Isaiah 3:22 הַמַּֽחֲלָצוֹת֙ [their] festive robes , ham·ma·ḥă·lā·ṣō·wṯ וְהַמַּ֣עֲטָפ֔וֹת capes , wə·ham·ma·‘ă·ṭā·p̄ō·wṯ וְהַמִּטְפָּח֖וֹת cloaks , wə·ham·miṭ·pā·ḥō·wṯ וְהָחֲרִיטִֽים׃ and purses ; wə·hā·ḥă·rî·ṭîm Isaiah 3:23 וְהַגִּלְיֹנִים֙ and [their] mirrors , wə·hag·gil·yō·nîm וְהַסְּדִינִ֔ים linen garments , wə·has·sə·ḏî·nîm וְהַצְּנִיפ֖וֹת tiaras , wə·haṣ·ṣə·nî·p̄ō·wṯ וְהָרְדִידִֽים׃ and shawls . wə·hā·rə·ḏî·ḏîm Isaiah 3:24 תַ֨חַת Instead of ṯa·ḥaṯ בֹּ֜שֶׂם fragrance bō·śem וְהָיָה֩ there will be wə·hā·yāh מַ֣ק a stench ; maq יִֽהְיֶ֗ה . . . yih·yeh וְתַ֨חַת instead of wə·ṯa·ḥaṯ חֲגוֹרָ֤ה a belt , ḥă·ḡō·w·rāh נִקְפָּה֙ a rope ; niq·pāh וְתַ֨חַת instead of wə·ṯa·ḥaṯ מַעֲשֶׂ֤ה styled ma·‘ă·śeh מִקְשֶׁה֙ hair , miq·šeh קָרְחָ֔ה baldness ; qā·rə·ḥāh וְתַ֥חַת instead of wə·ṯa·ḥaṯ פְּתִיגִ֖יל fine clothing , pə·ṯî·ḡîl מַחֲגֹ֣רֶת sackcloth ma·ḥă·ḡō·reṯ שָׂ֑ק . . . ; śāq תַ֖חַת instead of ṯa·ḥaṯ יֹֽפִי׃ beauty , yō·p̄î כִּי־ shame . kî- Isaiah 3:25 מְתַ֖יִךְ Your men mə·ṯa·yiḵ יִפֹּ֑לוּ will fall yip·pō·lū בַּחֶ֣רֶב by the sword , ba·ḥe·reḇ וּגְבוּרָתֵ֖ךְ and your warriors ū·ḡə·ḇū·rā·ṯêḵ בַּמִּלְחָמָֽה׃ in battle . bam·mil·ḥā·māh Isaiah 3:26 פְּתָחֶ֑יהָ And the gates [of Zion] pə·ṯā·ḥe·hā וְאָנ֥וּ will lament wə·’ā·nū וְאָבְל֖וּ and mourn ; wə·’ā·ḇə·lū וְנִקָּ֖תָה destitute , wə·niq·qā·ṯāh תֵּשֵֽׁב׃ she will sit tê·šêḇ לָאָ֥רֶץ on the ground . lā·’ā·reṣ Isaiah 4:1 הַהוּא֙ In that ha·hū בַּיּ֤וֹם day bay·yō·wm שֶׁ֨בַע seven še·ḇa‘ נָשִׁ֜ים women nā·šîm וְהֶחֱזִיקוּ֩ will take hold wə·he·ḥĕ·zî·qū אֶחָ֗ד of one ’e·ḥāḏ בְּאִ֣ישׁ man bə·’îš לֵאמֹ֔ר and say , lê·mōr נֹאכֵ֔ל “ We will eat nō·ḵêl לַחְמֵ֣נוּ our own bread laḥ·mê·nū נִלְבָּ֑שׁ and provide nil·bāš וְשִׂמְלָתֵ֖נוּ our own clothes . wə·śim·lā·ṯê·nū רַ֗ק Just raq יִקָּרֵ֤א let us be called yiq·qā·rê שִׁמְךָ֙ by your name . šim·ḵā עָלֵ֔ינוּ . . . ‘ā·lê·nū אֱסֹ֖ף Take away ’ĕ·sōp̄ חֶרְפָּתֵֽנוּ׃ס our disgrace ! ” ḥer·pā·ṯê·nū Isaiah 4:2 הַה֗וּא On that ha·hū בַּיּ֣וֹם day bay·yō·wm צֶ֣מַח the Branch ṣe·maḥ יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH Yah·weh יִֽהְיֶה֙ will be yih·yeh לִצְבִ֖י beautiful liṣ·ḇî וּלְכָב֑וֹד and glorious , ū·lə·ḵā·ḇō·wḏ וּפְרִ֤י and the fruit ū·p̄ə·rî הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ of the land hā·’ā·reṣ לְגָא֣וֹן will be the pride lə·ḡā·’ō·wn וּלְתִפְאֶ֔רֶת and glory ū·lə·ṯip̄·’e·reṯ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ of Israel’s yiś·rā·’êl לִפְלֵיטַ֖ת survivors . lip̄·lê·ṭaṯ Isaiah 4:3 וְהָיָ֣ה׀ - wə·hā·yāh הַנִּשְׁאָ֣ר Whoever remains han·niš·’ār בְּצִיּ֗וֹן in Zion bə·ṣî·yō·wn וְהַנּוֹתָר֙ and whoever is left wə·han·nō·w·ṯār בִּיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם in Jerusalem bî·rū·šā·lim יֵאָ֣מֶר will be called yê·’ā·mer ל֑וֹ lōw קָד֖וֹשׁ holy — qā·ḏō·wōš כָּל־ all kāl- בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ in Jerusalem bî·rū·šā·lim
