עִוְרִ֖ים of the blind ‘iw·rîm תִּרְאֶֽינָה׃ will see . tir·’e·nāh Isaiah 29:19 עֲנָוִ֛ים The humble ‘ă·nā·wîm וְיָסְפ֧וּ will increase wə·yā·sə·p̄ū שִׂמְחָ֑ה [their] joy śim·ḥāh בַּֽיהוָ֖ה in YHWH , Yah·weh וְאֶבְיוֹנֵ֣י and the poor wə·’eḇ·yō·w·nê אָדָ֔ם among men ’ā·ḏām יָגִֽילוּ׃ will rejoice yā·ḡî·lū בִּקְד֥וֹשׁ in the Holy One biq·ḏō·wōš יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל of Israel . yiś·rā·’êl Isaiah 29:20 כִּֽי־ For kî- עָרִ֖יץ the ruthless ‘ā·rîṣ אָפֵ֥ס will vanish , ’ā·p̄ês לֵ֑ץ the mockers lêṣ וְכָ֣לָה will disappear , wə·ḵā·lāh כָּל־ and all kāl- שֹׁ֥קְדֵי who look šō·qə·ḏê אָֽוֶן׃ for evil ’ā·wen וְנִכְרְת֖וּ will be cut down — wə·niḵ·rə·ṯū Isaiah 29:21 מַחֲטִיאֵ֤י those who indict ma·ḥă·ṭî·’ê אָדָם֙ a man ’ā·ḏām בְּדָבָ֔ר with a word , bə·ḏā·ḇār יְקֹשׁ֑וּן who ensnare yə·qō·šūn וְלַמּוֹכִ֥יחַ the mediator wə·lam·mō·w·ḵî·aḥ בַּשַּׁ֖עַר at the gate , baš·ša·‘ar בַתֹּ֖הוּ and who with false charges ḇat·tō·hū צַדִּֽיק׃ס deprive the innocent ṣad·dîq וַיַּטּ֥וּ of justice . way·yaṭ·ṭū Isaiah 29:22 לָכֵ֗ן Therefore lā·ḵên יְהוָה֙ YHWH Yah·weh אֲשֶׁ֥ר who ’ă·šer פָּדָ֖ה redeemed pā·ḏāh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אַבְרָהָ֑ם Abraham ’aḇ·rā·hām אָמַ֤ר says ’ā·mar כֹּֽה־ - kōh- אֶל־ of ’el- בֵּ֣ית the house bêṯ יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב of Jacob : ya·‘ă·qōḇ לֹֽא־ “ No lō- עַתָּ֤ה longer ‘at·tāh יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב will Jacob ya·‘ă·qōḇ יֵבוֹשׁ֙ be ashamed yê·ḇō·wōš וְלֹ֥א and no wə·lō עַתָּ֖ה more ‘at·tāh פָּנָ֥יו will his face pā·nāw יֶחֱוָֽרוּ׃ grow pale . ye·ḥĕ·wā·rū Isaiah 29:23 כִּ֣י For kî בִ֠רְאֹתוֹ when he sees ḇir·’ō·ṯōw יְלָדָ֞יו his children yə·lā·ḏāw בְּקִרְבּ֖וֹ around him , bə·qir·bōw מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה the work ma·‘ă·śêh יָדַ֛י of My hands , yā·ḏay יַקְדִּ֣ישֽׁוּ they will honor yaq·dî·šū שְׁמִ֑י My name , šə·mî וְהִקְדִּ֙ישׁוּ֙ they will sanctify wə·hiq·dî·šū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- קְד֣וֹשׁ the Holy qə·ḏō·wōš יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב One of Jacob , ya·‘ă·qōḇ וְאֶת־ and wə·’eṯ- יַעֲרִֽיצוּ׃ they will stand in awe ya·‘ă·rî·ṣū אֱלֹהֵ֥י of the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל of Israel . yiś·rā·’êl Isaiah 29:24 תֹֽעֵי־ Then the wayward ṯō·‘ê- ר֖וּחַ in spirit rū·aḥ וְיָדְע֥וּ will come wə·yā·ḏə·‘ū בִּינָ֑ה to understanding , bî·nāh וְרוֹגְנִ֖ים and those who grumble wə·rō·wḡ·nîm יִלְמְדוּ־ will accept yil·mə·ḏū- לֶֽקַח׃ instruction . ” le·qaḥ Isaiah 30:1 ה֣וֹי “ Woe hō·w סֽוֹרְרִים֙ to the rebellious sō·wr·rîm בָּנִ֤ים children , ” bā·nîm נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָ֔ה YHWH , Yah·weh לַעֲשׂ֤וֹת “ to those who carry out la·‘ă·śō·wṯ עֵצָה֙ a plan ‘ê·ṣāh וְלֹ֣א [that is] not wə·lō
