ר֤וּחַ the Spirit rū·aḥ עֵצָה֙ of counsel ‘ê·ṣāh וּגְבוּרָ֔ה and strength , ū·ḡə·ḇū·rāh ר֥וּחַ the Spirit rū·aḥ דַּ֖עַת of knowledge da·‘aṯ וְיִרְאַ֥ת and fear wə·yir·’aṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH . Yah·weh Isaiah 11:3 וַהֲרִיח֖וֹ And He will delight wa·hă·rî·ḥōw בְּיִרְאַ֣ת in the fear bə·yir·’aṯ יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH . Yah·weh וְלֹֽא־ He will not wə·lō- יִשְׁפּ֔וֹט judge yiš·pō·wṭ עֵינָיו֙ by what His eyes ‘ê·nāw לְמַרְאֵ֤ה see , lə·mar·’êh וְלֹֽא־ and He will not wə·lō- יוֹכִֽיחַ׃ decide yō·w·ḵî·aḥ אָזְנָ֖יו by what His ears ’ā·zə·nāw לְמִשְׁמַ֥ע hear , lə·miš·ma‘ Isaiah 11:4 בְּצֶ֙דֶק֙ but with righteousness bə·ṣe·ḏeq וְשָׁפַ֤ט He will judge wə·šā·p̄aṭ דַּלִּ֔ים the poor , dal·lîm בְּמִישׁ֖וֹר and with equity bə·mî·šō·wr וְהוֹכִ֥יחַ He will decide wə·hō·w·ḵî·aḥ לְעַנְוֵי־ for the lowly lə·‘an·wê- אָ֑רֶץ of the earth . ’ā·reṣ וְהִֽכָּה־ He will strike wə·hik·kāh- אֶ֙רֶץ֙ the earth ’e·reṣ בְּשֵׁ֣בֶט with the rod bə·šê·ḇeṭ פִּ֔יו of His mouth pîw יָמִ֥ית and slay yā·mîṯ רָשָֽׁע׃ the wicked rā·šā‘ וּבְר֥וּחַ with the breath ū·ḇə·rū·aḥ שְׂפָתָ֖יו of His lips . śə·p̄ā·ṯāw Isaiah 11:5 צֶ֖דֶק Righteousness ṣe·ḏeq וְהָ֥יָה will be wə·hā·yāh אֵז֣וֹר the belt ’ê·zō·wr מָתְנָ֑יו around His hips , mā·ṯə·nāw וְהָאֱמוּנָ֖ה and faithfulness wə·hā·’ĕ·mū·nāh אֵז֥וֹר the sash ’ê·zō·wr חֲלָצָֽיו׃ around His waist . ḥă·lā·ṣāw Isaiah 11:6 זְאֵב֙ The wolf zə·’êḇ וְגָ֤ר will live wə·ḡār עִם־ with ‘im- כֶּ֔בֶשׂ the lamb , ke·ḇeś וְנָמֵ֖ר and the leopard wə·nā·mêr יִרְבָּ֑ץ will lie down yir·bāṣ עִם־ with ‘im- גְּדִ֣י the goat ; gə·ḏî וְעֵ֨גֶל the calf wə·‘ê·ḡel וּכְפִ֤יר and young lion ū·ḵə·p̄îr וּמְרִיא֙ and fatling ū·mə·rî יַחְדָּ֔ו will be together , yaḥ·dāw וְנַ֥עַר and a little child wə·na·‘ar קָטֹ֖ן . . . qā·ṭōn נֹהֵ֥ג will lead nō·hêḡ בָּֽם׃ them . bām Isaiah 11:7 וּפָרָ֤ה The cow ū·p̄ā·rāh תִּרְעֶ֔ינָה will graze tir·‘e·nāh וָדֹב֙ with the bear , wā·ḏōḇ יַלְדֵיהֶ֑ן their young yal·ḏê·hen יִרְבְּצ֣וּ will lie down yir·bə·ṣū יַחְדָּ֖ו together , yaḥ·dāw וְאַרְיֵ֖ה and the lion wə·’ar·yêh יֹֽאכַל־ will eat yō·ḵal- תֶּֽבֶן׃ straw te·ḇen כַּבָּקָ֥ר like the ox . kab·bā·qār Isaiah 11:8 יוֹנֵ֖ק The infant yō·w·nêq וְשִֽׁעֲשַׁ֥ע will play wə·ši·‘ă·ša‘ עַל־ by ‘al- פָּ֑תֶן the cobra’s pā·ṯen חֻ֣ר den , ḥur גָּמ֖וּל and the toddler gā·mūl הָדָֽה׃ will reach hā·ḏāh יָד֥וֹ . . . yā·ḏōw וְעַל֙ into wə·‘al צִפְעוֹנִ֔י the viper’s ṣip̄·‘ō·w·nî מְאוּרַ֣ת nest . mə·’ū·raṯ Isaiah 11:9 לֹֽא־ They will neither lō- יָרֵ֥עוּ harm yā·rê·‘ū
