יִפְצְחוּ break forth yip̄·ṣə·ḥū רִנָּ֑ה in song , rin·nāh הָרִ֖ים O mountains ! hā·rîm כִּֽי־ For kî- יְהוָה֙ YHWH Yah·weh נִחַ֤ם has comforted ni·ḥam עַמּ֔וֹ His people , ‘am·mōw יְרַחֵֽם׃ס and He will have compassion yə·ra·ḥêm וַעֲנִיָּ֖ו on His afflicted ones . wa·‘ă·nî·yāw Isaiah 49:14 צִיּ֖וֹן But Zion ṣî·yō·wn וַתֹּ֥אמֶר said , wat·tō·mer יְהוָ֑ה “ YHWH Yah·weh עֲזָבַ֣נִי has forsaken me ; ‘ă·zā·ḇa·nî וַאדֹנָ֖י the Lord wa·ḏō·nāy שְׁכֵחָֽנִי׃ has forgotten me ! ” šə·ḵê·ḥā·nî Isaiah 49:15 אִשָּׁה֙ “ Can a woman ’iš·šāh הֲתִשְׁכַּ֤ח forget hă·ṯiš·kaḥ עוּלָ֔הּ her nursing child , ‘ū·lāh מֵרַחֵ֖ם or lack compassion mê·ra·ḥêm בֶּן־ for the son ben- בִּטְנָ֑הּ of her womb ? biṭ·nāh גַּם־ Even if gam- אֵ֣לֶּה she ’êl·leh תִשְׁכַּ֔חְנָה could forget , ṯiš·kaḥ·nāh וְאָנֹכִ֖י I will wə·’ā·nō·ḵî לֹ֥א not lō אֶשְׁכָּחֵֽךְ׃ forget you ! ’eš·kā·ḥêḵ Isaiah 49:16 הֵ֥ן Behold , hên חַקֹּתִ֑יךְ I have inscribed you ḥaq·qō·ṯîḵ עַל־ on ‘al- כַּפַּ֖יִם the palms of My hands ; kap·pa·yim חוֹמֹתַ֥יִךְ your walls ḥō·w·mō·ṯa·yiḵ תָּמִֽיד׃ are ever tā·mîḏ נֶגְדִּ֖י before Me . neḡ·dî Isaiah 49:17 בָּנָ֑יִךְ Your builders bā·nā·yiḵ מִֽהֲר֖וּ hasten back ; mi·hă·rū מְהָֽרְסַ֥יִךְ your destroyers mə·hā·rə·sa·yiḵ וּמַחֲרִבַ֖יִךְ and wreckers ū·ma·ḥă·ri·ḇa·yiḵ יֵצֵֽאוּ׃ depart yê·ṣê·’ū מִמֵּ֥ךְ from you . mim·mêḵ Isaiah 49:18 שְׂאִֽי־ Lift up śə·’î- עֵינַ֙יִךְ֙ your eyes ‘ê·na·yiḵ וּרְאִ֔י and look ū·rə·’î סָבִ֤יב around . sā·ḇîḇ כֻּלָּ֖ם They all kul·lām נִקְבְּצ֣וּ gather together ; niq·bə·ṣū בָֽאוּ־ they come ḇā·’ū- לָ֑ךְ to you . lāḵ אָ֣נִי As surely as I ’ā·nî חַי־ live , ” ḥay- נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָ֗ה YHWH , Yah·weh כִּ֤י “ - kî תִלְבָּ֔שִׁי you will wear them ṯil·bā·šî כֻלָּם֙ all ḵul·lām כָּעֲדִ֣י as jewelry kā·‘ă·ḏî וּֽתְקַשְּׁרִ֖ים and put them on ū·ṯə·qaš·šə·rîm כַּכַּלָּֽה׃ like a bride . kak·kal·lāh Isaiah 49:19 כִּ֤י For kî חָרְבֹתַ֙יִךְ֙ your ruined ḥā·rə·ḇō·ṯa·yiḵ וְשֹׁ֣מְמֹתַ֔יִךְ and desolate places wə·šō·mə·mō·ṯa·yiḵ וְאֶ֖רֶץ and your ravaged land wə·’e·reṣ הֲרִֽסֻתֵ֑יךְ . . . hă·ri·su·ṯêḵ עַתָּה֙ will now ‘at·tāh כִּ֤י indeed kî תֵּצְרִ֣י be too small tê·ṣə·rî מִיּוֹשֵׁ֔ב for your people , mî·yō·wō·šêḇ מְבַלְּעָֽיִךְ׃ and those who devoured you mə·ḇal·lə·‘ā·yiḵ וְרָחֲק֖וּ will be far away . wə·rā·ḥă·qū Isaiah 49:20 ע֚וֹד Yet ‘ō·wḏ בְּנֵ֖י the children bə·nê שִׁכֻּלָ֑יִךְ of your bereavement šik·ku·lā·yiḵ יֹאמְר֣וּ will say yō·mə·rū בְאָזְנַ֔יִךְ in your hearing ḇə·’ā·zə·na·yiḵ לִ֥י , lî הַמָּק֖וֹם ‘ This place ham·mā·qō·wm צַר־ is too small for us ; ṣar- גְּשָׁה־ make room gə·šāh- לִּ֥י for us lî
