·ḥū כֶּעָשָׁ֤ן like smoke , ke·‘ā·šān וְהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ the earth wə·hā·’ā·reṣ תִּבְלֶ֔ה will wear out tiḇ·leh כַּבֶּ֣גֶד like a garment , kab·be·ḡeḏ וְיֹשְׁבֶ֖יהָ and its people wə·yō·šə·ḇe·hā יְמוּת֑וּן will die yə·mū·ṯūn כְּמוֹ־ like [gnats] . kə·mōw- כֵ֣ן . . . ḵên וִישֽׁוּעָתִי֙ But My salvation wî·šū·‘ā·ṯî תִּֽהְיֶ֔ה will last forever tih·yeh לְעוֹלָ֣ם . . . , lə·‘ō·w·lām וְצִדְקָתִ֖י and My righteousness wə·ṣiḏ·qā·ṯî לֹ֥א will never lō תֵחָֽת׃ס fail . ṯê·ḥāṯ Isaiah 51:7 שִׁמְע֤וּ Listen šim·‘ū אֵלַי֙ to Me , ’ê·lay יֹ֣דְעֵי you who know yō·ḏə·‘ê צֶ֔דֶק what is right , ṣe·ḏeq עַ֖ם you people ‘am תּוֹרָתִ֣י with My law tō·w·rā·ṯî בְלִבָּ֑ם in your hearts : ḇə·lib·bām אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּֽירְאוּ֙ fear tî·rə·’ū חֶרְפַּ֣ת the scorn ḥer·paṯ אֱנ֔וֹשׁ of men ; ’ĕ·nō·wōš אַל־ do not ’al- תֵּחָֽתּוּ׃ be broken tê·ḥāt·tū וּמִגִּדֻּפֹתָ֖ם by their insults . ū·mig·gid·du·p̄ō·ṯām Isaiah 51:8 כִּ֤י For kî עָ֔שׁ the moth ‘āš יֹאכְלֵ֣ם will devour them yō·ḵə·lêm כַבֶּ֙גֶד֙ like a garment , ḵab·be·ḡeḏ סָ֑ס and the worm sās יֹאכְלֵ֣ם will eat them yō·ḵə·lêm וְכַצֶּ֖מֶר like wool . wə·ḵaṣ·ṣe·mer וְצִדְקָתִי֙ But My righteousness wə·ṣiḏ·qā·ṯî תִּֽהְיֶ֔ה will last forever tih·yeh לְעוֹלָ֣ם . . . , lə·‘ō·w·lām וִישׁוּעָתִ֖י My salvation wî·šū·‘ā·ṯî לְד֥וֹר through all generations lə·ḏō·wr דּוֹרִֽים׃ס . . . . ” dō·w·rîm Isaiah 51:9 עוּרִ֨י Awake , ‘ū·rî עוּרִ֤י awake , ‘ū·rî לִבְשִׁי־ put on liḇ·šî- עֹז֙ strength , ‘ōz זְר֣וֹעַ O arm zə·rō·w·a‘ יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH .
