וְיַנִּיחֻ֤הוּ they set wə·yan·nî·ḥu·hū תַחְתָּיו֙ it in its place , ṯaḥ·tāw וְיַֽעֲמֹ֔ד and there it stands , wə·ya·‘ă·mōḏ לֹ֣א not lō יָמִ֑ישׁ budging yā·mîš אַף־ from ’ap̄- מִמְּקוֹמ֖וֹ that spot . mim·mə·qō·w·mōw יִצְעַ֤ק They cry out yiṣ·‘aq אֵלָיו֙ to it , ’ê·lāw וְלֹ֣א but it does not wə·lō יַעֲנֶ֔ה answer ; ya·‘ă·neh יוֹשִׁיעֶֽנּוּ׃ס it saves yō·wō·šî·‘en·nū לֹ֥א no one lō מִצָּרָת֖וֹ from his troubles . miṣ·ṣā·rā·ṯōw Isaiah 46:8 זִכְרוּ־ Remember ziḵ·rū- זֹ֖את this zōṯ וְהִתְאֹשָׁ֑שׁוּ and be brave ; wə·hiṯ·’ō·šā·šū הָשִׁ֥יבוּ take hā·šî·ḇū עַל־ it to ‘al- לֵֽב׃ heart , lêḇ פוֹשְׁעִ֖ים you transgressors ! p̄ō·wō·šə·‘îm Isaiah 46:9 זִכְר֥וּ Remember ziḵ·rū רִאשֹׁנ֖וֹת what happened ri·šō·nō·wṯ מֵעוֹלָ֑ם long ago , mê·‘ō·w·lām כִּ֣י for kî אָנֹכִ֥י I ’ā·nō·ḵî אֵל֙ am God , ’êl וְאֵ֣ין and there is no wə·’ên ע֔וֹד other ; ‘ō·wḏ אֱלֹהִ֖ים I am God , ’ĕ·lō·hîm וְאֶ֥פֶס and [there is] none wə·’e·p̄es כָּמֽוֹנִי׃ like Me . kā·mō·w·nî Isaiah 46:10 מַגִּ֤יד I declare mag·gîḏ אַחֲרִ֔ית the end ’a·ḥă·rîṯ מֵֽרֵאשִׁית֙ from the beginning , mê·rê·šîṯ וּמִקֶּ֖דֶם and ancient times ū·miq·qe·ḏem אֲשֶׁ֣ר from what ’ă·šer לֹא־ is still lō- נַעֲשׂ֑וּ to come . na·‘ă·śū אֹמֵר֙ I say , ’ō·mêr עֲצָתִ֣י ‘ My purpose ‘ă·ṣā·ṯî תָק֔וּם will stand , ṯā·qūm וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl חֶפְצִ֖י My good pleasure ḥep̄·ṣî אֶעֱשֶֽׂה׃ I will accomplish . ’ ’e·‘ĕ·śeh Isaiah 46:11 קֹרֵ֤א I summon qō·rê עַ֔יִט a bird of prey ‘a·yiṭ מִמִּזְרָח֙ from the east , mim·miz·rāḥ אִ֣ישׁ a man ’îš עֲצָתוֹ for My purpose ʿă·ṣå̄·ṯō מֶרְחָ֖ק from a far-off mer·ḥāq מֵאֶ֥רֶץ land . mê·’e·reṣ אַף־ Truly ’ap̄- דִּבַּ֙רְתִּי֙ I have spoken , dib·bar·tî אַף־ and truly ’ap̄- אֲבִיאֶ֔נָּה I will bring it to pass . ’ă·ḇî·’en·nāh יָצַ֖רְתִּי I have planned it , yā·ṣar·tî אַף־ and I will surely ’ap̄- אֶעֱשֶֽׂנָּה׃ס do it . ’e·‘ĕ·śen·nāh Isaiah 46:12 שִׁמְע֥וּ Listen šim·‘ū אֵלַ֖י to Me , ’ê·lay אַבִּ֣ירֵי you stubborn ’ab·bî·rê לֵ֑ב people , lêḇ הָרְחוֹקִ֖ים far removed hā·rə·ḥō·w·qîm מִצְּדָקָֽה׃ from righteousness : miṣ·ṣə·ḏā·qāh Isaiah 46:13 צִדְקָתִי֙ I am bringing My righteousness ṣiḏ·qā·ṯî קֵרַ֤בְתִּי near ; qê·raḇ·tî לֹ֣א it is not lō תִרְחָ֔ק far away , ṯir·ḥāq וּתְשׁוּעָתִ֖י and My salvation ū·ṯə·šū·‘ā·ṯî לֹ֣א will not lō תְאַחֵ֑ר be delayed . ṯə·’a·ḥêr וְנָתַתִּ֤י I will grant wə·nā·ṯat·tî תְּשׁוּעָ֔ה salvation tə·šū·‘āh בְצִיּוֹן֙ to Zion ḇə·ṣî·yō·wn לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [and adorn] Israel lə·yiś·rā·’êl תִּפְאַרְתִּֽי׃ס with My splendor .
