Exodus 8:3 הַיְאֹר֮ The Nile hay·’ōr וְשָׁרַ֣ץ will teem wə·šā·raṣ צְפַרְדְּעִים֒ with frogs , ṣə·p̄ar·də·‘îm וְעָלוּ֙ and they will come wə·‘ā·lū וּבָ֣אוּ vvv ū·ḇā·’ū בְּבֵיתֶ֔ךָ into your palace bə·ḇê·ṯe·ḵā וּבַחֲדַ֥ר and up to your bedroom ū·ḇa·ḥă·ḏar מִשְׁכָּבְךָ֖ . . . miš·kā·ḇə·ḵā וְעַל־ and onto wə·‘al- מִטָּתֶ֑ךָ your bed , miṭ·ṭā·ṯe·ḵā וּבְבֵ֤ית into the houses ū·ḇə·ḇêṯ עֲבָדֶ֙יךָ֙ of your officials ‘ă·ḇā·ḏe·ḵā וּבְעַמֶּ֔ךָ and your people , ū·ḇə·‘am·me·ḵā וּבְתַנּוּרֶ֖יךָ and into your ovens ū·ḇə·ṯan·nū·re·ḵā וּבְמִשְׁאֲרוֹתֶֽיךָ׃ and kneading bowls . ū·ḇə·miš·’ă·rō·w·ṯe·ḵā Exodus 8:4 הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִֽים׃ The frogs haṣ·p̄ar·də·‘îm יַעֲל֖וּ will come up ya·‘ă·lū וּבְכָ֥ה on you ū·ḇə·ḵāh וּֽבְעַמְּךָ֖ and your people ū·ḇə·‘am·mə·ḵā וּבְכָל־ and all ū·ḇə·ḵāl עֲבָדֶ֑יךָ your officials . ’” ‘ă·ḇā·ḏe·ḵā Exodus 8:5 יְהוָה֮ And YHWH Yah·weh וַיֹּ֣אמֶר said way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁה֒ Moses , mō·šeh אֱמֹ֣ר “ Tell ’ĕ·mōr אֶֽל־ . . . ’el- אַהֲרֹ֗ן Aaron , ’a·hă·rōn נְטֵ֤ה ‘ Stretch out nə·ṭêh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יָדְךָ֙ your hand yā·ḏə·ḵā בְּמַטֶּ֔ךָ with your staff bə·maṭ·ṭe·ḵā עַל־ over ‘al- הַ֨נְּהָרֹ֔ת the rivers han·nə·hā·rōṯ עַל־ - ‘al- הַיְאֹרִ֖ים and canals hay·’ō·rîm וְעַל־ . . . wə·‘al- הָאֲגַמִּ֑ים and ponds , hā·’ă·ḡam·mîm הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֖ים and cause the frogs haṣ·p̄ar·də·‘îm עַל־ . . . ‘al- וְהַ֥עַל to come up onto wə·ha·‘al אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אֶ֥רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ of Egypt . ’” miṣ·rā·yim Exodus 8:6 אַהֲרֹן֙ So Aaron ’a·hă·rōn אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיֵּ֤ט stretched out way·yêṭ יָד֔וֹ his hand yā·ḏōw עַ֖ל over ‘al מֵימֵ֣י the waters mê·mê מִצְרָ֑יִם of Egypt , miṣ·rā·yim הַצְּפַרְדֵּ֔עַ and the frogs haṣ·ṣə·p̄ar·dê·a‘ וַתַּ֙עַל֙ came up wat·ta·‘al וַתְּכַ֖ס and covered wat·tə·ḵas אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אֶ֥רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ of Egypt . miṣ·rā·yim Exodus 8:7 הַֽחֲרְטֻמִּ֖ים But the magicians ha·ḥăr·ṭum·mîm וַיַּֽעֲשׂוּ־ did way·ya·‘ă·śū- כֵ֥ן the same thing ḵên בְּלָטֵיהֶ֑ם by their magic arts , bə·lā·ṭê·hem הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֖ים and they also brought frogs haṣ·p̄ar·də·‘îm וַיַּעֲל֥וּ up way·ya·‘ă·lū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עַל־ onto ‘al- אֶ֥רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ of Egypt . miṣ·rā·yim Exodus 8:8 פַרְעֹ֜ה Pharaoh p̄ar·‘ōh וַיִּקְרָ֨א summoned way·yiq·rā לְמֹשֶׁ֣ה Moses lə·mō·šeh וּֽלְאַהֲרֹ֗ן and Aaron ū·lə·’a·hă·rōn וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ and said , way·yō·mer הַעְתִּ֣ירוּ “ Pray ha‘·tî·rū אֶל־ to ’el- יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh וְיָסֵר֙ to take wə·yā·sêr הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֔ים the frogs haṣ·p̄ar·də·‘îm מִמֶּ֖נִּי away from me mim·men·nî וּמֵֽעַמִּ֑י and my people . ū·mê·‘am·mî הָעָ֔ם Then I will let your people hā·‘ām וַאֲשַׁלְּחָה֙ go , wa·’ă·šal·lə·ḥāh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וְיִזְבְּח֖וּ that they may sacrifice wə·yiz·bə·ḥū לַיהוָֽה׃ to YHWH . ” Yah·weh
